Very good! I got the beef brisket with loaded baked potato. The beef brisket was PERFECT and fork tender. I will absolutely order this again. The outside of the baked potato was a bit too salty for me but it was still very good. There were no leftovers to bring home. The cheesecake was creamy with a great crust. Very good. Service was nice and the manager was friendly. They had a high chair available for my child and a sling seat for my baby's carseat. I highly recommend this place. We will be going back soon!

The food was delicious. I recommend the sweet and tangy salmon. My bf has never liked sweet potatoes and their sweet potatoes with honey are his new favorite thing to eat. Erin, was the sweetest server ever. Great energy. Great environment. Great music.

My husband and I celebrated here for my birthday. It was our first time trying out this restaurant and the food was 11/10. I’ve never been impressed by the quality of food and service at any restaurant until we were here. EVERYTHING was delicious down to the salad, steak, & fresh buns. Personally this place is better than Texas Roadhouse. My husband had the baby back ribs that just falls off the bone, tender and juicy and I had the New York strip that just melts in your mouth. They even added a surprise dessert for us as well. We will be coming back here again :)

Our first time here, we were a party of 13. We had Faith S as our waitress and she was very attentive, never forgot anything our table asked for and always prompt with refills. Faith was AWESOME!! Great food! Great service! We will come back!

I had the tomato bisque and a Cobb salad. My boyfriend had the tilapia. Izzy was our server. The food was delicious. Highly recommend 👌 Izzy was wonderful and very kind. We will be back many more times in the future!

We were visiting Bok Towers today and decided to try some BBQ out this way. We had the pulled pork and a burger: We had a slight problem with a couple of things but our servers were quick to fix those issues! 😃 Good BBQ with delicious Ovation made BBQ sauces! Shelby & Tyler took good care of us! 🍔 Ty😘

Erin was our server and goodness is she great! She handled our large party like it was nothing. Super impressed by her kindness and patience. At a time where she could have been overwhelmed, she handled it like it was a 2-top. 10/10 recommend. Oh! And the brisket was 200/10 I mean seriously some of the best brisket in Polk county!

We went here because the reviews were so good. They were right the whole experience was great!! Felicity was our server and she did a fantastic job! The food… The Food made the whole experience! It was so delicious. I had the Diablo Del Mar with Salmon. And My wife had Parmesan Crusted Chicken. We will definitely be coming back. Wish we found this place sooner!!!

We had a great meal and really enjoyed our server Jason. He was very personable and attentive. Brisket was perfectly cooked and tender.

We were a large group of 9 and all ordered different things. We all raved over the onion rings, potatoes skins with brisket, pulled pork sandwich and most of all the fries! Everything was seasoned excellently, I got the ribs and loved how much of the meats flavor came through the sauce. We had Ashlyn A., who took great care of us. Do recommend!

Very disappointed in the quality of the Prime Rib. My friend and I have talked about the text messages that we would get all about the Prime Rib and were excited to have it tonight as a birthday celebration for me. Not much to celebrate. Seasoning was great but we were used to a thick cut and red on both sides. This was not! Suffice to say we will not be ordering the prime rib again.

Stopped for an early dinner. They have new menus with some new choices and many favorites. Had the artisan salad with salmon. Absolutely delicious!! Hubby had bacon cheeseburger perfectly cooked. Looking forward to going back and trying some newer items.

So I came in there the other night and was blown away by the environment, and the staff not to mention the food was excellent! When I first walked in, I was met by the best hostess I have ever dealt with Sabrie was her name I believe. Her friendly smile and calm demeanor along with her knowledge of her job requirements were extraordinary in a very busy situation. She was able to navigate and mitigate chaos and turn it into a very fluid experience. Chaos was three groups of five people that she coordinated and sat eloquently, and then immediately turned her attention to me. She sat me in I believe her name was Ashley’s section which was right next to Ashlyn‘s section and let me tell you I am utterly speechless. Words cannot express the obvious passion they have for their job and the knowledge they possess. I will be coming back weekly just to see their faces and enjoy the magnificent food!

