The truth is. The roasted chicken recipe is my favorite. Not to mention the onions, which, even though they're not purple, I love. If you're passing through Acayucan and want something delicious, quick, and easy, don't hesitate to order a classic pollo feliz on the side of the road. Eighty percent of Acayucan families eat pollo feliz on the weekends.
