10/10 The food is delicious, but the mineral water is a shame, and wow, I loved it. I also ordered the individual pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and for the price, it's super good, easily enough for two people. The patatas bravas aren't spicy, but I like them that way. The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly. It takes a while, but you'll chat and have a good time. I would only change if the music wasn't so loud; it's controlled by room. Where I was, we turned it all down, and the woman next to me still couldn't hear us. Everyone should go; it's my first time, and I'll definitely be back.

A lovely place to go for drinks and food; the service is very friendly and fast. We ordered a platter for three people, and it was perfect. I would definitely return.

We had a pizza; I don't remember the name, but it had mushrooms and pepperoni. It was delicious. The place is lovely, very peaceful, and the interior architecture is like stepping into a time capsule. The young staff are very friendly and attentive.

Wonderful, I've been there 3 times and it never disappoints. The boneless pineapple habanero are wonderful, the santera pizza is my favorite, I also ordered a mojito and a cheese board, it's a 10/10.

The food was delicious, the place was nice, clean, and reasonably priced, but the service was a bit slow. We ordered beers with gringa or michelada cups and it took between 10 and 15 minutes per drink. Other than that, everything was fine, a nice place, delicious food, just improve the service.

The pizzas are delicious, and the patatas bravas are very good too. I just hated the menu; the letters are reversed, and it's hard to decide what to order because they're so confusing. I think changing the menu would greatly improve the customer experience.

I went with my family, and they wouldn't give us a table. I can understand that because they have reservations, but the place was deserted. When we ordered, they didn't have many of the ingredients and didn't offer any options. The waitress clearly lacked experience. We ended up ordering just pizza with the toppings they said they had, and when we asked for a receipt, they never sent it. They kept leaving us on hold on the phone. In the end, we had to go in person to get it, but that was a month after we'd requested it. I won't be back.

We ordered two pizzas and a pitcher of lemonade. It took 50 minutes for the lemonade to arrive, and only one pizza arrived because the waiter got confused and his excuse was that not all the staff were there! Honestly, it was disrespectful to wait so long and not receive the full order.

I had visited this pizzeria before, and my experience was pleasant; I was surprised by the quality of their artisanal pizzas. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my last visit. My partner and I arrived at 1:00 PM and ordered a single pizza and a simple baguette. Time passed, and our order never arrived, while we watched with disappointment as other diners (who had arrived after us) received their orders. The waiters were apathetic, telling us our order was coming soon. Any restaurant with even a modicum of decency would have offered us a snack for the inconvenience of waiting two hours for such a simple order. Finally, my partner and I decided to leave and go eat at a nearby café. A restaurant that initially left a good impression, became a place to avoid on future occasions when looking for something to eat in downtown Aguascalientes.