Patrick was a great server and the food was also great. We highly recommend the brussel sprouts and French onion soup. The baked potato and pineapple grilled chicken were also good. We’ve been a couple of times and will be back!

We visited all the way from Texas. We decided to stop by as they were open on Christmas Eve! The food was absolutely delicious! Excellent service and very welcoming! Beautiful atmosphere and great attitude from the staff. We ordered the crab cakes meal with broccoli and sweet potato, and my husband ordered the baby back ribs and delicious brisket! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and exceptional meal!

We LOVE Erin! She’s literally the best and friendliest! Give this woman a share of the business. You can tell she truly loves what she does through the efforts she makes in her work. Also, Patrick, your drink making skills are OUT OF THIS WORLD! 100% satisfied with our service tonight. We will be back! Edit: We’ve come back several times since this night. We are still enjoying the food but, it’s been really awkward when we come in and one server wants to serve us and another is used to serving us. The animosity is unreal and makes for an unpleasant experience. A consistent rotation would resolve this issue. We think everyone has been great so far and look forward to meeting all of the employees.

Ou group was pleasantly surprised once you entered the restaurant. Our host, Patrick, had a great sense of humor. He mentioned our server would be right with us, turned around and introduced himself as Patrick, our server. Food was very tasty from the ample side salad to the delicious beef brisket, mouth watering! Definitely recommend!!

Our meal was absolutely delicious and our waiter Jason was great! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and had a great sense of humor! Love this place! We will definitely be back, as regulars!

3 guys, 3 different dishes, 3 happy customers. It was all really great food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thursday is prime rib night- definitely won't disappoint if y6get that.

My husband and I came here for Valentines dinner and it was amazing! From the appetizers to dinner you can tell their food is fresh! The service was amazing too. Food came out in a timely manner as well. Thank you Ovation for an amazing restaurant in our community.

This was our first visit to this restaurant we found on a quick search last minute planning. Jason was our server he was amazing made the experience so great with his knowledge of the menu, recommendations, and his friendly upbeat personality 😀 loved it so much the food was amazing we got appetizer, entrée, dessert, and drinks was not disappointed at all everything was perfect. The atmosphere is great music great chill wholesome feel. The owner Joel visited our table he was super nice and watching him interact with others was very personal and friendly. Definitely will be back again from this experience and being 15mins away 😊❤️

Our server Jason was amazing! He was witty and engaging. It helped make the great (as usual) food even better. Ovation has been one of our go-to reliable restaurants in the Haines City/Winter Haven/Lake Wales area for years!

We've come here multiple times and we always have the best experience. Izzi is the best. He's always super kind, attentive, and charismatic without being overbearing. The food never fails to be excellent. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich & my boyfriend ordered the sweet salmon. We both rated our meals 10/10! Already can't wait to come back!

Ovation Bistro was absolutely fantastic! They reserved the outside area for our cocktail hour and went above and beyond by setting up a portable bar just for us. The space was perfect, the service was attentive and professional, and everything ran so smoothly. Our guests loved the atmosphere, drinks, and overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to kick off our celebration — highly recommend!

We had a great experience. We had Jason as a server this time, and he was phenomenal! We've eaten here a few times and never had bad service. This restaurant is our local favorite spot to eat. It's very casual and great for our family with two small kids, but also a great place for a date night for just Mom and Dad.

Let me start out by saying I love a server who is willing to treat you a friend and have a conversation with you and that’s exactly how Jason was. He treated us like he cared about us and our experience. I am almost never happy with my steak when I go out to eat and my steak was perfect. Cooked perfectly and seasoned great. I highly recommend

We had an incredible experience, and it was truly because of Ashley. She wasn’t just a great server, she was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely cared about us. She went above and beyond in ways that didn’t feel forced or scripted; it felt human. She anticipated our needs, checked in at just the right moments, and made us feel completely taken care of. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and that kind of care is rare. She turned what could have been a regular experience into something special. We are so grateful for her and will absolutely be back because of her.

