Taco Bell

I eat here often and I have never posted anything publicly prior to now. Why? you my ask. I'm a guide and l enjoy all things related to this labor of love so why the hesitation of a Taco Bell. When I give a review I want to keep a open mind and give a honest informed review of the food the menu service ect well here is the rub, I lived in Woodland for about 6 months my first restaurant was this Taco Bell I'm eating at right now I am sitting at same seat eating the same exact meal 4 tacos and a water now you see why my review has been an after thought boring meal with a boring guy in a fast food restaurant in a town with it's fair share of Taco Bell. Then hit me just a few minutes ago and there is something going on here that is very exciting IMO. Kudos to Taco Bell I love these tacos man, that's why they are part of my life when I bite into one these babies my mouth says yay! and there's a part of brain that says Oh Hell Yeah!I just need to more in tune to the party that's going on inside of me I lift my head from the the tray and life is going on full tilt. I'm alone now and that took some getting used to or am I single in a good position to live life on Life terms there can no looking back just moving forward and with a belly full of Taco Bell I got this!

I always order a drink with no ice, and not a single time has this place messed up my order on drinks or food. Im kind of a picky eater so sour cream and avacado im not a fan off and they have never messed it up even if my orders get complicated.

Fast friendly service food is great but sometimes you do get tacos that you know we're not made fresh especially late at night an sometimes burritos an not fresh. But other times food is fresh an yes i know fresh food. I say if you have food that was made wrong donate it to the homeless shelters or give it to customer instead of it sitting until someone orders a Pacific taco or burrito. I also know about loss cost of goods but fresh food is better for your bottom line an you get more happy customers which means more money in the bank

I like the fact that they give you enough sauce for every bite.

So I go to this Taco Bell and order the same thing just a ten dollar box and it was ten dollars plus tax and I got to eat inside, great food, inexpensive, all employees were wearing mask as well as a plexiglass shield and spacing plus they clean tables after each customer. I'd rather drive twenty one miles than eat at the one that is one point eight miles . Better food

Fills my craving appetite and food is good. Very pleasant employees in the Cottonwood and main street TB.

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life. It is so cool and so comfortable inside this Taco Bell in the manager is a g. Some of the girls that work there are really hot and I think I might even apply for a job there one day so I can get married. I really love this Taco Bell I also really love when they have watermelon Slurpees with the seats. I really do like watermelon a lot and I am an American and I think that every Taco Bell in America should take notice of this fascinating Taco Bell that has very delicious food very similar to the other Taco Bells was just a little better for some reason I don't know you tell me.

Always good. May not be the best ethic food in town, but still good. A hungry person can spend as little money or as much and be more than just satisfied. Employees are very accommodating and the cooks are very friendly when they bring your order to the counter.

During the chaos if COVID I can only review drive thru experience. Long line that moved fairly quickly. The workers were really nice and polite. So after my 3rd trip and experiencing the same thing every time..I would say this one is the best taco Bell in Woodland and Davis

Its what you would expect from taco bell. Saucy cheesy goodness. I think they close at 230 am now?? Not sure went by there on Halloween and they wouldn't let anyone order at 0229, so maybe consider calling ahead.

The manager here is amazingly friendly, informative about the products here, he knows his stuff. The other manager is also great as well. I mean the customer service ROCKS it's above 100% the good is always made correct, hot, fresh and fast. I love this Taco Bell. P.s bring your wallet no freebies (lol) not even if your card is left behind. They are clean inside and always available to assist their customers. Thank you Freddie you're awesome!!!!

I don't think people realize drive thru is for fast service and small orders, when people make big orders and assume to be served nicely after. while the workers are rushed so they can serve other customers as well the service that is provided is to be expected make a small order fast and easy, everyone is happy move along, or if did not like the service put in an application for a job there and make it better your self simple as that.

Taco Bell makes pretty wholesome food for pretty low price.while it is still fast food, the vegetavles are fresh, the taco shells are crisp, the hot sauces add some extra flavor, and it is one of the places vegetarians and vegans can eat well too. This particular Taco Bell is clean and there is usually not a long line.

I had a taco salad with "ground beef mix" it has fillers and according to the labs close to 38% is meat. 43% beef qualifies as a meat mix. No less, it was good and the real test is would I get it again? I would!

