Passed by here earlier this afternoon. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros on Blue Oaks Blvd. in Roseville, California. I went up to the window to order a drink. I ordered a Caramelizer Blended with whipped cream on top and caramel swirl all around it. The service was good. It didn't take long for My drink to come ready. I noticed two other people sitting down when I arrived.

Went the other day to pickup my birthday drink and the two girls that made my drink were so sweet and thoughtful!

10/10… I haven’t had my drink made at any dutch bros like this before. Shout out to Jay (yes I asked for her name because I need her making my drink every time I come by) definitely earned a loyal customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I actually love this establishment, the only downside is the actual town itself, it's horribly overpopulated here so if you come at the wrong (busiest) times you are looking at a 10+ car waiting line.. the actual service itself is incredible, such amazingly nice people and amazing baristas!

Great but I am very confused. The drink was good but not the experience I expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. I attempted to pull into the drive-through, which was kind of hard to do around all the construction, tractors, and Dutch Bros employees. Many of the employees looked like members of the band the Village People! Several of them even had construction worker hats and yellow vests on. Anyway, one of them started joking with me saying that Dutch Bros wasn’t open yet and that they were in process of building it and I shouldn’t have been driving through their construction site???????? Well I informed him that it says it’s open online SO he was wrong…. I told him I wasn’t leaving without my Dutch Bros, he laughed and gave me a thermos full of coffee and it actually tasted pretty good. my only complaint was backing up around all the construction and over the giant hoses was pretty rough on my car

One of the best experiences of my life, last night when I fell asleep I dream traveled to this location and ordered!!! And yes, I realize they are not open yet but in my dream I drove through this location and the lovely person took my order with a smile. Large Shark Attack Rebel!!! At the window they handed me a the most amazing drink I have ever tasted!!!! Tonight, I think I will travel there again in my dreams!!!!!

The girl last night was very helpful and kind but please train your employees to not ask if I want my change. If a customer is supposed to get change back, they should give it back without asking if I want it! That is off putting and won't be going back.

Drink was fine. Service was lacking. Got there first and the girls just skipped me. Decided to go with other cars that arrived after me. Still waited in hopes of someone to get my order..

Horrible location. Get cut in line constantly. No urgency from employees at all.

Stopped and got my husband a EXTRA HOT LATTE $7 later he said it was NOT even Warm!! Disappointed is an understatement! ( and i even asked is this extra hot?!

After they were done helping their order, they went back up to the front and then began helping the person behind us. Then the original girl came up to take our order like nothing happened despite us being the next customers to begin with. After that, we order our drinks to where after leaving, found one of our drinks was completely messed up and not at all what we ordered but fortunately, one was perfect. No extras that we paid for were added and the drink was still messed up. Plus, drinks were watery and tasteless. Really disappointed with this visit and won’t be coming back. Other Dutch bros will make the drinks much better and offer better service.
