A delicious birria
Simply the best place! Just thinking about it 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Delicious birria, the macho tacos and the cuajo quesadillas are a delight for the palate, 10 out of 10 in everything!
A different style of birria, but for me one of the best you can eat in Aguascalientes, or if you prefer, a delicious menudo (not smelly or greasy at all). Excellent variety of salsas. Delicious!

It's a place with a very nice, bullfighting-themed decor, and it has a great variety of delicious dishes with excellent food, very good prices, and very generous portions with a wide variety of tasty sauces and some truly unique roasted chiles.
I've been visiting them for over 10 years and they always have excellent flavor in the menudo, the birria and especially in the quesadillas with golden machito, they have parking and a large capacity of tables, I know you won't regret trying that seasoning.

Excellent place for breakfast! The menudo is one of the few in Aguascalientes with an unmatched flavor. The birria is also delicious, accompanied by a flavorful consommé! They are very attentive with the service, and the variety of sauces and toppings to accompany your meal is excellent. Highly recommended for breakfast. Affordable prices for the type of food.

Excellent place. The most delicious menudo. Excellent service (they're always on hand if anything's missing), reasonable prices, and a clean place. Just get there early. I went on Sunday at noon and couldn't find any birria.
An incredible place to have breakfast with family or friends. Their menu is quite varied. The birria dishes are delicious and well-portioned. If you're feeling hungry, I recommend this place. Get there early because they close quickly. The waitresses are very friendly, and the staff is amazing. The music is loud, they have fans, and the place has a very nice decor with different paintings. For $200 pesos, you can get a pretty good meal.
The beer is excellent, as is the menudo; everything is delicious. It takes patience and money because it's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Magnificent birria, delicious flavor, very good seasoning, and delicious salsa. The menudo is equally delicious. The food and the place are very clean. They also sell delicious chamorros. The place has an extraordinary decoration with bullfighting motifs, with many interesting posters and photographs. There's no problem parking in Plaza Los Arcos, where it's located.
The service was terrible. The girl who served us was in a very bad mood, very harsh and not at all attentive. There was no more menudo and it was 10:30 am and she didn't bring the things she had ordered as she had been told. The food was good but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired and that's why we didn't want to come back.
The birria meat was a bit bland and the salsa was a little salty. The service was also poor because I ordered takeout and they hadn't given me tortillas; I had to ask, and they had to go and ask a worker for permission to give me some. They also gave me chopped onions, cilantro, and other things to go with the birria.

Poor quality, poor service, very arrogant owner, thinks it's the only birrieria in Ags.
