The pizzas are delicious, and the prices are very good too, but the last time I went the service wasn't the best. I waited a long time for my pizza (maybe more than 40 minutes), longer than they told me, and when I asked the cashier, he said he'd forgotten about my pizza and that they hadn't even started making it yet. Aside from that, the service has been good.

Plus, they have great deals, perfect for gatherings with 5, 10, or even 20 people, so you don't have to stress about what to eat. The first day they opened there was a long queue, but that doesn't count, and it took a long time to give us the pizza. The price was affordable, the decoration was good, and on the first day it took them more than 15 minutes to give us the pizza. Everything else was fine, the pizza was delicious, and I recommend it.

For the price, the food is okay. There are several toppings and sides. The service was very slow. It took 20 minutes to get our pizza, which doesn't fit with the concept they're trying to sell. There's only one bathroom in the branch.

I had a terrible experience with the staff: Damaris Benítez served me. When it came time to pay, since I was paying by card, her colleague told me to go to the next register (I don't know his name, but it was Saturday, April 12th at 6:23 pm). I did so, but at that moment Damaris and her colleagues started fighting over my card, bending it in the struggle and risking breaking it. They didn't even have the decency to apologize; the young man even started to look annoyed when he noticed I was upset about what they did. I found their behavior immature and worrying. If they have internal problems regarding who gets a commission on the sale, I don't think the customer should be caught in the middle, at risk of having their card damaged (which would involve tedious procedures, causing me even more distress). As for the food: - The pizza was delicious, with soft, warm bread. The spicy pizza is tastier than the grilled pizza, but both are good. The breadsticks need garlic; they're too flat.
