For my first time dining at Alianza do Brasil, the experience was very good. The customer service was excellent, the grilled meats were good (a few were a bit rough, but still good), and the non-alcoholic red fruit cocktail was very good. The buffet was good overall. I recommend coming with your family for lunch or dinner. I think there's a dinner promotion from Monday to Friday after 6 pm. It's a great place, come often! ✨
Excellent service, the food is delicious. We've been there several times to celebrate birthdays and we've always loved the service, the attention, the food, and just on October 25th we went to claim a prize I won in their anniversary raffle and everything was truly excellent, from the welcome and the service to the super delicious food.
We received good service, the food is delicious. For the cuts, you have to wait for them to serve you and then choose which of the options you like best. There are desserts and soups at the bar.
It's one of my favorite places. The servers are very attentive and make sure you don't miss anything. The cuts are delicious. There's a variety on the buffet to accompany your cuts, and there's even a dessert bar.
A great place for grilled meats. They have a wide variety at their bars and more than 15 different cuts to choose from. The service is excellent, and they have drink combos that are worthwhile. The clericot is perfect for a hot day. A couple of things to improve: 1. Provide small tongs to pick up the cuts of meat as they're served to avoid splashes and accidents. 2. Have a signal on the table to indicate when you want them to start bringing the meat and when you want them to stop. 3. Keep the hot bar warmer. The soups were lukewarm. Overall, a good experience and great value for money. I'll definitely be back.
Regarding the place, it's very hot, there's no air conditioning, and they don't turn on the fans. The bathrooms are small, so it can be uncomfortable. As for the swords, they have a wide variety; some cuts are very salty and dry.
We arrived on a Sunday around 3:45 in the afternoon. The salad bar only had two options and not many side dishes. As for the cuts of meat, there weren't as many choices as in other places, and sometimes it took a long time for the next one to arrive. The service was friendly but not very efficient; sometimes we had to ask for things more than three times because they kept forgetting. Overall, the experience was just okay. And the cost was over 3,500 pesos for six adults, including drinks.
September 15, 2024. If you want a good meal, this place is great. There's a good salad bar, a variety of grilled meats, and drinks to enjoy. Unfortunately, some portions of the grilled meats are overcooked, although they taste good, and the flow of food isn't consistent. However, the meat, cooked in its own juices—essentially oven-baked—is delicious; I highly recommend it, especially the ribs, which melt in your mouth (although some might find them a bit salty). There's a hot bar where you can get spaghetti, paella-style rice, and other items I didn't recognize because they weren't labeled. I suppose they can make quesadillas or heat tortillas because there was a large griddle there, which I didn't see them using. As I mentioned, there's a salad bar, but it's not very extensive, although they do have a lot of dressings, but they're all bottled, not homemade or produced there. I recommend the clericot and a berry drink whose name I can't recall, but it's very good. Unfortunately, they don't have many desserts; almost everything is cupcakes, pie-like cake, and cookies made with what are literally soft creams. The only good thing is that they have grapes, strawberries, and apples in cream, and various plain cut fruits. Another thing to add is that on September 15th, there was live music. The girl who sang—I unfortunately don't remember her name—sang beautifully, and it was fitting for the day. I don't know if they have that every day. Everyone was really friendly and attentive. I gave the service 4 stars because there weren't any plates at the bar to sit on when we were there; we had to keep asking for them. And one more thing: even though the bathrooms looked clean, the floor felt sticky.
The prices are affordable, although the quality of the meat and the variety of dishes at the bar are limited. When I visited, I was the only diner in the restaurant. The service was good, although I felt like they brought me too much meat in a very short time. Since there's no token or way for the server to know whether or not to bring more cuts, it's difficult to pace them so you don't feel like you're stuffing yourself with food. Some of their cuts were a bit chewy or fatty, although they tasted good, to be honest. Their salad and pasta bar has two or three options. Desserts are similarly limited and simple. There are jellies, fruit, cake, and cookies. Drinks are not included in the buffet price; they offer beers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, soft drinks, and digestives. They offered me a caipirinha, but it's not made with cachaça but with rum, so it was more of a mojito.
The swords take a long time to come by, the arrachera is terrible as are all the cuts, in general I would never return to eat at this place.
They gave us dried meat left over from the day before. They started with cheap cuts of chicken and pork, all very cheap and unoriginal appetizers, and the steak was as dry as a flip-flop. A mini pork picala and the ribs never arrived. The good cuts never appeared. I went for swordfish and only enjoyed a small deviled octopus. It's pathetic, but it is what it is, and we paid for it.
Terrible service. They take too long, and the staff in charge of bringing the swords is incompetent and rude. The experience is frustrating from start to finish. If you have even the slightest chance of going somewhere else, do so; you'll just waste time and money here.
