BLIZZARDS!! Ok they dont have my wild berry pie anymore which maybe very sad but there is a frosted animal cracker now and I love it!

Good customer service. I had asked for a dreamsicle dip cone that was on the menu board and she says we no longer have that and we haven't had it for a long time. Then take it off at the board.

New cook, new front worker, they made several mistakes, good thing they have a a Great Manager. That took over, and corrected and completed all orders.

The women who were working there were Texas friendly and made sure that Burger was made beautiful looked just like the picture. I asked for double cheese to be put on there and they put it on there proper very good well cooked Burger, the chocolate malt was absolutely perfect really loved the food good place to eat

This DQ had the best tasting burgers, chicken strips and The Dude was amazing!. Everything freshly made and friendly service. My strawberry malt was very nicely balanced with malt to icecream. Will go back whenever possible.

Kaleb was extremely attentive to me and my crew ordering lunch. He was sure to repeat everything back to us, and double check that what we were being served was correct. Hospitality was wonderful, the workers didn't act like you were bothering them at all. Food was satisfying but not filling enough for what should be a "belt buster".

Just saying that this will be the new location that I go to never knew it was here until tonight the one on 19th has gone downhill will never go to the one on 19th again this one has such nicer people and better food the burgers were spot on the cashier was excellent I'm a very fast talker and he got everything exactly what I wanted. The employees there were very kind unlike the ones on 19th Street even if this one is out of your way it's worth it going to if you really wanted to get treated with respect this is the one that I would recommend.

*EDIT* Since my original review, the food at this DQ has definitely changed for the better and I feel it absolutely necessary to up my stars. The "old oil" tasting fries are gone, the burgers are perfectly cooked and served up on toasted buns, the staff works hard and is much friendlier than before. I love stopping here on some days while coming home from work and grabbing a bite to eat. I'm tremendously happy to see and taste these changes! This DQ Restaurant has been in my little town of Wolfforth since before I was born, and while I do have very fond memories of this place; The food is typically awful. They hardly ever change the grease used for frying foods as you can taste the age of said grease. The burgers aren't cooked as long as they should be and sometimes you will definitely find cartilage chunks or a little shard of bone. Don't even bother with the Nachos. They fry the chips in old oil, too. The Taco's can be good but the portion size for the price paid is goofy. The ice cream options are very good and I do love a Free Dillybar after filling out the survey. I will say that the staff is usually underwhelming but hard workers "doing what they gotta do", and they will help however they can. But I have eaten at other DQ's within 30 miles of this location and the food quality puts this one to shame. Fresher tasting fries, better cooked burgers, larger menu options which includes a good Frito pie, and cleaner stores. So this location is a hard pass regardless of how hungry I may be. It just isn't worth it.

WOW!! This DQ is the fastest and best one I've ever been to! I have eaten here twice and both times we got our food quicker than McDonalds! LOL! Not kidding! Today my friend and I walked in..ordered and filled our drinks and as we are looking for a seat the girl that took our order is right behind us with our order! Oh! And the food was nice and hot..not cold like Levelland DQ. Levelland takes at least 30 mins to get your food then it's cold! Very impressive Wolforth DQ!! I will come back! Thank you! Good job!

They have always had my favorite icecream. It has a different taste than other places that have soft serve icecream. I live in Lovington NM & there used to be one in Hobbs NM but for whatever reason it closed. Made me sad to lose it.

We stopped at the dairy Queen usually get an ice cream through the drive-in but this time we dined in and had a grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings of course a good place to stop by and eat ☺️

We made this Dairy Queen our go to place after the first visit based on our observation of the number of customers, business appearance and the food quality. And ease of access for the handicap. The Wolfforth location is nice and clean, very well maintained, indicates to us that the crew takes pride in their place of business. There are a lot of customers coming and going during each of our visits which also tell us that customers like coming to this location for the good food and service even during non peak times. We were fortunate to run into District Manager Rick on our second and third visits and compliment him and his sharp looking crew, and about how clean the restaurant looked, even the restrooms and how we appreciated how well we were served and how good the food was. It’s also easy to get off and on the freeway from either direction. Good location.

I've been going to the Dairy Queen in Wolfforth for a long time. All the people there are very friendly and polite and the food is great.

