They require a layout that fits the location and that employees' personal belongings are not visible to their customers, since they keep them on shelves in front of their counters. Excellent service and attention from the young lady who served us. They accept debit and credit cards with chips, and I was even amazed at how easily the terminal works—which, by the way, already had contactless reading activated. Delicious coffee and desserts, and most importantly, the company of my daughter Nuria. Thank God! I highly recommend it.

The place is lovely and very clean, the service is good, and the staff are friendly. If you're at the museum or nearby, it's a great option for a meal or coffee.

I visited this cafe as it was closest to my workplace. I tried enchiladas and burritos here. It’s kind of a QSR cafe. The taste was average only. I have had better Mexican food at other places during my stay in AguasCalientes.
The place is nice, but the service is slow, even when there are few people.
The employees don't know what they're selling. I asked if they had sugar-free drinks, and they rudely told me they could only add sugar if I wanted. I said I didn't want sugar, and when they brought me my drinks, they were sweet. They claimed the sugar was in the milk base. They should have explained that to me beforehand. Terrible service.
Hello, The reason is that no one bothered to check on me to see if I needed anything... The place is packed with people, and the staff seems more occupied with other tasks (logically) than welcoming customers and at least making contact to let them know they're on the ball... I was there on Wednesday, October 20th, just after 3:00 PM. I wish the on-site staff were as responsive as the online staff... Thank you for your attention,
Horrible. The food was bland, the service was slow, we bought a flan that was all moldy, and there's no restroom. This is the third time we've been, and the food is awful. We got sick the other two times.
