It's a really good place to came with friends and have drinks or also food, I think that's everyday or at least on weekends there is a band of rock in live, also from time to time there is an special tribute to a specific band, it's a cool place, don't forget get the rocker hour where you can drink 2 beers for a special price! Until 9pm.

Las bebidas preparadas tienen buen sabor. Me tocó estar en el área exterior y siento que pudiera mejorar en varios aspectos (estéticos/diseño). En esta área casi no hay meseros por lo que el servicio se dificulta un poco. Sin embargo considero que el lugar está bien para disfrutar un rato con los amigos.

McCarthys es un lugar con un ambiente increíble cuando hay música en vivo. Aunque la comida no es mi favorita, la variedad de cervezas es impresionante y las bandas que se presentan son geniales. El ambiente se vuelve muy animado y divertido con la música en vivo, lo que hace que valga la pena visitar. Ideal para amantes de la cerveza y la música en vivo.

It's an Irish bar that doesn't have Irish beer. I'm. Bumping up my review a bit. The waiter was pretty friendly and kept recommending good beers for our table from the limited selection they had. And if we needed something the waiter never hesitated to help. The wings and fries we ordered were actually well made for bar food. I'd recommend it honestly me and my party had a good time.

My wife and I had an early dinner here on 4/12/2021. The restaurant is much larger that it looks from the parking lot. It is decorated just as you would expect for a Pub. The outdoor seating was nice. The place was not very busy. You cannot smoke in the outdoor patio, but, if you walk of the restaurant, you can smoke and watch the smoke blow right into the outdoor patio, so I am not sure what the difference is. Our server was friendly and helpful, but, she was the only one we saw working and was very busy. So here is the deal, I think the place is great, especially for Tijuana and for the plaza. It actually fits perfect where it is at. It didn't get the 5th star for a couple reasons. The food is just ok. I had the Mexican Burger and my wife had the buffalo wings. The burger was good but not the best. There was too much bun and not enough meat. Plus, the meat wasn't juicy. Had the patty been bigger, or the bread smaller and the burger cooked to medium or medium well, it would be pretty good. I enjoyed the fries but the onion rings weren't that great. They had a lot of dough and weren't cooked for long enough. My wife's buffalo wings were just ok, nothing special. They have a large list of beers, but very few are actually available. So, all in all, this place has a ton of potential. It is good but not good enough for me to want to drive out of my way or make a special trip. I would recommend and if we were in the area again and very hungry, we might go back.

If i wanted that i would go to pubs in San Diego.

This has been by far the worst wings I’ve ever had and service was horrible my wings came out black how burned they were and it looked like the dam chicken bearly hatched don’t waste your money or time here
