As far as consistency of the drinks & fast service this is one of the best Dunkin locations I come to
This is an amazing location! It’s next door to my office so I usually swing by in the mornings to grab coffee + a snack when I’m headed in and the employees are always great! They’re polite and professional, and they keep the drive-thru line MOVING even when it’s long. Without a doubt one of the best locations in Atlanta
Let me just say when this place opened I thought for sure I would never go there because it would always be packed or hard to get in. Not so! I've been several times now at peak hours and it is always been quick and friendly! Honestly I will be going here way more often than I would ever go to Starbucks! Congrats to whoever is managing this place, seems like it's going pretty well.
The coffee was great as always but the service was slow, the store was dirty and the restrooms are alwaysbout of order. I've been to hetter Dunkin stores than this.
My daughter and I made a sundaes run and we were routed to this location through GPS. Absolutely the BEST experience I have had with a Dunkin' in twenty two (22) years living in Georgia. The service was fast. The young lady that served us was very professional, warm and nice and the brownie sundaes were delicious. We will be going back when I visit my daughter at Georgia State University in a week. This probably will become our bi-weekly ritual🥰♥️🤣💯👏💥♥️♥️♥️♥️
First garage drive thur experience, revolutionary indeed. Staff provided phenomenal services. Order was hot and fresh. Mind you, this was at 1400, so it was slow. Drive thru was empty, only one car arrived after myself, and drink was chilly, not too sweet and not too bitter. Thank you, everyone involved. God bless you all.
a great DD's location. best part? it's also a baskin-robbins. staff is so attentive and friendly, even when you have indecisive kids with ya. you can park and walkin to order or use their drive thru. also since it's in a parking deck, ya don't get wet ordering either!
Looks to be quite clean as it is pretty much new but the space is inviting. Drive thru has an interesting configuration running through the parking deck but the signage is abundant to guide you. They also have ice cream at this location per the signage.
This Dunkin' at 1270 Spring Street, Atlanta, Georgia, is in an ideal location to commuters and pedestrians. It's clean and modern; it even has wireless charging pads. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Here, it's an ideal place to plug-in and sip. Parking is safe and ample. The donuts are beautiful and fresh.
Very spiritually cleansing area in "Atlanta" this shoppe is a great one. Like a place that is timeless. A place to get away. Could be 24/7 but gives delivery as it does.
A1 service whether at the counter or the drive-thru. Everyone is always polite and kind. A few of my friends and I stop there for coffee after a morning run. With free parking garage access it's a perfect spot for us to meet chat stretch have coffee and a breakfast sandwich or doughnut

I don't know how this place has a 2.6 star average because my husband and I received amazing service and our coffee plus food was perfect. Keep up the work Kruti and crew; you made our Dunkin day.
Some people complaining on here need to get a reality check. I’ve been going here since they opened and never experienced rudeness from any of the staff. They’re rushed especially at peak times with customers wanting their coffee, donuts etc and yeah they’re rushing you’re in a drive through. I cannot stand folks taking ages to order stuff too. If their non-southern keep moving attitude offends you then go elsewhere. All I care about is my coffee and that’s always been good no matter what time of day I visit. And yes I live right next to this DD and the donuts have always been good.
Good food! Easy in and out drive through if needed, but also very accessible parking. If you want to stay awhile you can also pay to park for longer periods as well. Close to Center Stage Theater, Center for Puppetry Arts, etc.

Nice clean, interior. Has drive thru and a Baskin Robbins ice cream inside. Only thing is that the cashier had an attitude but service was quick making my sandwich and latte. They also have changing stations/outlets at the tables.

The young female employees were cursing in front of customers. This is very unprofessional! Pumpkin spice latte wasn’t great but cold brew with pumpkin foam was nice.
I eat here a lot, so I think I can give a solid review at this point. This place is clean and the main lady working there when I visit is always super nice and welcoming. Most other employees however, get my order wrong more often than not(usually this is forgetting to put sugar in my tea/coffee or not putting spread on my bagel). There is also a white lady who I don't see that often but when she is there she seems to always have a frown and is pretty snippy. I know she probably doesn't like her job but when you are dealing with a customer you should be polite no matter what. TL;DR confirm your orders to make sure they are right before you leave
Awesome location, quick. Sometimes though they get the orders wrong. Try expecting a bacon/egg bagel and getting a donut.
Overhead music was inappropriate and ridiculously loud. Couldn't wait to get out as soon as our drinks were ready. Quality of the latte and smoothie were good. Avoid in store; take advantage of the drive through.
Each time I have ordered extra sausages in my sausages egg and cheese they have instead substituted the sausages with bacon. I can not eat bacon so I'm just wasting my money on delivery to receive something I cant eat
The loaded hash browns with bacon had too much cheese and the donuts weren't fresh. They also forgot about the donuts so the wait was long 😞