Have gone here for years theyve never messed up my order or did anything wrong with my food have very good friends here and for some reason if im sick and eat taco bell it goes away anyways better service at the west woodland one than the east taco bell always clean too

It's cool fast served, tho I asked for nacho fries and they charged me for and gave me nacho belgrande fries box.....wt.freak. please listen to the customer were most of the time right about what we want to eat

Taco Bell is one of my favorite Go To spots for good tasting fast food that is reasonably priced. This Taco Bell is easy to get to and the servers are polite.

Good service, food cooked good, but the wait is painstakingly long. Lots of business. Must be doing something right.

Drive thru with mobile order is the preferred way to visit Taco Bell no matter what the location. Never had an order messed up here.

This one had the best burritos! They make them as you would for yourself, nice and fat, but not too far so they get all over. Know what I mean? And the beans are killer. Go there. Try it. You'll like it.

It’s fine. Sometimes the employees talk about weird drama or are pretty cold towards customers. But the food has always been fine and that’s what matters most.

Had a perfectly acceptable dining experience. Rather small location. They definitely complied with my extra cheese in my bean burrito request!

Best FAST food place in town. The drive-thru is super fast and if there's any problem with your order they are quick to make it right..(regardless of whose fault it is) you can tell a lot about a place by its bathrooms and the West Main Street Taco Bell bathrooms are clean. Most importantly the food quality is good every time I've been there.

Training day. Twice the staff as my favorite neighborhood TB and. 3 times as slow. I don't come to Woodland that much lately but I remember the other TB by I-5 was better. My taco was cold.

Just like any other taco bell. Food was good, but I went late at night (10-11 pm), when you would think it wouldn't be crowded. Well think again. There was only the drive thru open and there were 8 people in the line. It took almost 28 mins to get through the drive through. I guess that's not horrible if you think a ratio of each person's food was about 3.5 mins to cook. But still I had somewhere to be and was almost late. If it weren't for the extended time it took it could've been a 5 star.

This taco bell was remodeled recently and i was with my mom at the time. We saw the drive thru had a long line so we decided to order inside. I wanted to see the inside since they remodeled it. At first glance, it looked fairly new. There was a machine where you can order and pay, but we decided to order the usual way by ordering through the cashier. The inside was ok. Looked very new, and it was the same taco bell. Just, with a few upgrades. We ordered 4 crunchy tacos and i noticed the new items. So i ordered an extra burrito called "The double steak cheese burrito". It was a lot bigger than expected. Looked like a burrito from a taco wagon. Very cheesy and the steak was ok. It was just too much for me. Overall, i thought the new remodeled look looked quite nice. My mom was complaining that the order took roughly half hour. But i told her they are probably busy. She sort of disagrees but yeah. Thanks!

The super power bowl was good. But I wish the manager would stay there and make sure I was the actual person with that order. Other then that the free meal was good. Dont check up on me manger I'll keep getting those free meals. 👍

Cars would drive through the parking lot in dangerous speeds sometimes. The team members, however, were quite accommodating. They were able to help us with any requests. While other people feel annoyed with the smallest requests, these guys served us with eagerness.

Fast and efficient service with a smile. Standard quality taco bell food. I have always been able to get in and out of this location quickly and all of my orders have been prepared correctly with no errors. Beware using the drive thru near lunchtime it can get very backed up. Just hop inside and make a to go order or use the taco bell app and pickup, it will be much faster than waiting with the other cars.

Very slow taking drive thru orders. Rarely do I get the kind of sauce I request. Sometimes I don't even get a spork, let alone a napkin!

It's clean and quick there food always taste ok and fresh never like it's been sitting Soo that good and the ppl at the window are always friendly Soo fast nice and fresh.. can't beat it for a fast foodPlce..

The drive through line was SUPER LONG and honestly very slow. Also for as long as it took to finally get the food it was cold and our order was wrong.

Wish they wouldn't of got rid of there menu. I like the chili cheese fries And my ultimate favorite the double Decker taco

It wasn't bad a lot of things have went through big changes and I know a lot of places are very very short-handed and they even had a sign posted that they close early due to being so short-handed the food was okay not too bad and I think it's very sad of some of the things that they've taken off the menu and not put back on.

