I think there are many places that really only enjoy the name, because in reality the food they prepare here is not very good. I have been to simpler places and what you can taste there is very tasty.

The food is good, there's a variety of dishes... But... the service is TERRIBLE. If you eat there, they take forever to serve you; you have to stand up to be seen and served. There are several employees, and none of them have a customer service attitude. If you order takeout, they're also slow to serve the food and take the money. There's NO HYGIENE. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, but I think the owners don't trust them, and it's terrible that they don't leave them money to make change. I paid by card for that reason, and they still charge me a commission, and I blame the owners, not the staff. I hope they pay attention to that. It's a rip-off.

Terrible service, the food was tasteless, and on two occasions we found hairs from who knows where. Even with the owner present, she wouldn't change our order and charged us an exorbitant amount. The prices were high and the hygiene was poor. At least for us, it was a bad experience and we won't be returning.

I found a hair in my food. They don't provide hairnets or face masks. Very expensive for the portions they serve. I don't recommend it.

They refused to serve me the stew I ordered and only gave me one option to choose from, but when I ate the breaded chicken breast, I found a hair inside the breading.

Terrible place to eat, the food has already harmed 3 family members, the kitchen is a mess, I've had a stomach bug for 4 days and can't go to work, I've never been so upset with a place to the point where I want to take legal action, these types of places should close down permanently Update 3 years after being hospitalized for 5 days, my father went and well they are worse every day they get worse, a lot of EGO, 0 empathy 0 cordiality and instant diarrhea, I didn't eat anything because of the experience I had already had but my father wanted to go to the counter and they kicked him out, and what he saw was the kitchen in a mess, I really hope they avoid getting sick or being treated badly, as if it were the only place... that the people there tone down their egos a bit

They charged me a very high commission without warning, and in the end, they didn't even know how much the commission actually was. The place is nice, but with that kind of behavior, I'm unlikely to return. Double-check how much you're paying and ask them to give you a note of how much each item costs; it didn't seem honest to me. (I was served by a woman with medium-blond hair.)