I can only give 2 stars because I go so often due to the location from my job…. This location sucks. The employees DO NOT know how to make lattes…. They add espresso last to every drink which makes it a macchiato. The employees can be seen on their phones and don’t stop the convo when you walk up. My food order is decent at best when the sandwiches aren’t cold after the heat them …. They need all new staff. For real
The female manager is careless, dangerous, and entitled. I’m driving in the drive-thru up towards the window, then the manager dangerously swerved in front of me out of no where and cuts me off while my car is in motion. She apparently wanted to place an order real quick for a friend. She startled me and could have caused an accident. Instead of just getting in line or going inside, she lazily decides to swerve around the corner in front of me cutting me off and causing me to slam on the breaks. Is that what Dunkin’ Donuts is condoning now? Do better. I live in the neighborhood and go there all the time. Her behavior was unacceptable and reckless To find out she is a manager I was appalled. Where is her customer service?
Just left with a caramel macchiato that had almost all milk exactly like a latte and no caramel in it. 50% of the time they make mistakes that make you want a whole new drink. I always order through mobile so my order doesn't get lost in translation so I don't know why the drinks arent made correctly. Once I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte that was so packed with ice top to bottom I added espresso to it when I got home. What is the point? I've been a Dunkin stan for years now and have lived and worked near different locations and been religious in ordering from the same places. I even knew some people by name. This location is exceptionally bad.
While most of the staff here is friendly this place gets 2 stars. They consistently get orders wrong and burn food. I ordered white cheddar and get American. I order bacon and it comes out black. It should not be that hard to read a simple 4 ingredient ticket and make it properly. Don't waste your time ordering here if you want accuracy or properly cooked food.
The food was good and it also didn’t took that long. However the staff didn’t understand me at all, it wasn’t the cleanest AND there was a big wet spot from one of the fridges. Even after me and several others told them there was some water leaking they didn’t done anything about it and just put a sign at the entrance. It was ok but there are better places you can go

I came through drive thru and the lady already had an attitude, I ordered one sandwich and she is like $5 pull around, and I’m like I’m sorry but we have more to order. She was very short and seemed agitated that we were holding her up. We get our food and go to leave and realize our avocado toast had a giant whole in it with half the bread missing (no joke) so we came back and she said that’s just how we received the bread on our truck, being someone that is general manager in food knows if you have an issue with how you received a product you take that up with who you ordered the truck with and you can’t use or sell the damaged product. She got upset and reluctantly made it correctly. I try to be understanding as I work in customer service and food. But I definitely wasn’t happy with how my experience today went.
Coffee is good but they have the worst donuts I’ve ever had. Obviously stale. How is that even possible at 8am on a weekday.

