We arrived at 10:00 on Monday, December 23rd. The place was packed. We asked for a table for two and they managed to seat us. We thought the wait would be long with so many people... The guy behind the bar came over and asked us to please wait five minutes; they'd run out of bread. Meanwhile, another waiter took our drink and sandwich orders. A little while later, everything was on the table. A 10 out of 10 for the service! As for the food, the sandwiches were fabulous, the price was great, and the cremaet (a traditional Valencian coffee drink) was amazing. Oh, and I almost forgot, I've never had so much beer served at lunch... Fabulous!

Fuimos a almorzar unos amigos, la carta de bocadillos es extensa y con variedad, puedes pedir el XXL, que es una barra entera, o el medio, están bastante buenos aunque si que es verdad que le falta algo más de relleno al bocadillo, aunque está claro que tendrían que subir precios, aún así todo bastante bien, los cremaets que pedimos muy ricos, seguramente de los mejores que he probado. Fuera tienen una terraza amplia pegada a una plaza que es ideal si vas con niños.

One of Aldaia's many bars, quite famous in the area and busy. We ordered grilled ear (I've had better) and horseradish sandwiches with garlic (nothing to write home about) and another with calamari (this one was very good), with a drink and coffee costing 21.50. We were passing through, but I don't think we were on purpose.

After several years away, we were able to confirm in 2023 that it's still a temple of lunch. They have a good selection of sandwiches; the horse meat sandwich was excellent. The waiter (a young guy) served us very well. Be aware that if you order the full sandwich (XXL), it's the entire loaf of bread. We ordered half a sandwich (the regular lunch size) and we weren't hungry. We'll be back.

We went for lunch and the experience was good. The sandwich was very good, both the mixture and the bread, and the brunette waitress who served us upstairs in the mezzanine was very friendly. The only downside is that it's small, and we had to wait a while for a table, although it was worth it. P.S. They don't accept reservations.

Another place with the "big-size" guarantee, perfect for a top-notch mid-morning snack. A neighborhood bar, no frills, in a good location, with a large terrace. A variety of options to fill your quarter-portion of bread to your liking... with two classic, hearty options topping the menu. The service is quick, but it falters at the ends. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio is good; it doesn't stand out, but it's not amazing either. I'll have to try it again.

Excellent service from the waiter. The food was very fast, and the XXL sandwiches were very filling and well-filled. XXL sandwiches don't always have enough filling. We were three people and tried three different ones. The best, Josete! Highly recommended!

A good place to have a hearty lunch and leave with a great taste in your mouth and wallet. A quarter-sized baguette for a horse meat sandwich...very good. The price is more than reasonable: A quarter-sized sandwich + drink + coffee (cremaet) + olives and cocoa for €6.50. Highly recommended, I'm adding it to my favorites.

We were a group, and they wouldn't let us sit down until everyone had arrived (an absurd new rule, since we were going to keep ordering until the others were there). It was better to stand in the middle of the bar. I usually go for the homemade marinated pork loin, which this time was ribeye steak with a marinade (they didn't tell us they didn't have homemade marinated pork loin). It was cold in the place.

The owner's treatment was very rude. There was only one table on the terrace and I sat down. And according to him, he got me up because I was occupying a table alone and he took the table from me to give it to him or join it with another one next to me because another man showed up. Very unprofessional and very illegal. I was about to call the civil guard just to show me where that rule is that according to his criteria existed. Very unpleasant and sexist guy. I do not recommend it. Thank goodness the man who was going to occupy my table apologized for the behavior of that individual who was present of them.

I can't judge the quality of the food. I went there at 2.30pm and asked them if they did lunch. They said yes. I ordered water whilst looking at the menu. They brought the water and a beer I didn't order. As I started to order from their basic menu, they told me they were closing at 3pm. Not great.
