Everyone appears so happy working here! We went on Valentine’s Day (super busy) and we got a table in 20 mins, food came hot, quick and delicious. Our waitress was so friendly! Everyone was happy. You could see the staff dancing in the back just having a great time. I love it! That’s how any work place should be
My server was Kevin and he was fantastic. Very attentive as well. Thanks for the experience Kevin. 10/10
One of the hosts is name Karam! One of the amazing staff, very helpful, polite and respectful!!! I wish him the best .
OMG, that soup! Was everything! The food was good and the drinks. I forgot the waitress name but she was AWESOME! THANK YOU! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
It was my first time eating at Olive garden. I got my order to go the everything was perfect. I will be back for sure. Those breadsticks are perfectly cooked and dangerously good!
Yum and more yum! Starting with our waitress Jamila who was amazing, service was prompt and professional, drinks were tasty and food was very well seasoned, hot and delicious! I am not usually a fan of Olive Garden but I believe this visit has restored my faith in this restaurant. Everyone from check in to check out were pleasant and professional.
Typical Olive Garden--lots of delicious fake Italian food. I usually get the minestrone soup because that's the only thing that seems vegan. They used to have whole wheat pasta, but no longer. We had a nice big group and everybody seemed very happy with their food, even Our friend, from Milano, who laughed about things that were called Italian. The servers are always very nice. And it's never too crowded in the afternoon. I wished they allowed Advance reservations for groups, so you don't have to be stressed about it.
Still one of my favourite places to visit when in the US. Food was very tasty as always. Staff was good but very busy due to shortage of staff
To be honest, olive garden is one of my favorites. I actually enjoy sitting at the bar instead. There's no one hardly there and never disappoints me. But from time to time, we sit down, the waitress Ms. Richelle D is very professional , courteous and polite, and a great person. Can get enough of the wine selection we always get sevinion Blanc the house wine, good taste my favorite dish. The tour of Italy, my son, had the lasagna, and my wife had the parmesan eggplant, superv. The desserts donuts, and the lasagna chocolate cake. Very good. I highly recommend it is family oriented and the food is great.
Absolutely amazing experience my server lenny was great, the place is super busy please be patient & considerate! Food was tasty, fresh & i am a drinker loved the bellinis ! Will come back again ! Had the blessing of having lenny both times i came, as my server, ask for him. Great spot for date night or family outing definitely recommend
I recently visited this restaurant for my daughter's birthday and they were very nice. I don't feel like I waited long at all, and the food was good to olive garden standards. There were a lot of birthdays and they made sure to sing to everyone. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves. In all, I certainly would recommend this place for good eats in cross county.
Always a blast when I come here. The staff is very friendly and very on top of things. The wait time isn't so bad. On the busy days the wait time is normally 1hr depending on your party. Compared to the one on 48th Street in lower Manhattan. This has been my favorite one and will continue to come here and enjoy the food!!!
Food was actually delicious and service was great! Prices were good. Very impressed.
The food was a lot and it was delicious. There was a huge crowd because we went on Mother’s Day. We did not wait at all to be seated because I put us on the wait list online. When we got there I checked in with the front desk and was seated immediately. Great service. Will definitely go there again.
Food was fresh and good 👍🏾 bread so buttery and delicious 🤤 but for timing is all they need to work on
Dined here on 1/4/26, around 6:30 PM. Our server Derek provided the best service I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime!
Perfect place for the pasta lovers 🌝🔥 Usually visited with co-workers or ordered catering for work meetings and never realized how huge their portions were until today 😂 They really are a very good option to visit with group of friends, relatives or co-workers 👍🏻 Today my husband and I visited for lunch, and we just realized their portions are: extraordinary 😂 and the food (every single dish) was very good! The service was incredibly fast, despite being at full capacity and with a line outside, it only took us about 10 minutes to get a table - the orders came out right on time and the food was in perfect conditions - our server Tom was extraordinary and was always passing by to make sure everything was alright, and even got us warm bread sticks to take back home with us! :) The place was neat, clean, organized and running smoothly 👍🏻 the GM passing by all tables to check on everybody - he even approached us speaking spanish because he realized we were speaking spanish and some other clients in english, which makes you feel very comfortable 😊 We ordered: - One appetizer: Shrimp Fritto Misto (too much food 😂) - One Classic Entree: Tour of Italy, which brings chicken parmigiana, fettuccine alfredo and classic lasagna and comes with never ending soup or salad + breadsticks (chose salad) - One Classic Entree: Chicken & Shrimps Carbonara, which comes with never ending soup or salad + breadsticks (chose Zuppa Toscana) - Water, one beer and one spiked raspberry lemonade It all made USD$76 + tip which we believe was pretty fair!
