The seasoning is good and the service is excellent. The waiter is very attentive and friendly. However, the menu specifies that the chilaquiles' salsas aren't spicy and the morita salsa is quite spicy to the point of being irritating. I will return, but I'll avoid ordering that salsa. It would be appreciated if there were half portions and if the chilaquiles were accompanied by beans, as eating so many tortilla chips can get tiresome and tiring, and everyone at the table left food on their plates.

We visited Shila's second branch. They maintain the same great flavor and provide excellent service, just like at the Terracota branch. We wish them continued improvement and the best of success.

Leo was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place is lovely and perfect for watching the sunset. We ordered Irish cream coffee, but they were out of it, as was the hazelnut. Parking is free, and you can charge your phone at the bar. I really enjoyed the mocha, and the French fries are also highly recommended!

This morning I visited the South branch. I loved the new terrace concept, and the breakfasts were excellent as always. The service was outstanding. Everything was perfect, but I have to say that today the work was a little affected by the reprimands (I assume it was the manager) directed at the staff on duty. I feel that more discretion is needed when giving orders or reprimanding the team, as it leaves a bad taste in our mouths as customers to hear how they are spoken to or treated. This is because it's an open kitchen. Excellent service and attention from the waiters and kitchen staff!

I frequently order through the Uber Eats app in the mornings, and I've always received my orders in perfect condition. However, today I decided to order something to eat in the afternoon, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. The packaging wasn't what they've always sent; it lacked security tape and was even stapled poorly, with spills. I don't know if different people are packaging, but they should improve this since, as customers, we're used to receiving carefully selected, high-quality food. I won't order in the afternoon again.