Jason is absolutely phenomenal! Truly the Gordon Ramsey of this restaurant (Literally, accent and all). This was a dining experience to remember thanks to his amazing service. Fast, efficient and loving every minute of what he does.

Ovation Bistro & Bar in Winter Haven is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed, satisfying meal. The service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really elevated the experience. The salads were spectacular: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The meats, while cooked well, were a bit on the bland side and could have used a little more seasoning or depth of flavor. But the meal ended on a high note with their carrot cake, which was absolutely perfect—moist, rich, and full of delicious spice without being overly sweet. Overall, a great dining experience with standout service and amazing salads, with just a little room for improvement on the entrées. Would happily return!

We ordered through Uber eats to get delivery for a large group. The food was tasty even though our drinks and a couple side items didn’t arrive. That was remedied through UberEats but doesn’t change the fact that the items didn’t arrive. The chicken tenders were extremely hard and difficult for the kids to bite into/chew. All of the other items were cooked as requested. We usually eat in but decided to order delivery this time. We did request utensils but they weren’t delivered. I gave 4 stars because service inside is always friendly and we enjoy visiting this location. We like supporting Ovation and wish they could stay consistent when ordering online through a delivery partner.

Visited here many times in the last couple years and for the most part enjoyed the food / Drinks and service. Also the outside pet friendly patio is great. Although its getting a little weathered and could use some updating and cleaning. We came back on Tuesday the 12th of December. They advertise a coupon for buy one get one free lunch, The problem is they DONT have a lunch menu!! It was advertised on the website but was told that management decided to pull the lunch menu until after the new year. We accepted this and decided to contact Ovation thru there website later that day. We never received a response..

While my mother's friend was visiting from up north I decided to take the ladies out for lunch. In fact, we've visited this establishment every single year when we're in Winter Haven. The food is always good and the service is as well. The bartender Patrick was our server and he was great because he recommended the French Dip Sandwich Special, which was excellent! The French Onion Soup was also very good and I know the ladies had a delicious lunch. We'll definitely be back for another lunch or dinner before we leave in the spring.

For our christmas party, They did not have out 15 person reservation for the room... server was okay but not friendly. Steak was tough. People that got the chicken did not like it. I noticed You can see into the first bathroom when I was waiting on my daughter. (Disturbing, fix it)The cheesecake was disgusting!! It was the crust yuck. I had my husband taste it to be sure it wasn't me. Not sure how much it cost but I will not go to spend my money there. From other reviews I think this is a good place but that must have been a bad day.

Potato skins were a hit. My husband and I both ordered filet mignon. Mine came out completely different and not the same cut. Definitely was a sirloin steak. The manager came out and assured me that it was the same cut just from a different part of the fillet. Not buying it. Go somewhere else. Disappointed.

Ordered Brisket but it honestly tasted (and looked) like a chuck roast. It wasn’t dry but lacked a lot of flavor. The Mac n cheese was flavorless too. Buffalo chicken dip with chips was very good though

Ordered Uber Eats and received someone’s half eaten chicken tenders and rice, with the spoon still in it. I am confused how a mistake like this happens but I am absolutely disgusted. The photo is literally what I pulled out of my Uber Eats bag, and it was on the bottom of two containers of food I actually ordered.

My wife and I have been to Ovation several times in the past and have always enjoyed it, so we decided to come back for our anniversary dinner. It had been a while since our last visit, and we were looking forward to a nice evening. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired this time around. Our server, Erin, didn’t come to our table until about 20 minutes after we were seated. When she did arrive, she smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and gave off the impression that we were bothering her by being there. On a positive note, the food was excellent just as good as we remembered but we never received drink refills, which was disappointing. Overall, great food but very poor service, wouldn’t recommend her.

Check your box on takeouts. Thoroughly. In front of them. Each/every time. Even though there’s nowhere to stand or sit in FOH. Don’t bother with delivery unless you’re trying to make yourself mad, exacerbated by the NPC level of careall when you call them.