Nice dinner with my girlfriend. We got full off the bread sticks and salad LOL but we ordered Calamari, Chicken Parmesan, and spaghetti with meat sauce. Aaron was our waiter and he treated us very well. Was very attentive and helpful. The vibes here are cozy, relaxing. Just the way I like it
Went there for a company lunch. Fanini and the bartender working there(I did not get her name) were very friendly and professional. Anne the waitress is the friendliest and most professional waitress and we always ask for her by name. A++ The atmosphere was very family friendly. The servers were friendly.(our server Denise 1/27/2023) did a superb job. The food was delicious. Will have to go back one day and try other things on the menu. Had the chicken Alfredo. Their items are very high in calories but delicious.
Ask for Randy when you walk in because he was so hospitable and attentive. The manager Miracle, was also very attentive to our needs. The timing of the food was perfect . Grill chicken margarita was delicious as well as the 6 oz sirloin fettuccini . We definitely recommend coming here. FYI they were able to accommodate one of the dishes to our preference as well. Thank you Randy and Miracle.
It's my girls favorite place for unlimited soup and bread sticks. The battered shrimp is amazing. It was warm, the service was over the top and we had a really good time
This place truly exceeded my expectations. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get — it honestly feels like a hidden gem. Every dish was packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they really care about taste and consistency.
BRICHELLE (IDK IF THAT'S HOW YOU SPELL HER NAME) WAS AN AMAZING SERVER AND MY MOTHER LOVES THIS PLACE FOR HER BDAY CELEBRATION. SHE TURNED 85 AND SHE CALLS IT OLIVER'S GARDENS WITH HER THICK PANAMANIAN ACCENT!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Olive Garden in Yonkers, NY is always a great place to enjoy a satisfying Italian meal. I truly appreciate how delicious the food is every time I visit. The breadsticks are warm, fresh, and addictive, and the shrimp Alfredo is rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The endless salad is another favorite, always crisp and perfectly dressed. I also really appreciate the staff, who are friendly, attentive, and make the dining experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Olive Garden in Yonkers consistently delivers great food, great service, and a pleasant dining experience.
The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant is an outstanding and world renowned American casual dining restaurant known for its highly delicious Italian-American cuisine. The restaurant is owned by Darden Restaurants and has a multitude of locations throughout the world. In June of 2024, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at Olive Garden, specifically the branch based in the Cross County Shopping Center at Yonkers, New York. We both thank the Olive Garden staff providing us with a wonderful dining experience!!! The staff graciously welcomed us when we arrived and quickly provided us with a very spacious and comfortable dining table. Both my wife and I would like to give a special acknowledgment to our server, Romero A. for the impeccable service that he provided us with. Romero was very polite and courteous, displayed stellar attentiveness, and did a great job on addressing our menu inquiries and documenting our menu selections. Olive Garden is truly blessed to have Romero on their team. What also makes Olive Garden truly charming and special is its beautiful interior settings. Many Olive Garden restaurants including the one we visited aim to evoke the images and feel of a Tuscan village. The design features include brick interior walls, wood panel ceilings, and gorgeous portraits of Italian based countryside and urban settings. Last but certainly not least, both my wife and I loved our Olive Garden meals. We both ordered and enjoyed the Tour Of Italy entree, which features three major Italian meals all in one plate. The Tour Of Italy includes 1). the Chicken Parmigiana, 2).the Lasagna Classico, and 3).Olive Garden’s signature Fettuccine Alfredo. We found our meal to be perfectly cooked, delightfully seasoned, and superbly delicious!!! If you’d love to have Italian based cuisine in a wonderful cozy setting, then we highly recommend that you visit and dine at Olive Garden. You’ll be guaranteed to have a memorable dining experience!!!