Good food, good prices. Great service. Occasionally a little slow, but not always. The Pollock fish basket is always good. I seem to be stuck on that lately. The fillets were crispy and cooked just right. The tartar sauce was a little runny once, but usually it's pretty good. The Texas toast is always good, and the DQ fries are always fresh and hot. And let's face it, DQ has some of the best soft serve ice cream around. Their sweet tea is always fresh, with the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The employees are always super friendly and always make us feel welcome. Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots when we're working on that side of town.

Great place to eat but really ticks me off store was busy and tea was on counter so I reached over and started filling my new cup and manager yelled at me that I wasn't supposed to be doing that but she being the manager in back cooking wasn't following food service laws and wearing hair nets or gloves while prepping anyone's food. If you're going to enforce one rule you need to enforce all rules not just the ones that benefit you. Update 8-17-21 went back in and everyone is very happy and greetings were felt even from same lady as before now this is the hometown dairy queen I grew up with thank you.

This is a quaint little Dairy Queen that has been her as long as I can remember. the staff is super friendly and the food is great. Plenty of parking and easy access from the highway. I hope to see you there real soon.

Food is great, customer service is great. Place looks new but is dirty and sticky and the bathrooms stunk! Sad to see the place be dirty like this.

They're pretty good, except sometimes they mess up your order. Food quality I'd say is great, but they take a while to get your food out.

Not the best burger I've had. The person behind the counter must have been new. Asked for no onion,no pickle got both with bacon. Bread was cold, not toasted. Only saw two people working there at lunch.

Butter lovers blizzard I got was great chicken strip order. However be careful ordering them the breading stick and it's extremely crunchy might not have any teeth left with you start eating them LOL people were friendly though

The guy at the intercom kept cutting me off. I was supposed to get a hungerbuster Jr with cheese no tomato or onion. Instead, they put a slice of onion bigger than the meat patty. I did call, and the manager offered to give a free meal next time and was apologetic about the employee.

They do not have any speed when it comes to ice 🍦 cream (or anything) you will leave with a sloppy mess or leave without it. I'm not impressed with this location for many reasons wish they would get it together!

The staff are typically pretty friendly, but the service is incredibly slow & they are never busy when I come. Definitely not "fast" food.

I have been doing business at the dairy Queen in Wolfforth since 1977, tonight had to wait extra long time and when we got to the window payed, was given our food and ask for condiments and our drink, waited and waited just to watch them visit with each other then came to the window and try ed to charge us for someone else meal when we told her she told us to calm down she has had a bad day, sorry not my fault someone else made her day bad but being rude to us wasn't right, customer service is important, was in the food business till I retired so I have been there

What is the reason to make your order easy and order on line than you can't even pick it up in the drive thru this is a dumb policy

I went to dairy Queen to get a banana split they did not have bananas it also took over 30 minutes to get my three desserts they were just two shakes and a peanut parfait they need more help

Honestly take the extra two miles and go to another DQ. We went there just to get some ice cream and it became more complicated than it needed to be. At first they didn’t seem to understand want a plain ice cream was. Then, getting to the window the employee was cold and seemed like she hated every second of being there. I’m sorry that you may have had a bad day. When we got our ice cream it was already melted. Plus, it has nuts in it when it wasn’t asked for which could be dangerous for others who are allergic. We weren’t given any napkins and when went to asked they were seemed to ignore the window. When you’re really look forward to something and have a negative experience it leaves an impact that it’s just not worth returning to. I hope it will improve and that other better experience than we did.

I went over and ordered a Hurgyer Buster hamburger got home and it was just a regular hamburger so I tried to call and called nonstop for 30 minutes and their phone was always busy that's just not possible. The irritating thing is it's all the way on the other side of town which just made it not worth driving all the way the h*** back don't know if I'll ever return

Ordered a meal and 2 blizzards, one of which had very little toppings, when asked for more or to pay for more, they were very rude and said "more of what??" We paid for more toppings, they gave it back with more crumbs, never will we stop there again...

Placed my order and the kid at the window didn't know how to give me large fries without a large drink so I had to upsize both. I could see the people inside moving slower than molasses. When I did finally get my food I got home to eat it and the fries have a really bad aftertaste. Like old grease or rotten fries or something. So disappointing.

The people are nice but you know that they saw the mold when cooking the burger. Drive through service took close to 40 minutes to get order, very short staffed. There is a lot of mold on the bun. Look at the photo.

Not to mention that my son’s Blizzard was not turned upside down which is the reason he order’s them. Very disappointed with this location and hopefully Management would want to make improvements.

