The ham was poor quality, with a very fatty taste, and the fries were served cold, then brought back reheated from the microwave, but still cold and tasting like fries from another day, but not cooked to order. I order two solar pizzas, which include yellow cherry tomatoes. After 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, the piadinas finally arrive, but they're frozen. One has no tomato at all, the other has two slices of a peeled red tomato. They shouldn't advertise it so much if they don't buy the gradients.

Ordered from the app. A roll of speck, scamorza, porcini mushrooms, and artichoke sauce. Uncooked piadina, one (1) very thin slice of speck, forgotten porcini mushrooms, and almost no sauce. Now, I'm not saying you should make it like in Romagna—you're not capable of that—but at least use enough ingredients to flavor the piada. Fortunately, not all your restaurants use this, even though uncooked dough is quite common.

Terrible experience! This place needs to be erased! Of course, you don't expect anything great from a place like this, but the piadinas have always been good, well-made, and the service acceptable. None of that anymore!! Terrible service! Unmotivated and apathetic. The piadina was practically empty and half-burnt. And, the icing on the cake: it smelled so bad of burnt fried oil that it was unbearable! We ate outside in the cold! REMOVED FROM MY LIST FOREVER!!

Terrible! Several times I've had problems with the cash registers and confused staff. I've left several times without eating because it takes two lunch breaks to eat there. Today was one of those times because the cash register wasn't working.

I was in Agrate for lunch yesterday and I don't think I'll be back. When I asked for a tray to bring everything to the table (piadina, water, and napkins), the server agreed only after I bought more chips, despite having explained my difficulties due to my arm disability. Terrible service, one star only because it's the only thing that can be given less.

I order piadina with toppings of my choice. Stracciatella, prosciutto, and onions. I get stracciatella and yellow cherry tomatoes. They should be more careful with the preparation. If cherry tomatoes end up in the mouth of someone with allergies... what happens? During lunch, I noticed other people returning to the counter due to mistakes... I'll be back; I want to think about having a bad day.

The piadina quality was average, but customer service was nonexistent. I signed up to the site as suggested to receive a €5 discount on my first purchase. I followed the procedure to the letter, entered the code I received by email into our automatic system, but the discount didn't apply. I turned to the staff member for help; he looked at me, grimaced, and walked away without saying anything. I was shocked. Also, the place was very noisy in terms of acoustics.

Warning - Before ordering, ask if they're closing!!! I ordered, specifying that I'd eat in, but after delivering the piadina, they forced me to leave, forcing me to eat it outside on the street. Terrible customer service.