The owner was standing outside when I arrived. I said you work here, he responded I own the place...oh happy day.. I introduced myself , we shook hands and he immediately understood that I needed a steak. Sat me down and within 30 minutes I had my warm bread with butter and this delicious salad that tasted like candy. The waiter already knew how I wanted my steak. And Ladies...The Owner is Hott! As I ate and watched everyone, I noticed that the owner Brett, has hired multiple nationalities. Your have a fantastic staff. Everyone smiling, professional and very polite. I'll be back again. The vibe is very chill . 💯 Oh and the Strawberry Shortcake is 😋.
We dined at this location today and ou waiter Shi was pleasant and professional. We were undecided on what to drink and Shi suggested a purple drink that was so good. In addition, he was very attentive to our needs and wants. We are both seniors and was very satisfied with the food and will come again. Keep up the Great work of choosing individuals who have great customer service that is do few these days. Satisfied Customers
My friends took me to Olive Garden and we had a wonderful time. Our server, Ben, was a pleasure—attentive and polite, always checking if we needed anything. When he learned it was my birthday, he told me they give a slice of cake to the celebrant, which I was happy to hear. The food was delicious and well-portioned. The salad was crisp with plenty of dressing, and the chocolate cake with whipped mousse was delightful.
My ‘order taker’ was Luisa Check # 70402 We got a great order taker! Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help me over the phone were awesome. Her helpful warm approach made our meal pleasant, delicious, and delightful. Everything was perfect! She listened confidently and took our order and delivered everything correctly and promptly. After placing the order I asked if she had everything. Her reply was I have everything don't worry I know just what to do. Indeed she did! Rarely do you get exactly what you request. We express our deepest gratitude for her excellent service. We had a take-out order so I can't expound on the atmosphere. However, we will order from there again as a result of her great assistance.
Probably, I never expected I would end up writing reviews for regular American Italian restaurant.. Totally worth writing the review for sure.. super friendly staff (kids friendly too).. I thought I posted this review.. but forgot to post it. Breadsticks with dipping sauce or salads are always standard go to munchies.. totally recommend shrimp frito misto if you are looking for some crunchy appetizer.. Now to the star of our visit.. When you happen to visit this location ask for ***Christina’s chicken Marsala***.. i will repeat this for sure when I visit next time too to have consistency check and update the review.. In case you are looking for a dessert, totally recommend chocolate lasagna for sure.. we loved it.. kids loved it with some crunchy surprises in there on some layers.. In case anyone else tried it seeing this review, could you add a comment with your experience of the order.. cheers.!
Came here for an early dinner on Sunday. We were seated in less than 5 minutes even though we were told that wait time was between 20-25 mins. Our server was very friendly and attentive. For appetizers, we had the fried mozzarella and stuffed ziti frita, which were both delicious. I had the herb-grilled salmon with broccoli and mashed potato. It was perfectly seasoned. I wiped my plate clean.
We had an amazing lunch here and it was delicious! Meliza waited us so nicely and was very attentive. The food tasted amazing and the environment was great. We were seated quickly and a waiter came immediately. They showed us the specials they had going on and recommended things from the menu that they knew would draw our attention. The manager even came over himself and checked in to see how the food was. They were very polite and worked really well.

One of the best things about our visit today was our waitress Abbi. She was awesome and kudos to the store manager, Amanda also. Very personable.
Great service great food great timing great seating I would say this is a great all-around family orientated place to go very polite clean needs I am looking forward to going there again with family and Friends
Olive Garden has the best Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp! It’s so delicious, and I love that they include a fresh salad too. The only thing is that since you can’t make a reservation, it gets super busy at certain times and the service can be a little slow. Other than that, I’ve always been treated really well and enjoyed my meals there!
Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was crowded but fast seating. The utensils and cloth was not as clean, customer service was great and attentive. The breadsticks aren’t the same as before, they’re not as flavorful anymore, tastes as they just smeared a bit of butter and heated up a bit, the cesar salad was good, I had build your own pasta, angel hair with marinara sauce and fried chicken which was tender and tasty, the fried shrimps was good with fried onions and peppers
First things first - our waiter Chi deserves a rating of 6 stars out of 5, totally awesome. \n\nFood only rates a 3. I had the pasta fagioli and it was okay at best, mostly beans and a sauce that was…
Pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Enjoyed it very much. Good job.