Orders are always wrong. It's like some of the staff just don't care. Ordered avocado toast and I received a tiny bit of spread on a piece of un-toasted rye bread. Another time I ordered a couple of croissants for my friend and I, they tasted like cleaning products.
Ordered a soy latte, she took my money and handed made me a skim latte. Hey I say, I asked for soy this is skim. Oh we don’t have soy, was her reply. So how about telling me that before taking the order? To this all I get is a shrug. The staff is high, complacent and checked out. And they forgot the donut I paid for.
I work in Midtown and was out walking from UPS and decided to stop in DD to get some donut holes as a treat, upon entering I thought oh this is nice and they have ice cream too.... so I got to look at the donut I see a gnats flying around. I proceed to tell the young man working there he says oh we have been having that problem for a week now HUH!?!? I think DD needs to invest in doors for their donuts an. This is not good for business.
Customer service at this location is awful. Tried going here several times now and the girl at the register is always super slow, bad with communication, and gets orders wrong. They clearly need to hire more staff or train them better. In the middle of my order, the girl at the register stopped listening to me mid-sentence, turned around with her back to me and started putting a drive-thru order together. Didn’t apologize for making me wait or for being so rude. If she gets the order wrong or doesn’t explain something correctly she acts annoyed and like she just wants you to leave. Awful service. I’m done coming to this location. I’ve given them way too many chances.
Update: I went in today at 3:37pm and every single donut and pastry had been removed from the case and they were cleaning and preparing to take the trash for the day. This has been a consistent issue with this location. If the store isn't going to be fully functioning past 3:30pm or even earlier, change the store hours and close. There are way better coffee shops within a one block radius from this Dunkin Donuts: Foxtail Coffee, Land of a Thousand Hills, and Capital Commons. All of these stay open later than this location. However, if you absolutely need a Dunkin, the location at the corner of Northside and 17th street is a much better option. Previous review: This location is supposedly open until 5pm, but is consistently closed before that time or if the doors are unlocked, all the food and ice cream has been put away, so they're not actually operating up until 5pm. It's currently 4:30 and this location is closed, no employees in sight. This location serves nearby apartment buildings, including the one its located in, as well as construction workers for the new buildings coming up nearby. I've never walked in and the place was empty so why do you keep closing early? This location is already the earliest closing location in the area. Also, the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns at this location taste like they've been soaked in dish water. I tried different times, different sandwiches and it's always the same taste and only from this location. Perhaps consider how this food is being stored.
Waited over 5 minutes at the counter. Tried redeeming a $1 med. hot coffee offer on my DD app but the woman said it didn't include decaf. Huh? She eventually obliged to serving me a decaf but it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The total came to $1.09 with tax but I only had $.94 on my DD card. When I tried to pay the $.15 difference in cash, she didn't have enough change from a quarter. I realize most people these days pay on the app or with CC but that is no excuse not to have the correct change. Will stay away from this location and so should you.
Easily the worst service I’ve experienced at any Dunkin’ anywhere, anytime. When I walked in the music was blaring so loudly no employee could hear the other. I ordered off the kiosk as directed. I ordered two chocolate milks and was told curtly by the lady behind the counter that they don’t have chocolate milk and “we don’t make it for nobody”. Then the manager came over and I asked for a refund and she acted like it was the biggest imposition ever sighing and whiny throughout. Meanwhile, the girl who doesn’t make chocolate milk called me names and rolled her eyes in a constant motion. Worst experience ever. They also withheld the cheese from a chicken cheese and bacon croissant. Terrible.
So, I have started coming here because of the convince of the location. I have only gone about 3 times, and only been able to have a positive experience once. Just to make a long story incredibly short. Management did a great job of making sure the issue was corrected, however, the employees had an awful attitude when THEY were the ones in the wrong. Saying comments like "Do not snatch" and "JESUS take the wheel" because I am having to walk into the store to have them fix my order for a SECOND time. I do not believe should not be said in front of a customer at all. I believe if you are going to work in food service THE least you could maintain is customer service. This issue is something I find incredibly rude and needs to be handled at a store level before People come back to this store.
I’ve been to this location twice before & I had a great experience. This particular day I visited was normal I paid for my bagel and drink the cashier asked did I want a receipt I told her no (big mistake) and proceeded to head to work. My first sip I tasted something in my drink, I thought it was the sugar sprinkles from the caramel latte so brushed it off. As I kept sipping it kept happening. When I arrived at work I saw black spots floating in my drink and when I looked at the bottom it was a bunch of what I am assuming is coffee grinds in my cup. I called the location the lady told me I could bring my drink back so I did on my lunch. When I got there I showed her my cup, the lady who I am assuming is the manager told me I had to be at the wrong location because they don’t have any of the cups my drink was in.... WHAT???? I was very insulted! I explained to her that I work down the street and I know where I came and spent my money so if you could kindly remake my drink this will be my last time ever coming to this location.
If I could give zero stars I would. For starters I'm from Chicago and grew up on Dunkin. There's basically one on every corner. I've gone to several dozens and have probably been to them 500 times in my life time. This Dunkin after being a paying customer charged me 56 cents! For tap water 😂. Then when I asked for the code for the bathroom would not give it to me. I had to wait for the owner (?) To finish his orders to walk around and enter it in for me. You'd think the bathroom was a money safe the way he was acting 😂.The toilet also did not flush. The amount of soggy bacon strips they gave was half the amount I get at other dunkins.I will not be going back if this is how they treat paying customers. The place is clean though so I will give them that.
Would rate less if possible. Went in the other day, they didn't have iced tea and couldn't make a latte because the machine was broken. Hours listed online say they're open until 5. Signs in at least 2 places (on the door and at the drive through) also say open until 5. But if you get there before 4:30, the door is locked and anyone inside is totally unresponsive. Honestly, even if you get there after 2 or 3 they probably won't have what you went there for anyway.
I ordered tea that was scorching hot and I asked for a sleeve, which they didn’t have. Then I asked for another cup and she told me it would be extra. Crazy
The store closes at 5:00. I showed up at 4:50 and they locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in. Completely rude service.
This location gives Dunkin donuts a bad name… they let people who ARENT customers sleep inside, kill the energy, and then no heat. They take care of homeless but will have loyal customers freezing. Worst coffee shop to trade, read…
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The location on Boulevard is 100x better. I order a milkshake just to get to the bottom and it beer ice cubes. A milkshake is milk and ice cream. They used ice as a filler because they were out of ice cream but didn't want to decline our order. No integrity. Nobody pays $7 for milk and ice cubes.
First off the young people working here have zero customer service skills and second how is it the bathrooms are both out of order for paying customers . The people working here say they have to go to the gas station down the street.. The manager needs to be fired and the staff retrained in customer service at 1270 ste 7 on Spring Street in downtown Atlanta

We came in at 10:00 a.m. and got a breakfast croissant and a half dozen donuts. The donuts were stale. My daughter also ordered a hash brown bowl, and they gave it to us upside down. The show they don't pay attention
What they charge and what is on the menu is two different prices. I had to ask for a receipt to check it and they over charged me. I do not recommend this place.
It’s luxury high rise apartments all around this place. When I get home around 4:30-5 they’re closed. They are missing out on all of the local money that people could walk to in the evening. May as well close at 2pm if you’re going to close at 5pm! Stay open to 8pm and increase your revenue.
