This month, I visited three new places in Texcoco. I'll refrain from mentioning two that I didn't like, BUT THIS PLACE, EL RINCON DEL SABOR, was the best place I saw. The food was delicious, highly recommended. The place is truly beautiful, the coffee is delicious, and the breakfasts are fantastic. 10 out of 10.

A great place for breakfast, located in one of the older buildings in downtown Texcoco. The food is tasty, the service is friendly, and they could use a sweet roll. The atmosphere is pleasant with the videos playing, making for good conversation. I recommend this spot to discover another corner of Texcoco.

The service is good, however I can't say the same about the food. Both the rice and pasta were bland, the water tasted too plain and the glasses smelled strange. The main course wasn't well-seasoned and its sauce was overcooked. The atmosphere is very familiar, but it's not recommended.

The service and cleanliness are worth mentioning. They were very friendly, and everything was very clean. The only downside, in my opinion, is that they need to update their photos. I went there because I saw it was a buffet, but when I arrived, there was only a menu. The breakfast offering seemed small for the price. That's not to say it's bad, but I expected a little more. The breakfast selection is very limited, basically chilaquiles and eggs in different forms, but nothing more.

I had been there several months ago and really enjoyed it, but about three weeks ago I went back and was very disappointed. The food was tasteless, and the rice was cold. And that wasn't the worst part—my boyfriend's enchiladas arrived first, completely cold, and then his rice came 15 minutes later. I hope they improve their service and prioritize their regular customers over the friends and family who visit.