It is simply not Italian as I know it coming from Italy. Good salad but only average food, at best.

Service was good. salad was overdressed with vinegar. Fried ravioli was overcooked and tasted old. The calamari was salty. Overpriced for food that wasn't tasty.

The soups, bread and salad are very good. Unfortunately they no longer offer a garlic and olive oil option instead of tomato based sauce. However previously you were able to order it and the kitchen staff would oblige. In this visit my friend did just that what she got was a combination of tons of garlic with oil. It was really bad. My photo shows it and even our server agreed. We were given free desert which was great but I doubt if my friend will be returning.
I would of given the Restaurant another star had it not been for the smell of musky carpet around the area me & family were seated & the dusty blinds on the window. Besides this the waiter was really nice & on point with our orders & beverages. The food was really good & my kids in joyed theirs meals as well. The price of the meals are really fair. If your around the area I still recommend you come & bring your family.
Minimal wait for table. Once seated, there appeared to be some confusion over who would wait on our table. Kiara was personable but not very attentative. Service was slow. Menu items were unavailable. This location should have been prepared with sufficient staff and food for a summer Sunday evening. A take home dish was hastily prepared was unappetizing. Aaron was not assigned to our table but was prompt, professional, and thorough. Tonight's experience fell short of what we were accustomed to at this location.
Great family restaurant. Went on Mother's Day. There was a bit of a wait but luckily we held our spot online. We were seated and greeted and the food arrived 20 minutes after ordering. Our server was pleasant. We had the Tour of Italy and the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. It was delicious 😋.
We walked in post 1 pm and they were pretty full but did manage to accommodate us without a big wait . What we ate tasted good -the problem being that there wasn’t much to choose from - being a vegetarian, the menu has / had very limited options. They were out of mozzarella sticks ( the only other vegetarian option) and so we ordered the zucchini bites as appetisers which tasted good. We ordered a dinner portion of capavoti pasta in pesto sauce and asked them to make it spicy- and spicy is what they made it- so spicy that our sinuses were cleared. The pasta came with salad which was fresh but had too much dressing for our taste and hence we didn’t have much of it ! Moscow mules on the side and an ice cream sundae to end the lunch and our meal was done. Service was friendly. I would definitely go back if they had more vegetarian appetiser/ mains options ! The three stars is just for lack of options for vegetarians.
This Olive garden gets a three-star rating because I ordered takeout arrived at the restaurant after my food was already done and brought to the takeout counter. I stood there for an additional 8 minutes without being acknowledged, looking at my bag. They young woman gave another customer that was waiting before me her bag, then another customer received her order but not lil ole me....I'm 6'5 and couldn't be missed standing directly in front of the counter. My order was chicken Alfredo. The chicken was delicious, the alfredo sauce was nice but my noodles were hard and the problem with that is I only noticed it when I got home to eat which was a 35 minute drive so I can't just turn around and go back to the restaurant and tell him that my noodles were no good, so it ended up eating what I could of the noodles and just the chicken with the sauce. I really had my mouth tuned up for that meal..... Sheesh 🙄
We stopped by to check it out. It was a bit of a wait to be seated. Food & service were okay.
Waitress was awesome, food was good BUT the bathroom was deplorable and had no soap in it. Women bathroom has 3 stalls and 2 of them was blocked with tissue and nasty.
First, i want to say the waitress was stellar! She was awesome. Now, the drink was fine even though I had to stir it up myself. The food was meh. I had the grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo that straight up looked reheated. The pasta was overdone, and some pasta were stuck together in globs. It was a busy night because there were 5 birthday shouts while I was there, including my own. Honestly, the saving grace was the waitress & the dessert because that chocolate lasagna was very good. The bathroom, though, was a horror show. It looked like a tornado of paper towels & toilet paper hit all over the ladies' room.
