How does this restaurant manage to be so consistently awesome? I just tried it for the first time and the food is great, the staff are awesome and it's so fast to get through the line. The quality of the food for what you pay is so good. A++

El Pollo Loco is one of my favorite spots for fast food and this location specifically has been very consistent on the service and quality they provide. Their chicken is really good, I've tried almost all their items because I love trying new food and I just love their chicken. The tostada salad, their bowls, tacos and holiday tamales and bowls are my favorite. My suggestion is for you to download the app so you place your order ahead and also earn some rewards. There's usually gonna be one or two special offers on the app, although my favorite value meal on the menu doesn't need a coupon, and it is the Original Pollo Bowl, you'll get a small size (which is enough) chicken bowl, tortillas or chips and a drink for 5.99 or one dollar less without the drink and tortillas. This is the one on the photo. Thank you for the great service every time.

Nice & Clean, friendly helpful staff, food is great. The double chicken salad was a great size. The chicken was a little dry, but the Salsa's, green salsa, pico de gallo & cilantro, lime vinegrette added so much flavor.

It was good for fast food Mexican dining. The place was empty. I went in around 3 pm on a Saturday. The service was fast and friendly. There was plenty of parking!

BRC sucked, too much rice, not enough cheese, and the beans were dry so burrito was like paste with under cooked tortilla.

Not like other el pollo loco . Make sure you check your chicken before taking it to go. I don’t like my chicken burnt. They don’t have bigger cups for the sauce and the salsa. :-(

First the cashier couldn’t figure out how to make correct change. Then the chips were stale and the avocado in the salad still had the stem. I will not be going back.

Horrific Food it use to be my favorite place , green Salsa diluted with so much water and red Salsa tasted horrific too. The Chicken was old and extremely dry from Yesterday just awful. Young Lady who took my order was very friendly , but Manager very unfriendly and could. Unfortunately the place went slowly down Hill the last couple of years and it finally reached the lowest level. Waisted 17 Dollars. Never will came here again.

Looks really dirty in and outside of the property. Needs immediate improvement ASAP before it closes down.

My quesadilla literally had a pinch of cheese and sauce in it. Driest quesadilla I've ever had, and now I feel like I threw $10 away.
