First time in this location just drove in Alameda today didn’t expect that there is Jollibee nearby. I ordered my usual thing. Chicken joy and Spaghetti,pineapple juice and peach mango pie. Service is fast and everything was great. I forgot to take a picture of my food because I’m so hungry so I dig in right after I get my order. Will be back soon!

I know Jollibee is known for their fried chicken which I like but their new Angus Beef Burger is fantastic, probably hands down best fast food burger.

Ok well everything was easy. So if you love fried chicken like me don't go to the other chicken place in town that is always out of reg dark meat chicken anytime I go. Come to Jolibee, and the crust on the chicken is so good!!! Its available right away for pickup too!!!! Its better than finger licking good!!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

I left Alameda heading towards Emeryville my food was still piping hot once I got home, and my chicken was juicy and extremely crispy and crunchy. Very pleased with my Meal Thanks 🙏🏿 Jollibee❤️🇺🇲.

Their regular chicken coating doesn't really have any spices, but it's still good. The spicy version has no heat at all, but it has good spices so it has flavor. So I recommend the spicy version of the chicken. You can get hot sauce and all sorts of condiments from them. The biscuits and butter and honey were absolutely great. All the sides were very good except the quite good mac and cheese and adobo rice were overpriced for their small size. But everything else was great value. Highly recommended. We'll go again. And let's not forget how fantastic peach mango pies are. They are fried pockets of sublime goodness.

I ordered the original chicken sandwich, and the flavor of the chicken, the perfectly crunchy texture and the soft bun was delicious and a perfect compliment to their fries and Pineapple Quencher. I would absolutely come again. Next time, I would order ahead - the only downfall is since the location is new there are a lot of people and a longer wait. Oh, and the Adobo rice is pretty good too!

This place is very popular. They are efficient with taking orders. It takes a bit longer to get your order but they are consistently good.

Still one of my faves. Their rice is one of my faves. Fried chicken - still so solid. Gravy is more watery then I'm used to - it's cool not solid.

Great new place, nice location. The wait for my order takes awhile though. Considering its not peak time, there are a handful of customers in the store. I still had to wait at least 10mins for my tale out order. Fast foos has gone slower…

The store is still fairly new so they appear not to have rolled out a full menu of items yet. Most of the choices revolve around fried chicken or spaghetti at this time. The fried chicken was actually quite good. The place is popular and may be crowded at popular times. Plenty of nearby parking as Target is nearby.

This was my first experience with Jollibee and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. However, this particular location got some part of my order wrong on three separate occasions. I was in Oakland for only three days so this lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Keep in mind that the workers are not rude or disrespectful so I would still recommend dining here for the food alone.

First weekend service was great, has declined quickly since then. Love the food but quality control and processes seem like they don’t make sense. What’s the point of having someone check mobile orders at the door if I still have to go inside and talk to 2 more people to get my mobile order from 45 mins ago? All that time and order was still wrong. Trying to get a refund in app doesn’t exist, have to use the corporate form to contact them that is very outdated and doesn’t even have the Alameda store listed but you can’t proceed because of that.

I went just because of the hype. It was seriously bland flavor MID.. lack of seasoning really surprised me. Tasted like kids food

I saw in the email that they were serving Korean BBQ fried chicken and decided to give it a try. We also got six pieces of spicy fried chicken in case we didn't like the Korean BBQ flavor. The Korean BBQ flavor was alright; it was flavorful, but did not hit the spot for some reason. Their spicy friend chicken tasted great as always. The only downside was that we ordered two buckets of fried chicken, but they only gave us two napkins in the bag.

the food itself is good and workers maintain cleanliness and positive customer service. the only thing that kind’ve confused me is that lack of certain items on the menu, one of them being palabok. i’ve never been to any other jollibee that lacked a main part of the menu like that, which was very disappointing.

Why dont you sell Palabok at this location?.... anyways, fries are mediocre... they are limp, and soggy, zero crisp... a lot of things on the menu are mediocre... but I will say, the best fried chicken you can get! You cant deny that their fried chicken is next level.

Cashier staff is friendly and great, but the service is slow. If you have a pick up order, come 20-30 minutes AFTER it’s supposed to be ready otherwise you’ll be waiting awhile. Double check your orders because there are frequently missed items.

