Avaliações de La Taverna del Gusto Zanengo
We had lunch at this restaurant today and were very satisfied. The pizza (both Neapolitan and classic) was really good and well-filled. The octopus was incredibly tender, and both the tuna steak and the sea bass fillet were excellent, as were the pasta dishes (paccheri, tonnarelli, and gnocchi). The service was prompt and truly friendly. Oh, and excellent value.
Excellent food, as always. The quality of the ingredients is consistently top-notch, with a mix and refinement of dishes and techniques. The dishes always have that originality that intrigues and entices you to return. Fish reigns supreme. And what a star! I ordered the crudités, and the ingredients had a fragrance and flavor that reminded me of the Ionian coast. The spaghetti sauce with sea urchins and bottarga screamed sea. (You know that home-made seafood flavor from the rocks? There... divine). As always, a sure thing. The service gives you that extra push of pampering and support that has been too often missing in the restaurant world for a few years. Precise, extremely fast, and smart. No hiccups, and above all... and above all, finally someone who can oversee the wine list. Perfect.
Excellent food and interesting options. We had several fish-based starters, and they were all delicious and generously portioned. Looking around, the other dishes and the pizzas were truly tempting. The waitresses were very friendly, but the only downside was that, despite the air conditioning, it was extremely hot inside the restaurant.
Is a nice and lovely place.
A few nights ago, I came in with a friend for pizza. The place is clean, including the bathrooms. The pizza is good, and as for the wine, you can get a bottle or a glass. A very small, but kindly, comment: the entrance is very narrow, and if the waitresses are waiting to seat you, it becomes annoying to bump into other customers.
We were craving pizza and chose La Taverna del Gusto. They have doughs for every palate, but we opted for Neapolitan because we were curious to see how a Neapolitan pizza chef works 🧑🍳. The pizzas are well-topped with fresh, quality ingredients. The dough is light and well-leavened, especially the scrocchiarella. La Taverna also boasts a wide selection of wines and a very delicious menu. The high-quality products are definitely worth spending a little more for.
We stopped for pizza at noon. We tried the Neapolitan pizza with its long rising time. It was excellent. It's been a long time since I've had such a good pizza. I had the calzone with escarole and anchovies and thought it was very good. The pizza prices are higher than average, but the product is made with care, and the long rising time justifies the price. We'll be back.
The inn is located in a tiny countryside hamlet, giving it a unique atmosphere. Pleasantly decorated, it offers pizzas and a predominantly seafood menu. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pizza, with its various bases, flavors, and preparations, is definitely worth a visit. Regarding the air conditioning (there is also outdoor seating), I would reconsider, as given the presence of a wood-fired oven, it seems underpowered.
It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant where you can enjoy delicious seafood dishes, delicious risottos, excellent pizzas, and more. The wine selection is excellent, as are the desserts. The staff, mostly female, is young, kind, and friendly. Good value for money. I recommend it to everyone 👍
We were a group, we had dinner with the pizza tour... The dough is good but the toppings are horrible to say the least... A pizza that I never thought Italians would offer was the pizza with croissants and ragù... I'll start by saying that the ragù only had oil similar to the ones in Star ragù cans... I've never seen anything as horrifying as this pizza... all that was missing was the pineapple pizza and they'd hit the jackpot 🤦🏼♀️
We tried this place during the nougat festival in Cremona (not far away). The location is small but comfortable, the staff were friendly, a bit slow, and the quality of the dishes was good. In my opinion, we spent too much for three first courses and an appetizer (I call it that because there were only four slices of salami, two small pieces of parmesan, and half a tablespoon of mustard). With the appetizer, they offered us focaccia (which, in my opinion, should be paired with cured meats by default, or at least with bread; when we got the bill, we discovered we had paid for it separately). The table setting (even appropriate for the type of food, including placemats, cutlery, and glasses, but without bread) was also excellent. You can't charge €2 for the cover charge like in Milan, where the tablecloth and service were very different. That said, the quality was good, but expensive.
