Un lugar muy bonito, excelente arquitectura y comida deliciosa. Un poco caro pero vale la pena la vista

Excelente lugar, muy agradable el espacio, no ambientan con música y eso permite que se pueda charlar, el servicio bueno, la comida rica, todo lo que solicitamos delicioso y linda presentación. Solo como áreas de oportunidad se les acabó el pan que ofrecen para acompañar los platillos y nos ofrecieron en su lugar tortillas, solo considerar eso, y alguna cortesía aunque sea pequeña para quienes cumplen años. Pero fuera de eso altamente recomendable una vista extraordinaria.

El lugar increíble, la comida deliciosa y la atención excelente. Sin duda un lugar para volver y probar varios platillos La vista a la fachada posterior de la Catedral facilita que se aprecie el jardín posterior. Recomiendo tomar algo en la terraza para disfrutar de la vista pero si hace mucho sol comer en los salones o pisos posteriores. La doble altura y los materiales hacen que La Casa de las Sirenas sea un lugar mágico y único para comer.

Vimos la terraza a lo lejos y se veía agradable, lo es... Al principio pensé q las porciones eran muy pequeñas pero están cargadas de sabor, quedé súper satisfecha, disfrute mi comida y mi bebida. Nos atendió Raúl y nos contó un poco de la historia del lugar, eso le dió un toque aún más especial.

Bajo mi experiencia considero que la comida está bien proporcionada y los sabores son muy equilibrados. Ósea tienen una buena combinación entre sus ingredientes. Por ejemplo el pollo con mole de pepitas sabe a pepita y a especies, sin embargo el sabor que sobresale es la pepita y no el de las especies. Cosa que suele pasar muy seguido. Los postres no tienen un exceso de azúcar y se disfruta mucho la suavidad y el sabor del cardomomo, el queso panela, o el los gaznates. El lugar es muy bello y la vista muy hermosa 🤩. La comanda es muy amable, los chefs tienen un 10 y el personal en si es muy atento. La presentación de los platillos o emplazado es muy linda

Me gustó mucho el lugar. Los precios un poco elevados para la comida, el pulpo estaba rico, pero la carne no era de calidad, chiclosa y difícil de masticar. Les pongo 5 estrellas por el buen servicio, los meseros aunque un poco lentos, muy amables y cordiales. La vista es increíble, vale la pena esperar a que una de las mesas de la orilla de la terraza se desocupe, para obtener la bella vista de la catedral, si no, no tiene sentido visitar el lugar. El taco de pulpo es grande, es posible que se puedan llenar con sólo este platillo, así que pídanlo de entrada. Les recomiendo tomarse fotos en el edificio, escaleras, pasillo, es colonial y muy instagrameable.

Este restaurante es un imperdible de la Ciudad de México. Tuvimos suerte de llegar y encontrar lugar. En todo caso, también existe la posibilidad de reservar a través de OpenTable. Hay lugar en Planta Baja donde se puede acomodar alguien en silla de ruedas o con muletas aunque se perderá de la impresionante construcción y vista. Existen otros dos pisos y lo más recomendable es pedir la terraza. Las escaleras están un poco inclinadas y pequeñas pero vale la pena el recorrido por el edificio. La decoración es hermosa, no duden en detenerse a tomar fotografías o admirar la arquitectura. El servicio es excelente. Los meseros son muy amables e incluso divertidos. Los precios son elevados pero el sabor de los platillos lo valen completamente. Los cocktails también son ricos, siempre son bienvenidos en un día de calor. Solo hay un baño para mujeres y uno para hombres pero no es un restaurante donde haya tanta gente por lo que es aceptable. Recomiendo el lugar para llevar visitas que vienen por primera vez a la Ciudad de México o para celebrar un evento importante o familiar.

Personal súper amable y profesional. El lugar es precioso 😻, las vistas al Zócalo y el templo mayor . Precio un poco mas elevado , pero vale la pena la experiencia. La comida muy sabrosa!! Recomendable al 100%

We had a lovely lunch at La Casa de las Sirenas. We stumbled across this restaurant with no reservations and were welcomed to a beautiful terrace overlooking the square. The service was excellent, as was the food which was beautifully presented. We started with the guacamole with freshly made tortillas. For entrees we ordered the mango mole which was to die for and the octopus tacos. We found the price to be very reasonable given the quality, location and ambiance.

I stumbled upon this gem and highly recommend it. The views and ambiance can’t be beat, the service was impeccable, and the food top quality. The whole building is lovely, but try to sit on the terrace for a perfect view of the Cathedral.

We found this wonderful restaurant quite by accident. We stopped for an afternoon cocktail in the charming bar downstairs and then made a reservation for lunch. We liked it so much we had our final meal here overlooking the square and the gorgeous Metropolitan Cathedral. The terrace is beautiful and the food delicious. The staff couldn't be more hospitable. Be sure to make a reservation.

Raul and the entire staff at La Casa De Las Sirenas were wonderful. We went with Raul’s recommendations on drinks and food, and it was all very tasty. The Bonita Mezcalita came with berries and a flame on the sage. The mole was incredible and the tortillas handmade and delicious. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be recommending to friends.

I’ve been to most of the upscale/fine dining restaurants in Centro Historico and Las Sirenas is by far my absolute favorite! I honestly didn’t expect much given the super average experiences I’ve had at previous overrated restaurants in the area but I was so surprised! Everything was amazing including the food, drinks, service, view, ambiance, etc. We went on a rainy night and had an impeccable view of the cathedral without many people on the patio. The portions were unexpectedly big and the Mole Negro sauce along with the bean tamale were just incredible! I’m no stranger to well made mole or tamales, so I was once again quite surprised.