I got there and it was very crowded. There was a 30 minute wait time. However, we waited about 15 minutes. The serve came and took my order pretty quickly, which was nice. I ordered a cocktail and th…

As much as I like Olive Garden and it's flavors, the last couple of times that I've been to this particular location in Yonkers it's been less than mediocre... Not only the flavor was not as other locations (lacked a lot of salt and taste for that matter), but also the option was ridiculous... For $18.99 this is not what I expect.... And certainly not what I have experienced at any other Olive Gardens... Not to mention this location is more $$ than others (except times square obviously)... Way less than I expect from an Olive garden... I didn't touch the plate before this picture this is the exact amount of food I received... For almost $20dlls????? ... I'd happily pay it if it was worth it but it was so not
This is my normal Olive Garden, I normally have a great experence here but today was completely different. I sat down waited almost 20 minutes for my waiter, the manager was walking by I asked him for my drinks. My food came out before my appetizer so I asked to cancel it. Food was okay but service was horrible today I'm surprised.
I recently visited, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. I was really looking forward to a tasty meal, but the food ended up being underwhelming. It wasn’t as flavorful or satisfying as I had hoped. I was expecting more, especially based on the reviews, but the taste just didn’t hit the mark for me. On a positive note, the service was not bad. The staff were polite, and the food came out in a timely manner. However, the overall experience didn’t fully impress me. While the service was decent, the food definitely needs some improvement. I may give it another try, but I hope for a better dining experience next time.
Placed a curbside order and checked in and entered my parking spot. Waited 10 minutes past my order ready time, nobody came out to my car. Went in, took an additional 5 minutes to get the attention of somebody at the to-go window. She gave me my order which was sitting on the counter, ready to go. They forgot my breadsticks. Very disappointing experience overall, not the quality of service I expect from Olive Garden.

Never ending pasta ? More like never coming back. Service was awful and slow and servers incredibly rude. Not to mention they were out of pretty much everything. Told us we had a 40 min wait & told us we can sit outside and when we sat outside and came back they had apparently already called our name within 10 mins but didn’t tell us until we went up and asked them.
I came in with a party of 10 people with high hopes that we will have some good food today, but from the moment we sit down things started to go downhill. I can tell you that every time I ask for something, the waiter would be like I think we run out. She did not even go ask the kitchen or her manager but she would answer with I think we run out. The food that supposedly just came out of the kitchen was cold, the bread was hotter than the food . I have come here several times and the food and service is usually excellent, but I don’t know what happened today. I can tell you a lot by saying that even the bathroom did not even have soap. I waited 1 hour for this, what a disappointment.
I had a horrible experience, there was a hair in my food, the piña colada was disgusting, the ice tea was horrible, the drinks were horrible, as soon as we sat down we waited 10 minutes for a waiter, she came and had kind of and attitude, we were not even offered water, we then waited 20 minutes for the kids food, then another 15 minutes for our food, for the food to taste horrible it was cold, had no flavor, the meat was to salty, there was a hair in one of the plate it was horrible. I felt sick to my stomach, Never coming back again🤢🤢
Where do I begin, we went to OG for my daughter’s 13th birthday dinner. This is something we have done the last 8 years (( her choice she loves OG) This was only our 2nd time at this location and I will NEVER go back. 1, I requested to have them sing happy birthday to my daughter and they NEVER DID IT! I requested it to francy I believe her name tag said, she was the girl at the front who seated us. Next, my waitress Nyasia, she was the absolute least welcoming person I have ever experienced in the hospitality industry. She did not say hello, she did not even give us her name ( it was on my receipt) . She walks up to my table and says “ya ready “ um ok I guess we are. Her service was terrible well I will say what made it worse is she was NOT friendly nor did she smile at all. Our appetizers came out a good ten minutes before our drinks. We were never asked if we wanted cheese on anything no salad no pasta nothing. She checked in once as she walked past she didn’t necessarily approach our table. I didn’t bring any of this to the managers attention because I didn’t wanna ruin my daughter’s night more than it already had been. I also don’t trust people with my food if I make a complaint so here I am. I am not sure who is hiring these people but please do better. My daughter couldn’t even get a simple happy birthday sang to her was the most upsetting part. I know it was a bit disappointing to her to because she didn’t even ask or want desert. It’s really sad we now have to break the birthday tradition because my family deserves better. Please keep in mind my daughter has thousands of restaurants to choose from and she chose OG I feel like our business was not wanted or welcomed.