We came here for our anniversary blizzard during valentine's and they were out of the holiday special red velvet cake after I ordered. I ended up with ice cream and cholcoate flakes. My husband also order another blast that they were out of. It was very disappointing that the manager cannot insure they have what they need to do their job.

We never got waiting on we were there about 5min just standing there and no one said a word to use.like maybe we will be with y'all in a minute .so we just walked out. Bad😣

Worst customer service!!!! We literally waited in line , BY THE WINDOW, with two lady cashiers there, and not one of them acknowledging us, to at least let us know they were closing. All they had to do was let us know, but instead they walked away.

Literally waited 15 mins for just a jr burger while the staff stood around. The manager apologized for the wait but didn't make her staff move any quicker.

This Dairy Queen is absolutely terrible. Most of the Brady Dairy Queens in Lubbock are. Service is poor and the quality of food is far below that of other Dairy Queen's.

I placed an order waiting in line for 10 minutes just for a kids meal cheeseburger meal the car in front of me waiting even longer and when I got up to the window pay for my food they asked me could I pull to the side, saying that all their food was made to order because they are a low lion store But I think common sense we have told you I ordered my food drop a burger don't wait till I get to the window pay for my food then cook it I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes she replied to me and said it would be only half of that time, Then it took five minutes to get me my refund Definitely not The best place to take a hungry child

Gloves… no one wants to consume food from a guy eating behind the counter who stops to grab your brownie and stuffs it into the ice cream. God only knows when he washed his hands and what else he touched.

Worst DQ I've ever been to. The lady that brought the ice cream out smelled like she just smoked a pack of cigarettes without washing her hands. While we were eating a guy behind the counter is coughing up loogies and spitting in the trash. I travel a lot and have seen many DQs around Texas and this by far the worst.

We sat there in the drive through for 15 minutes and then were told they're still waiting to cook something. It's fast food, you don't go kill the cow before you cook it. It's frozen geez

This review is a couple years in the making. Tonight it was skimpy topping in our blizards and the bottom 1/2 was just icecream on all of them. Its really not that hard is it?

They allow sick employees to handle food , without gloves . The store is absolutely disgusting , haven’t seen anyone there deep clean that store or clean there grease out . The employees are rude & disrespectful especially the manager Courtney . & Nicole is constantly rude to me every time I come in . & I’m a regular . Not anymore 👋🏻

I called to place an order 10-24-2021 around 2:40pm and was left on hold for 10 minutes, i worked across the street so i looked outside they were not busy at all. Drove over there was one car in the drive thru, one manager was leaving four employees inside one making dilly bars, one at the front counter eating her salad while helping make dilly bars off the clock, one manager in the kitchen talking to another employee about being sick and how strawberries are acidic and can make her sickness worse. Horrible experience will definitely not be back to this location

Customer service was excellent until I drove up to window and saw that cook had handles raw food and never changed his gloves and handled the cooked food as I was watching him do all this I called from window and complained then that’s when the manager really made me feel as if she didn’t care about the situation still trying to hand me our order as if it was ok to hand out food that’s been touched by gloves that handled raw items . So I asked for my money back and of course the manager did get upset about that . But oh well I wasn’t gonna allow myself nor my family to get sick . And then at the end the cook wants to laugh about it . So non the less poor workmanship please train employees to respect that it’s dangerous to handle raw food and never changing gloves to handle cooked food.

Quite literally the slowest, most thoughtless service I’ve ever had. We only ordered two Blizzards... the guy had us wait for 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker. There was NO ONE in the restaurant. Another (so far) 10 minute wait at the window. At. A. Fast. Food. Restaurant. I have typed this, edited it, talked to my wife about it, been made fun of by my wife, and still have not recited our order

Ordered 6 blizzards and not one of them were full to the top and the m&m blizzards had chocolate added without us asking.

My tacos didn't even have really No meat in them . & I order a combo meal and when I got home an open it only had like 7 fries in it . And on the cup of Cravy it only was half way. I would never go there again.