Currently they have a employee in drive tru taking orders. Friendly employees. Second time they mixed up orders. Very nice about it. A little eye rolling. Right now, check your order before moving, or be happy with ever they give you.

Love taco bell but the line always takes forever in the drive thru. I think twice if I see more than 2 cars in drive thru because thats 30mins I'll be in line ( I'm not exaggerating) the taco bell on Pioneer (if you've gone you know its true.

This place is the latest open in Woodland, CA, so they lag really bad due to the high volume of guests, especially at night. We ordered two of the same thing but with different changes made and they could t even bother to label them for us. To top it off the employees are hella rude, no customer service skills at all. Bummer....

It's a taco bell. Although the new ordering system ensures you never have to talk to anyone, ....not sure if that is good or bad, but probably the latter.

It wasn't that great tonight orderd the beef burrito no onions and they told me that it comes with rice sour cream and cheese sauce. I asked them to just add the rice and meat. They did but it was dry the meat was and they had some rice that tasted weird. I also ordered the bean burrito no onions and it was great. Like always thats why I'm giving it a 3 stars

Nothing special average service which to me is just ok and sub par all at once. No real effort put into making the food the way you order/ prefer it if it's not the way it already comes it's 7 or 8 times outta 10 coming that way anyway. Taco bell locations that are anything more than this Are few and far between. LONG STORY SHORT: NOTHING SPECIAL JUST OK AVERAGE TACO BELL.

I didnt get exactly what I ordered. She asked me if I wanted sauce, I said yes two, I got 22!! What a waste.

Recently the taste of the beans here has changed and its awful. Why would you do that.... Tell me why...,! Im absolutely mortified... My life will never be the same unless the old beans come back. On top of all that, now the only del taco in town is gone ..... Good lord....

Service was good, staff helpful. Dining room pretty dirty cheese, and debris on most seats and floors. This was in the am and the crud looked old.

Not the fastest service, and got my order wrong, even thought I double checked and confirmed and the first AND second window. I know it's not fine dining, but I didn't have a complicated request, and they managed to get me the completely wrong soda as well.

After having to repeat my order 3 times. I then arrived home to find a big part of my order was shorted. The soft Tacos were stale and the food was cold. They raise their price and decrease the quality.

This is the second time this taco bell has messed my order up. Me being disabled and the drive thru being extremely full i just ate what they gave me. Almost seems like all the fast food locations in this town need a extra window just to fix orders.

They continue to mess up orders. Missing items. They constantly forget the green sauce with the new cantina menu items. Go to the other taco bell.

Ordered using Mobile App for my family of 4 and then went thru drove thru. - No cup holders - No straws I then parked and walked into the Taco Bell lobby for straws. No napkins, No straws, No sauces. They had the bins for them but they were all empty. I tried to flag down a staff member but I couldn't get anyone's attention. 1 employee even walked right past me and didn't ask if I needed any help. So they have service and inventory issues.

Hate the order kiosk. Like everything else today it was very expensive for what you got. I would like more personal service.

The drive-through line was literally backed up out of their driveway onto the street, so we decided to go inside and order. There's only 2 people making food for the drive-through line and only one person making food for the customers inside. We each ordered 2 tacos, and besides us, there's only about 6 people inside the restaurant and one of them was already eating their food, but it still took more than 15 minutes for them to make our orders and we ended up being late for a meeting even though you would expect that you could go to Taco Bell and order 2 tacos and get on your way in a short period of time.

Taco bell was always my favorite place to go but the last couple of times we've eaten there, the food has tasted old or stale. Very dissapointing.

Worst taco bell i ever visited, bad costumer service, nobody wants to talk, maybe nobody talk english, i order by the screen and supposedly order a breakfast crunchy wrap with bacon and is not any piece of them inside...just egg and the has brown! c’mon! guys reaallyy!!

Customer service sucks!! They gave us the wrong order and the girl in the drive thru was really pushy and kept just hurrying us and cutting us off like "is that it?" So she obviously didn't hear our order and I understand stressful situation but that place wasn't too busy at all for that attitude and impatience. Really unhelpful and unsatisfied. Rude and sad.

Place only had about 3 customers in it yet the service was extremely slow and we were made to feel as if we were bothering staff. Could not find a clean table to sit at. I literally had to go to my car and get cleaning wipes to clean the table for my family and I to sit at. Food looked like it had just been thrown together quickly and sparingly.