Stopped into the Olive Garden in Yonkers around 8:30 PM after a flight, just looking for a quick, comforting dinner. It was about an hour and a half before closing, but the place was still busy and clearly understaffed. We waited 15 minutes to be seated, and another 10 before anyone came by to take our order. It looked like one poor waitress was handling nearly every table - she was clearly overwhelmed, but still warm and kind, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the kindness couldn't save the rest of the experience. They were out of salad, broccoli, and the nightly special. We stayed anyway because it was late and we'd already waited. Twenty minutes later, someone came by to let us know they were also out of bucatini. Even the bathroom was out of towels. The whole place was weirdly humid but cold, which only added to the discomfort. All in all, this was a rough experience - disorganized, understaffed, and just not worth it. I wouldn't recommend this location.
I really can’t stand this place. For some God forsaken reason the kids love it. The service is so bad here. The portions of food get smaller every year. The kids menu used to order ice cream or some form of treat included with the meal but not anymore. You spend more and more but continue to get less and less it’s mind blowing how the franchise is still around.
I went for a quick dinner and right when I got my food I see a mouse running around. The best part: the manager was walking around with a broom trying to swat it to kill it. It was terrible! I got lucky that I had been waiting so long just to add cheese to my pasta so I didn’t eat. Needless to say I left immediately and left the food. The manager knew better than to expect me to pay. I really should’ve walked out when I saw the bathroom didn’t have soap, the kiosk at the table was sticky, and the menus themselves were disgusting. Run away!
This was some of the worst service I have ever had. We got seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned well, no utensils. Waiter took our drink order quickly, but that was the highlight. We had to ask several times for drinks, utensils and the breadsticks that came after we finished our meals. My drink from the bar took forever and must have been sitting there, because it was full of melted ice and tasted awful. Never ever ever will I go back to this location!!!!
This place is not like how it used to be went there. For my son's graduation and it was only 5 people. Me and my daughter had order the same dish and waitress brings me one. Then she had to order me another dish. And my family was done eating and I still didn't have my dish. The tables feel sticky. I don't know, maybe she was new and I understand that, but the food was cold.It wasn't even hot olive Garden in cross. county used to be really good. It's not the same anymore and you spend a lot of money to get cold food and dirty tables
When I came to pick up my order one of the workers Omeilia was on her phone eating and didn't acknowledge me for a while. Another worker who looked busy asked her to help and it looked like she just kept eating and wasn't interested. When she finally did come over she was unpleasant and unfriendly not greeting me or anything. It came off across really unprofessional and I think management needs to address this. I usually enjoy placing my order with the other staff like Luisa or the other young ladies who are there but this wasn't it.
I came to this restaurant for the first time for my daughter's graduation and the service was great plus the service was very professional. Tonight I went to celebrate my wife's birthday here because we enjoyed our first visit. But unfortunately it wasn't so. The service was sloppy and of poor taste. The waiters and waitress walking around holding hands and hugging like it was their date night. There was no ice for drinks. You could hear the employees talking loudly of their sexual adventures. I can't believe what was happening in a family environment restaurant. The waiter dropped cheese on the floor and didn't bother to pick it up. Employees walked over the same cheese and stepped on it like it was nothing. No napkins was provided during our meal. Thanks to this restaurant this is a birthday dinner my family, wife nor I will ever forget
We came to have dinner for my son’s new girlfriend’s birthday. The waitress was very kind but she was so busy we definitely didn’t get good service. Our breadsticks were cold and the dipping sauce came out much later than the sticks. We had to ask for more salad, sticks and refills on drinks. The pasta we all ordered came out with very little sauce and very dried out. We asked to sing happy birthday and they never brought out the cake. Additionally, the bathroom was disgusting. Picture attached. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had here.
I visit this location very often and have never seen anything like this, ever! I called in and had my issue completely ignored! Very unprofessional! I know you guys are extremely busy during the holidays, but letting this get by you is unbelievable! The little guy sat on top as if it was garnish of some sort. Hell, you can almost imagine his last moments alive! Won't be eating out again!