After observing this Dairy Queen location the past 4 months, of the many personal opinionated reviews this location has been the most disappointing. We spoke to employees David (GM), Aliana (AGM), Joey (cook) and Kim(shift lead) We rarely saw David, and the few times we did he was verbally aggressive to his staff and didn't answer questions pertaining to his store in a professional manner. Aliana was very nonchalant and slow with service, however, she did have a positive attitude. When speaking with the cook to give him praise on his cooking he was very accepting. In the most recent visit we heard the acting GM Aliana speaking with her Shift lead Kim on how she didn't want the position she been given. We wanted to talk with her but we couldn't, we settled for Kim who in conversing with prove to be the stores only upper management with a positive attitude and knowledge of the store. The store was always short staffed and aside from the taste of our food on each visit our order was either late or missing something. We attempted to get an order corrected at one visit and the employee Carmen acted as if she couldn't understand english and walked off. With the negative attitudes aside from the cook and the shift lead and the poor service, compared to other Dairy Queens in this area this by far is under standards unless the store standards consist of rude and wait service. Hopefully the next time we are in the area the GM and Managers switch roles or get rid of the upper management all together. If this was a audit we site just from the the dining area alone 3 critical violations. Thank you.

Service is good but they always forget the meat or the nacho cheese. It comes out nice and warm but kinda frustrating. Came again on July 2nd they were out of bananas. Sign and website says they close at 10 pm we called to place a order at 9:15 pm and she said they were closed but yet she answered the phone. Mary lou says its proto call. I don't get that.

Horrible. Sent half our order out at the drive up and then had us pull around and wait for the rest, so the first half was cold. When we complained about the burger and fries getting cold while we waited on the remainder of the order, the rude employee's answer was a couple of coupons for an ice cream cone. I would rather have a warm meal than free ice cream. To top it off, the burger was made wrong when we got it home, and the second half of the order was chicken strips which were so well done, they were inedible. We prefer to do business locally as often as possible, but next time we want DQ, we will be driving into Lubbock to get it. I advise everyone to steer clear of the DQ in Wolfforth.

Awful! Waited 10 min for 3 dipped cones and one large drink. Was asked to pull forward (was the only one in line at the window) after getting two dipped cones, which where SLOPPY and made a huge mess! Finally got the drink, which tasted AWFUL! Then was told it would be another 3 min for the other dipped cone. We drove off without the other cone. Will not visit again.

Probably the worst dairy queen that I've ever been to. The girl working the window was throwing attitude at everyone and couldn't smile to save her life. The guy working the counter I had to repeat my order to him thee times before he got it and moved slow. Then manager was nice but couldn't Crack a smile either and it took forever for me to get my order. I'd been here last week and ot took 20 minutes or more to get the wring food before getting the right food and then my drink they forgot so I came inside hoping it wouldn't take as long. I was wrong, it took just as long, but in all fairness they were busier.

Ordered 8 piece steak fingers for my elderly parents plus a small blizzard as their dessert. Was shocked at the $19 total. There was less than a handful of french fries that were greasy and soggy, the gravy had been watered down so much that it had no flavor. The steak fingers were very decent and good sized. Had to ask for napkins, ketchup and salt, was only given napkins.I called & talk to the manager who refused to refund me but would replace the meal. I don't want their food & neither do my parents!

Order a burger no mustard and add mayo, a kids meal, dip cone and Blizzard. Got out ice cream at the window and was told to pull up. We waited for 25 mins a lady came out to give food to a car that 3rd in waiting. The lady didnt even seem like she wanted to come ask what we ordered. Had to call her over. She said what did you order, it got lost. Let her see the receipt. Then we continue to wait after seeing cats go passed in the drive through we went to the drive through. We got to the window told them we been waiting for our food the lady had the audacity to give attitude like we rushing when we waited for a total of 40 mins to get a burger and a kids meal. We got our food looked at the burger and it has heavy mustard.

Ordered 2 #1 combos one with mayo and one all the way with a kids meal. Really ridiculous that this store can’t figure out what they are doing. Lady at the window was extremely rude and my burgers were a total mess and didn’t even have cheese. My fries tasted like they rushed them in the fried cause they were still cold and taste like dirty fry grease. I will not be back at this location

Order a burger no mustard and add mayo, a kids meal, dip cone and Blizzard. Got out ice cream at the window and was told to pull up. Ordered 8 piece steak fingers for my elderly parents plus a small blizzard as their dessert. Was shocked at the $19 total. There was less than a handful of french fries that were greasy and soggy, the gravy had been watered down so much that it had no flavor. The steak fingers were very decent and good sized. Had to ask for napkins, ketchup and salt, was only given napkins.I called & talk to the manager who refused to refund me but would replace the meal. I don't want their food & neither do my parents!