The food is absolutely delicious! They have great craft cocktails too. We ate on the rooftop terrace with a view of the church. The pulpo taco is fantastic- order three for a meal! The guacamole with chicharrón is delicious too. The camarones ajillo was delicious too. OMG, the corn tortillas are made for each table and they are served warm- those are so good too! We had two orders! Can’t wait to go back!

If you are visiting Templo Mayor, then you must try this restaurant. Sit on the top floor and take in then views of Zocalo and the Cathedral while you have delicious hand made tortillas and duck confit. Cocktails and service were excellent.

What a wonderful restaurant! The food was delicious, the service was great and the view phenomenal. The atmosphere was calm and classy. Mauricio our server was super helpful. This a much superior restaurant to The overrated and pretentious Balcón del Zócalo, whose only saving grace is the view and it isn’t even as nice as La Casa de las Sirenas.

Coming from California and my First time here with my Girlfriend was great!! All the food was amazing, and the drinks were so good! The view is very beautiful aswell! Highly recommend coming here! And for all the food, dessert and drinks(8 items) the total was under $100, only $1700 pesos! 5 Stars! Very fancy.. The service there is amazing, great waiters! Only issue I had was, you have to go up to many stairs, so not sure if it's wheelchair accessible, and not the best for the elderly. But soooo worth it!!

Vale la pena conocer el lugar, la vista del corazón de la ciudad es excelente, se aprecia el Templo Mayor y las cúpulas de la Catedral, platillos de buena calidad, atención atenta y amable, los sopecitos con tuétano imperdibles, el chile en nigada, estuvo muy rico. A considerar que los costos son no muy accesibles, las instalaciones son hermosas y llenas de tradición.

El estilo, la decoración y la ubicación muy buena, comida bien preparada, cócteles únicos.

Muy bonito lugar con una vista excelente. Las bebidas son excelentes, es inevitable pedir solo una, los postres tienen una excelente presentación y sabor. Lamentablemente los platos fuertes dejan mucho que desear, pedí un chamorro de cerdo y estaba insípido y muy frío de algunos puntos, normalmente los chamorros los tienen precocidos pero, si habia pedazos del chamorro helados. El precio es acorde con el lugar, aproximadamente $1200 por persona, con comida, bebida y postre.

Se suben tres pisos por escaleras pero vale la pena apreciar la arquitectura y las litografías además del vitral. Vista hermosa ambiente agradable. Precios de acuerdo a la presentación gurmet y la vista. Alimentos algunos salados un poco como el camarón.

Un restaurante que tiene una terraza con una vista bonita con vista a la Iglesia y al Zócalo. Un lugar muy acogedor y simpático. La atención del personal muy amable, la comida es buena al igual que las bebidas, cuentan con margaritas de diferentes sabores y en la comida su mole verde con cerdo estuvo agradable.

El precio es elevado, los platillos no bajan de $300. El servicio es bueno y la comida es aceptable, nada fuera de lo normal. Creo que hay lugares con mejor precio y mejor sabor en los alrededores. La vista es muy buena y el lugar y el edificio es hermoso, del siglo XVI. Puedes ir por un trago y a tomar fotografías en la terraza.

Bonito restaurante sin embargo para mi gusto le falta sazon. La crema de cilindro estuvo sin consistencia, el momento bien sin ser exquisito. La crema de frijol normal y el pescado zarandeado muy pequeño y le falta sabor. Cada quien a su gusto. Precio un poco elevado vs cantidad y sabor

Fui un jueves por la tarde me parece. El lugar estaba casi vacío por lo que el ingreso fue rápido en cuanto llegue ( realice reservación ) El servicio fue bueno, todos muy atentos y serviciales. La comida son la mayoría mariscos. El pollo en moles con salsa de mango esta delicioso. En platillos no hay mucha variedad. Toma esto a consideración. La vista es estupenda, recomiendo la Terraza ya que en la noche se ve muy bonita la catedral. No colocan música así que es un lugar muy silencioso.

I had dinner and then drinks and appetizers two different nights when I was recently in Mexico City.The atmosphere is gorgeous and they played lovely music making the ambience perfect for dinner. However the food is just ok- nothing to write home about. We tried the mole with pumpkin seeds, the batter fried steak and the shrimp with lemon and butter. First of all we ordered an appetizer and it did not come out before the main dishes. We had to ask the manager where our food was and then he brought out the appetizers and two of the main dishes and we waited for the third dish. So if you are looking for a place with beautiful atmosphere and slow service this is the place. Or better yet a place to have drinks and appetizers would be nice. With all of the amazing restaurants in Mexico City, I would choose a different place to spend your money on for dinner. I did like the beet and goat cheese salad so I can recommend that.

We tried to stop in for cocktails, but were immediately told that the only way to access the rooftop is by ordering a full dinner. If you only want drinks and appetizers, they force you to sit at street level. Although we thought this policy was ridiculous, we agreed to sit where they wanted us to. Despite sitting down, we were completely ignored. There was a hostess standing about two feet away who never greeted us or brought a menu; she was on her phone the entire time and never once looked up to attend to us. We eventually decided to leave. This place is a disappointment. I’ve never heard of a restaurant refusing rooftop access unless you order the entire menu, and the rudeness from the staff was unnecessary. There are dozens of other restaurants in the Zócalo area with better rooftops. This one is located behind the Zócalo, so it isn't even the best view. The restaurant was empty despite thousands of people walking by—that should have been our first sign. Never again, please do not waste your time here!
