Son muy groseros y déspotas, su orientación de servicio al cliente es mínima. Si tu compra no representa un monto considerable, no eres importante para ellos. Considero que todos lo clientes somo importantes, entonces, no entiendo para que venden cosas de montos pequeños si no van a atender a los interesados debidamente.

Llegue al local y pues resulta que debo sacar cita para comprar, ok, llego y me hacen mandar un correo solicitando el producto que quería comprar cuando lo estoy viendo a poca distancia dentro del local, y me responden que me daban "cita" hasta Las 2 de la tarde siendo que ya estaba ABIERTO y eran las 12:30 pm. Siendo que en el correo MENCIONÉ QUE YA ME ENCONTRABA EN EL LUGAR. Lástima de burocracia que entorpece todo, un cliente menos.

Terrible, don't buy any more products from this brand. I bought a HW16 smartwatch and it stopped working after a month and a half for no reason. I've called the number to get a refund for my purchase and no one answers. Super cheap, 2 thousand pesos I threw away. Their products are very bad. I bought a Smart Watch X6 from Claro Shop, and the supplier is "Fralugio." The watch has a three-hour battery life. I returned it under warranty, and they claim that the specifications state the battery life is three hours. Don't be so talkative because that specification isn't listed anywhere. I wasn't going to buy a watch that would have a three-hour battery life, hahaha. The package included a free hands-free kit, which doesn't even work. Why send these useless items? I don't need them giving me things that don't work. They're burning out, sending these gifts, hahaha. Please don't buy from them.