Me and my girl went to this establishment. we asked for a table and they said 25 minute wait, we waited outside and this guy, blonde curly hair who came outside to call names and did not say our name. Then I went to complain because there was a party who came 20 minutes after us and they got seated before us and they told me “we said your name 30 minutes ago” and they did not at all. Mind you the guy saw us multiple times and did not say anything. They then told us we would be called next only for other parties of two to be called and they were only on their phones and laughing with each other. If we had not been sitting right by the door I understand them missing us but we stood by the door at the entrance. This deserves zero stars and this is the worst experience I’ve had in my life. Never going to any Olive garden if this is how staff is.
By far the worst Olive Garden experience we’ve ever had. We typically go to Olive Garden because we know what we will be getting, but boy were we surprised. Staff was disorganized, floor was filthy with dirty napkins and food you had to walk over just to get to the restroom. No silverware was provided. But worst of all, the five cheese pasta sauce was an oily mess, as shown in the photo. We sent it back but still it returned the same—dark and oily. The manager admitted there was something wrong with it and needed to be tossed, but they wouldn’t remake the sauce. I gave an extra star to service because the waitress was sweet and the manager did comp part of our meal. But we certainly won’t be returning
They took us in right away, but we waited for over 30 minutes for a servicer, i went up to the counter and told them, and they told me they were gonna send someone over, that "someone" never arrived. It wasn't till after that we were getting up and leaving that some other waitress said if she could help, but they took to long.
Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for a table. Service was extremely slow. Orders were slow, wrong and forgotten. However, the restaurant was severely understaffed so we felt bad for our waiter. The hosts at the front were miserable, not one smile. Bathrooms were Absolutely disgusting. Love Olive Garden but will never go to this location again.
This olive garden the food is delicious and fresh. The problem is the service. The servants don't know how to do their job. How you going to give me food to take and zero utensils. I wasnt able to eat my food besides looking at it.so i won't be returning at all horrible customer service. If you decide to work as a servant then learn how to do your job well.is such a simple job to do . Zero stars for service.
I’m writing this as I sit in the restaurant! 8:17PM on a Monday October 6th! Wait was alright 15 mins for a table when I visibly saw someone clean a few tables & they were open for seating. Sever took some time to take our order! We ordered an app & two soups! App came along with the soups & we didn’t get any drinks until the actual food came which was maybe two mins after the soup. I didn’t finish the soup because the food would get cold so I opted to eat the food instead. I also ordered a mango drink that took forever to arrive way after the food! The food itself was un eatable! I’ve been coming to this Olive Garden for years! I went to middle school in Yonkers & Olive Garden in cross county has been a go-to spot for over a decade UNTIL NOW! The chicken was horrible .. they gave my wife a grilled parm bc they didn’t have CRISPY. It was horrible & that’s me putting it kindly! It was just a really bad experience for me. I won’t be coming back here at all! I should’ve gone to Texas Roadhouse instead like I initially wanted to. To put it short for those that skip to the bottom. Food was garbage, service was substandard, overall just bad. Take your family & loved ones somewhere else. If I could rate half a star I would or even none if possible. The pasta was good & its sauce was good too so I ate that because I was hungry & I had to eat something. As yall can see I didn’t touch the chicken it was awful. The Pasta was the only saving grace in what was a most mediocre dinner & a waste of hard earned money.
Where do I begin? After not having eaten at this Olive Garden in over 8 -10 years, I went there tonight (Saturday 08/16/25). Got to the restaurant at around 10pm and although the place was pretty empty, the hostess quoted a 20 minute wait that turned out to be a 15 minute wait. Ordered an Italian Margarita that tasted like fruit punch and had no kick to it! I then proceeded to order the lasagna. When it was brought out to me and I began to eat it, I immediately noticed that it was not hot, but more on the warm to about to turn cold side. The air conditioning in the place was so cold that this sped up lowering the temperature of the lasagna. I could have sent it back to be reheated, but I didn’t want to go that route. After just about being finished with my meal, I noticed a mouse running, several times, along the edges of the dining booths off of the kitchen area. I quickly asked for my check and told the server about the mouse, her eyes opened wide as if in surprise, as if she had never heard of, or seen, a mouse in their restaurant. Bless her heart for trying to put on a good performance, but I could tell that she was well aware of the presence of rodents at that location. Upon paying her for my meal she said…”Have a good night and hope to see you again.” NOPE!! The server was pleasant, but you won’t see me or my money at this Olive Garden EVER again!