Got the order wrong and I I'm not used to being able to go inside and have it be faster than the drive-thru

It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get you the drive-thru, I only have a half hour lunch. Their drive-thru is the worst. They allow people with their online order to cut to the front of the line That's disrespectful they're disrespecting the customers. Between that and then not even trying to make the food very good, I'm done with the Taco Bell It's garbage

Taco Bell just introduced their new fries, and were running a promotion today to get free fries with your order. Called a few different locations, and most were only doing the promotion during lunch hours. When I called this particular location, however, I was informed that the promotion was running through dinner hours. I asked if it was ending soon (since it was a 25 minute drive for us), and was told that there was plenty of time. Girlfriend and I drove over right away, began our order, and were told "oh, we stopped doing that promotion a while ago." I explained that I had just called in and was told otherwise, and that we drove the better part of half an hour to get there, and the young woman at the register just kind of shrugged and said "sorry." Pretty sure the person I spoke with on the phone was the same one we encountered in the restaurant as well, so it wasn't even a matter of miscommunication. Needless to say, we were annoyed that an hour of our time had been wasted, when she could have easily just asked another employee if she was unsure whether the promotion was ongoing. I won't be returning to this location.

I work nights so I keep odd hours, and have been craving a Crunchwrap for WEEKS. Unfortunately, every single time I attempt to visit this location, at least 4 times in a row now, they have a new hand-written sign on the speaker saying they close at a different time than advertised. Some days it’s 11pm, some days it’s midnight, you never know what time the employees will decide they want to leave. I understand this from mom and pop shops, but not from a national chain.

Honestly, although the food was good, as usual. I was very put off by the fact that although their Lobby was only open for ordering take out (expected) but customers cannot use the restrooms while waiting.. Things are hard enough as it is. If they are open enough for ordering and taking our money, and its ok that we risk exposure while they prepare our food, but we are not welcome to use the restroom ?! Then i wont waste my money there again. Its just adding more to the already overflowing stress and worry of every day since this thing started. The last thing someone needs is the humiliation of not finding a restroom in time. Or the people who will get bladder infections from having to hold it...

This place is bad we went by yesterday 7/18/21 at 230am they supposedly closed at 3am . the drive trough was closed.the manager on duty n the staff were ignoring sitting down n ignoring our phone calls. I called today 7/18/21 at 440pm to repot them . The lady pretend she didn’t know who closed the previous night. She wouldn’t give me the manager on duty name. N when I ask for her name she hang up. I won’t recommend anyone this place is trash if that’s how they act imagine what they do to your food if u complaint of something been wrong. Who ever franchises this place is blind .

Drive thru took over 25 mins! I had cars behind me so I couldn't even reverse to leave. Once I got up there, they forgot half my items.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. The employees are so beyond slow. Constantly stopping work to talk to eachother. Physically moving as slow as possible (and a few of them using loud vulgar language). Theres no reason why a small fast food order should take 20+ minutes when the restaurant isn’t THAT busy. Avoid this location. Youll save time driving across town to the other Taco Bell rather than going here.

If you actually come in you'll be waiting 15 minutes for your order while they get drive through orders out ASAP. When the lobby is closed they fail to reflect that on the app and ask you to walk through the drive through which is stupid dangerous, and the lack of bike locks is bogus.

A place that I have gone as long as I can remember. That I have never had a bad memory in whether it be close or far or nowhere in between. Unfortunately, I walked in and asked for some water and I guess they didn't speak English at that time and then I asked louder. I'm sorry I must not have been enunciating clearly. May I please have some water. I still got no response, and frankly I don't understand the world anymore that a place that used to be American ran would ever hesitate to acknowledge someone or greet them as they were coming in or offer them a water if they were road weary.

Somethings changed here. Used to be really great but now I think management has changed. Every time I'm here there's doordashers waiting for 20+ minutes at the pick up counter. Order was wrong and I brought it up with them they reluctantly remade the order but then was only half the portion size I guess to spite me? This taco bells accuracy used to be really great but now prices have gone up portions down and service generally down. 2 stars instead of 1 because the older lady at the front was very polite and kind to me and apologized when she didn't need to instead of just laughing like the others
