First off our server Max was awesome considering the adjacent table Max was also serving did nothing but complain about everything. Max did great job! The food was great and they did a great job accommodating for a food allergy. Best Ribeye in town along with the Hatch Green Chilli smash burger. The deserts are awesome! Highly recommend this place for food and drinks.

Absolutely love this place post skiing! Juan at the bar is AMAZING - so knowledgeable about the menu (we love the grilled cheese and tomato soup) and makes a superb espresso martini. They’re lucky to have him! Will definitely be coming back to see him and the rest of the staff!

The food and dining experience was nothing short of spectacular!! We had the elk medalions, spinach mushroom ravioli with trout, and the 12oz ribeye with balsamic glazed brussel sprouts. The raspberry cheesecake and chocolate pecan sundae were amazing desserts. The beer selection was fabulous as well. Highly recommend the graham cracker vanilla porter and the easy street wheat on draft. Eli was our server. He was very attentive to our needs, our drinks were always full, our orders were on point, and he was very friendly even though they were super busy this Christmas Eve. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Top 3 meals I've ever had, hands down. Sorry no pictures, but we ate and drank it all.

Came here with the family for a quick refuel while walking around Winter Park. The food was great and Christina and Lucy took great care of our table. Our favorite was the baked avocado. The smores is massive, between four of us we didn’t even finish half so next time we will probably go for a different dessert.

We had a great experience overall. Ariana was our server and did an excellent job very friendly and attentive. She gave us great recommendations, and they were all delicious. You can’t go wrong with the Old Fashioned, it was really good. The food was tasty, and the restaurant has a calm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely come back!

We have been wanting to try this place for a while and we finally stopped by for a quick bite and drink. Joe (the bartender) was quick, efficient, and friendly. We ordered the Thai Lettuce Cups were unreal. Refreshing, Delicious, and extremely flavorful. In additional, they have a smoked old fashioned that will have you begging for more. Will absolutely be back!

AMAZING!!!!! Everything we ate was superb!!!! Just as I licked my fingers, I notice a man walked to front. Turned out to be Charles…. who cooks everything!!!!! And Lucy serves it up quick and while it’s still hot. This place HITS THE SPOT!!!! I’m very, very picky about where I eat from the moment I walk in the door…. This spot is a chill vibe!! Unique tasty food, not your basic bar food. Our group of 5 ordered udon noodle bowl, trout and mashed potatoes, meatballs, lettuce wraps and side salad. Everything was good. Very attentive bar tender and waiter. I wish the noodle bowl had more than 1 dumpling.

Best lunch/dinner in the village at winter Park resort! My family spent the weekend in the village and decided to try vertical bistro, everything was delicious, Thai lettuce wraps were fantastic, we also tried the elk and the mushroom ravioli 10/10. Juan was our server and also made our drinks. The espresso martini is a must! We couldn’t be more happy with the service and food.

Juan was a stellar bartender who was very attentive, and the hostess Arianna was incredibly friendly with her greeting when we walked in. The manager, Kevin, also checked on us and made nice conversation. Happy hour was awesome - the appetizers and drinks. We had a great evening. Looking forward to the next visit!

Absolutely amazing spot to stop at after getting off the slopes. Staff is so friendly and attentive! The french fries are to die for and the beer portions are on point. Hali and Lucy were amazing, will definitely be coming back to see them. If you’re at Winter Park Resort, come here for a nice meal and great vibes.

We were trying to figure out a place to eat here at the resort and we've never eaten here so we decided to do it tonight, Alex was awesome. He was running around like a man man since they were very busy, Service was good. Food was excellent. Everybody enjoyed what they got. I wish I had more pictures of everybody's food but everybody was hungry and started chowing before I can do that, I definitely would be back the next time we come back . I would recommend this place ✌️ my burger 🍔 was delicious.

Best place in Winter Park to hold a rehearsal dinner. We rented the entire venue for June 27, 2025, with 75 guests; no one ever waited for food or drinks. They were very accommodating regarding decorating and setup for the event. Kevin, Clay, and the entire staff were amazing! The food was first class. I can't recommend or thank Vertical enough for making our rehearsal dinner an unforgettable experience. 5 STAR +

This a cozy little spot to visit in Winter Park Village. We only stopped in for a glass of wine, but after seeing the menu with its unique appetizers we just had to try something. We ordered the Baked Avocado. So good. Definitely try it. There were other items I would have loved to have tried, but I was still too full from lunch. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Great food and atmosphere and even better service. The chef came out to see us and was a joy to speak with. The Mary Jane drought and the Milk stout were my favorite beers they had. The bacon cheese fries were good (8/10), the Mexican street corn (9/10) and the shrimp was on point (10/10).

Our meal was a bit of a miss for a restaurant that tries to market themselves as upscale. Your atmosphere is lacking. The service had its ups and downs. Food was ready promptly but drink refills were not addressed. Especially irritating due to my meal being spicy. The banh mi was good. The udon noodle dish was not great. It was overwhelmingly salty and there weren’t enough noodles it.
