Very well located in Acambay, at the end of the main avenue and on the way to the magical town of Aculco. Their specialty is roasted chicken. I also enjoy the chicken broth with thighs or a broth with giblets. For breakfast, they have fried eggs with salsa, coffee, and orange juice. The prices are very reasonable, and the place is clean and organized with great service. On this occasion, I went with Dr. Soria to try the delicious chicken broth, either with chicken or giblets. However, we couldn't have it since that dish is only available after noon. As a substitute, we had the fried eggs, which I mentioned earlier and which my companion loved, along with the tortilla chips, molcajete salsa, and tortillas that are specially made for this restaurant by a third party. In short, a pleasant visit to this restaurant to truly recharge. They succeeded... a clean, unpretentious, comfortable, and highly recommended place.
Good family place
A simple but cozy place, served by a very kind young lady. The roast beef with potatoes, beans, and salad is delicious, with a generous portion for a fair price. The beef burger with potatoes is quite good and at an excellent price. Definitely a place to return to on your trip. Congratulations and thank you! 👌
This place is a contrast. On the one hand, it seems like any other small-town place, and I could say it's rather bland. But since the most important thing is the flavor of the food, I can't be wrong, and although my palate isn't the most demanding, I must say that even the French fries are super tasty: not too oily, not too watery, and not too crispy, cooked to perfection. The chicken broth is delicious. The tortilla chips with beans they serve as a starter, along with their red salsa, are oh so delicious. The menu isn't extensive, but each dish has a homemade flavor that I really liked. I've been there several times and I'm pleased to note that the prices are low compared to the portions and the flavor. It's definitely a place to stop by for a bite to eat without spending a lot and with great flavor. Sorry, I almost forgot to mention that they have the best roasted chickens around here.