From order time, to being handed my order it took 33 minutes. Just for one chicken sandwich. Management needs to take a close look at their processes. I don’t know that any profitable, successful business can look at that service time and consider it acceptable. The food was great, but the owner group and management need to get a handle on service times ASAP.

Who makes their customers wait an hour for their online order?! I know their location is still relatively newish but it’s a fast-food chain and they’ve had enough time to fix newcomer issues. Efficiency should be in their core DNA. This is 100% unacceptable and needs better management, hard stop. I had to boss my way into them prioritizing my order and given no apology. Com’on, guys. Let’s do better. Your food is good and there is no excuse.

It was Super Bowl Sunday when we visited the store. We placed our order of 10 pcs spicy bucket + 6 pies at exactly 11:45am and cashier told us that it would be 20-30 minutes. the place was packed of people waiting to pick up they online orders. it was a mad house. the store was over-whelmed and could not handle the amount of traffic. Anyway, we finally got our order after an hour and a half of waiting. We got home and started lunch and the chicken was SUPER spicy. We've had your spicy chicken before and it was good. This particular day, it was terrible. Whoever was mixing that day, went over board on the spice. We may visit again but it will be awhile. Kudos to the staffs who maintained their composure.. great job to the team

Spaghetti tastes like ketchup with sliced hot dog... chicken is just plain tasting fried chicken. Not sure why people think this is good. Food for 10 year old child may be. Could not finish the food.

Stop by on Thursday evening at 6:00p. There were 6 people in front of me, and I waited 25 minutes before placing my order at the counter for takeout. It didn't help but there was only one register open! I ordered the 12-piece chicken only bucket with half spicy and half regular. It took another 40 minutes of waiting to fulfill my order. Yes it was dinner time, but that wait time is ridiculous! I did share my feedback with the young lady at the counter who handed me my order. She just looked at me without a word. Not sure if she was in shock or just overwhelmed. To top it off, when opening my order at home, I find out in a 12-piece bucket, there are 6 drumsticks and 4 spicy pieces. This place is a joke, from poor management to incompetent workers. Will not be revisiting.

Wait time is terrible, waited for almost half an hour for a bucket of chicken, also ran out of spicy ones, then they told me they ran out of chicken and either I can wait or get a refund, terribly managed, never seen as bad of a jollibee.

Pathetic place, Horrible service, and outrageous waiting time for your food. If you LOVE FRIED CHICKEN I hope you have ALL the patience in the world. You can finish reading a book and still not get your food. I literally counted 12 Door Dash drivers walk in and got their stuff before all the dining in customers. I complained to the manager and she gave me 2 pies for my trouble and said they were waiting for more cooked chicken, while all the Door Dash driver's got their stuff first. So now I know that it's ACTUALLY MORE IMPORTANT TO MAKE DOOR DASH ORDERS FIRST, then give the customers free pies to calm them down. The ONLY good part is getting hot out of the fryer, my spicy chicken, but that's about all. Don't waste your time here, not worth the wait.

They told me that none of this was in their control so there wasnt really anything they could do and if I wanted I can order through uber eats but the whole reason why I order through the app was because I want to claim the points, and then they said they cant print the receipts to claim points after a certain time and had I placed the order before 9pm then they would’ve been able to print it for me, but the whole thing was that I DID place the order in advance, I set a scheduled delivery and it wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t until 1 hr and 45 mins later until i was notifed that my order has been cancelled. And so by this time the store is 45 mins away from closing and there wasn’t anything I could do anymore. They said I could do a pick-up instead but if I could do a pick-up I would’ve done a pick-up but the whole point is that I’m not able to so I was willing to pay the $9.95 delivery fee. I know they probably weren’t aware of the whole situation so I tried to be as respectful as I could during that conversation, but I felt the need to express this frustration here since it is primarily a website/app issue. Today was a really frustrating experience for me especially since I felt like I did everything I could to work around the app’s payment issue (I ordered in advance and didn’t use apple pay like I was previously advised not to), and yet in the end I was not given any sort of resolution to this problem. I submitted this exact paragraph to the app’s feedback section and got a response a day later where they essentially told me to restart the app, redowbload the app, clear the cache, or to try a different browser. To me, this isn’t a solution to my problem. I need this payment issue fixed because this has been a running problem. Thank you.

The food is great but the service here at this Jollibee location just SUCKS. You cannot trust them to get large orders correct!!!! Check your food in front of the cashiers before you leave!!!!!
