Starbucks on the Fressgasse and on The Zeil Shoppibg center Top Floor are always Great to relax and have a tea and cake. Also to have conversation with friends. Most of the staff are working hard to keep it going and customers happy! Andy at the Fressgasse and Denis at the Zeil have really done well!

It has all the regular amenities you’d expect in a Starbucks. Fridges are full, cakes are fresh. Aircon is permanently on in summer, which I really appreciate. It’s prices are the standard and they go the extra mile and do extra flavour pumps if you ask for them.

Starbucks in Grosse Bockenheimer in Frankfurt am Main and overall, I had a positive experience. The location is convenient and easy to find, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The store was clean and well-maintained, and the seating area was comfortable. The coffee was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. I also appreciated the variety of food and drink options available, including sandwiches, pastries, and smoothies. I also liked that they had a good selection of both sweet and savory food options. One downside is that the store was quite busy during my visit, which made it a bit difficult to find a seat. But overall, I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to others looking for a good cup of coffee and a comfortable place to relax

2023 update: They have a free and clean toilet. And also cozy atmosphere, nice service. Posting this review as I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding the toilet being paid/dirty.

Nice and chilled Starbucks with scan code on every table for logging details for COVID. Only downside is the way out is also where people are waiting for their coffees so a bit jammed. Otherwise, great.

Service a bit slow

Not a children-friendly place, no changing table in the toilets, after managing to change the diaper for my 7-months old daughter, staff reminded me to take the diaper with me and not to leave it in the toilet

Crew is more interested in their phone. But besides that, same old same old starbucks.

Nothing special. People are passing to the Cash counter near tables, and poses a risk to spill everything.

It's a Starbucks like any other. Internet is good, but you can access it for only 2 hours. No plug points available, or at least I couldn't find any.

Starbucks - cool place, hot coffee, and hot prices. €4,19 for a small piece of strawberry cheesecake. Wow - inflation is here. Sad to see that many beverages - even when consumed inside - still use plastic cups for single use. Hey Starbucks: wake up and help to save the planet!

Starbucks serving coffee business with some variants is a conteporary business routine. As a Global Brand it is a safe bet however, I personally did find something missing, in particular to their own captive identity and uniqueness in coffee! Coming back to review, a safe bet to sit , drink coffee and gossip with near and dear ones.

I just stopped here, and I couldn’t pay for my coffee with a €50 note! They asked me to pay by card or if I had smaller note because i was told, the didn't have enough cash ?!! Since when I am obligated to pay the way the shop wants? In addition, they ask/ expect for tips when they do nothing extraordinary then preparing the coffee that one paid for ...

I have been to Starbucks around the worls but I have never had a drink from this branch that actually tastes like a drink should at Starbucks. Either they need to train staff better on how to make standard drinks or look at the ingredients... Also adding the tipping option is just bad taste. I expect to tip staff when there is table service.

The waitress was very unfriendly. Wanted me to use a disposable cup although I had a cup with me. Then I ordered a Tropical coconut it was asked twice but still I got a Strawberry coconut. The discount because I brought my own cups I also did not get.

just got gaslighted & victim blamed by the narcissistic manager! absolute toxic treatment the manager wasn’t even in the room when those two very old but super loud barking men didn’t stop barking and yelling through the entire starbucks. but when he got informed , without havent listened to my side he immediately took part for the old men even though they insulted me and went super aggressive on me when I asked them myself to kindly lower their voices. ‘they are always (!!) perfect!! ‘ were the managers word and if I have a problem I can move or leave but they didn’t do ANYTHING wrong and noone needs to apologize for anything. welcome to complicit customer misogyny!!! never again!!

Service is awful. Coffee and cakes are good. Last two weeks I had a 4 visits to this place. First time I ordered with app and have waited to pick up in store more then people who ordered after me and got medium size instead of large. Second time there was woman in front of the toilet wanted to charge usage of it. I asked since when they are charging, she told me to keep it clean ??? Third time order mellon coconut reresh dring and got it without coconut milk, but it was free drink due to app usage and I didn't complain for it. And fourth time also ordered same drink and this time I was told there is no boba ,but ok sill ordered it but I got it again without coconut milk ,so this time I complained and got new one. Are workers stealing milk ? Irony is that even that there are no all ingredients of drink you will get charged full price .
