One of the best Ramen in town. Noodles makes the entire difference. Good portion from what you pay. Definitely worthy.

This place is amazing! What a surprising find. Probably one of the top 5 ramen places I’ve been to, including top Tabelog places across Japan. Very authentic with local Mexican flair. The meat is thick cut, braised and then charred to impart additional flavor, miso broth deep and rich, noodle decent but cooked with just the right level of chewiness. Only complaint is a bit heavy on meat and light on noodles, but I also consider that part of the local charm!

Chashu Ramen is the best, I get an extra Chashu every time I go back to CDMX for my quarterly work trip. It's the best ramen I've ever eaten. The broth is amazing, and the small bar setting is just perfect. It's sometimes difficult to get a seat, unless you come early or in between lunch & dinner time.

So far, this is the best ramen in town for me. And the portions are good. I've never been able to finish it yet.

Probably one of the Best Ramen bowls I have ever had… and I had a solid few! After visiting Japan 3 times now, the flavor Deigo delivers is totally up there. Highly recommended.

Very good experience, the food is traditional and has the typical taste of Japanese Ramen. Macha tea is included with the food, and you can freely serve yourself water (cold and hot). Customer service was good as well, very friendly personal and the food is served quick. The price is a bit high thus matches the quality of the food. Must visit.

We ordered miso ramen and Japanese curry ramen. Miso five stars, curry so so. Large portion of meat and other ingredients. A bit pricey.

Incredible ramen and service. A gem of a 24 hour ramen restaurant. I visited here several times and was never let down. The flavors of the vegan ramen worked together to make an amazing bowl of goodness. The cornbata miso ramen is excellent and a must try dish. The ambiance is layed back and the staff are thoughtful, busy and humble. They know their craft well.

I was craving some soup, and Diego Ramen popped up in our search since it’s super close to our apartment. I ordered the Buta Kakuni Shoyu Ramen — the broth was actually really good, rich and flavorful — but the bowl came with mostly fatty pieces and barely any meat, which was a bit disappointing, especially for the higher price point. If I end up going back, I’ll probably try a different ramen next time. It’s a self-service kiosk setup right when you walk in, and I wasn’t sure if it’s normal that it still asks for a tip when you pay.

Very tasty, although it is more Mexican fusion than I typically prefer. Growing up in Asia, so I might be biased. The highlight is the vibe and the free matcha 🍵

Very good ramen shop! Service was quick and the soup was good. The noodles them selves didn’t stand out much but the broth was good and the meat portion was generous. Over all a fun ramen bar experience!!

It is one of the closest experiences in Mexico City to enjoy japanese ramen, they even got a japanese toilet! Of course not 100% japanese experience but the food is good. You have to order and pay before entering. The place is small and it might take a while to be seated, for us it was about 40min wait after we ordered. Beverages are limited, no alcoholic options. If you only want the matcha tea, don't order any drinks, it is already included with each meal. Food portions are abundant, 1 ramen is more than enough. The gyozas are crusty, so not precisely like the original ones, but ok, soak them in you ramen soup!

Ramen was good but nothing special especially for the price, it's actually more than what it costs in Toronto. $330 pesos which is $25 Canadian. I also didn't really like how it felt like a fast food joint ordering at the screen in the front and then waiting to be seated at the bar. There was no vibe really, we spent $1000 pesos for 2 ramens, edamame and 1 soda water. Don't feel like the price matches the experience or the food.

Nice ambience, but the chashu ramen was pretty bland and not very flavorful. Also expensive (290 pesos), and I don’t think it’s fair to suggest paying full tip when it’s mostly self-service. Maybe the other dishes are more flavorful.

I read a few reviews that the ramen was too salty, so decided to avoid it and ordered the yakisoba. The noodles were drenched in sauce, and what was supposed to be stir fry ended up almost soup-like. It was also a bit too salty for this reason You place your order on a screen as you walk into the restaurant, and then sit down after. This means you’re asked for a tip percentage before you’ve received any service. The space is small but there were some empty seats on a weekday afternoon Overall I don’t think I can recommend this place. The price is on the higher side, for what is a simple stir fry dish, and the food was only acceptable in quality

Unpopular opinion. This place is just less than OK. Self ordering in the door entrance of the restaurant doesn't make the experience enjoyable and imagine if there is a line with a bunch of customers waiting ... the Ramen was salty and expensive for what you get. The place was super hot, maybe no AC working.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is great, it’s brand new inside, modern architecture and clean. What really surprised me about this place is the fact that it’s open 24 hours, you could go eat any time which is great if you’re having an after midnight crave. However you have to bare in mind that the service is quite slow, as i guess after midnight they prepare the food for thr coming day so i guess they get busy in the kitchen. I’ve had a one of their ramen with an addition of shashu and an addition of egg, the broth was great the quality of the noodles was average the meat was overcooked. My friend ordered another type, he enjoyed it. Their gyoza are fried, it was not what i was expecting i thought they would be steamed and it took a lot of time to reach the table. I liked the fact that they have a tap that you could refill with water without asking for the waiter all the time. They also have a booth where you order your food through the machine before entering the restaurant. To be honest the price is fair compared to the quality they give you but i think they could do better than this.

We went after a concert around 2am for what we expected to be phenomenal ramen. The reviews had us excited for the amazing flavor and quality. Unfortunately the ramen didn't live up to the hype. For chashu, the meat was very thick and I'm fairly confident was not pork belly. I love a good bite to ramen noodles, but these were overly chewy. By the time I had a few bites, my jaw began to ache from biting through them. The broth, while having the appropriate rendered fat within it, tasted off. I did not finish my bowl. I'm positive the ramen during the day is amazing but the quality was not there for late night dining. The ramen egg however was delicious and most definitely the best part of the meal. But for 645 pesos for two bowls of ramen and a coke, I expected more. Additionally my partner didn't get their complimentary matcha. The waiter asked, and my partner couldn't hear them and asked "what" which the waiter took as no and walked off as my partner nodded their head yes.
