Doña Lola Ethic is a true gem in Albacete. The food was delicious, meticulously prepared, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care they put into preparing each dish. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is impeccable. We went here for the first time today. The nachos were a 10/10. We also ordered potatoes with red mojo sauce and the mushroom crepe with pesto. The service from the ladies working today was also outstanding; they were very friendly. It didn't take long for our dinner to arrive; everything was top-notch. We'll definitely go back and recommend it.

Yesterday I went to the restaurant with a reservation and was served by Marian. Upon arrival, she explained the menus perfectly and gave us lots of advice on the dishes. She was charming throughout the service and extremely attentive at all times. We ended up having the €19/pp menu without drinks included, and it was absolutely worth it. Everything was delicious, and we were eager to try the whole menu. We will definitely return.

A well-deserved five-star rating! Eating in an almost Zen-like atmosphere with perfect service, the smiling and attentive waiter is very important to me. He explains if we have any questions about choosing a dish. The menu offers a variety of dishes prepared with flexibility, including delicious gluten-free and vegan options. The menu has something I really liked: a green color, a sign of tranquility, with an impeccable explanation of allergens. Spectacular! We loved all the food, the care and attention they put into allergens, and the multitude of gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options... even desserts! All for a price that felt like a steal, considering Albacete is quite expensive. I also want to highlight Marian's impeccable service and the peaceful atmosphere. I'm sharing photos of some of the dishes. We had dinner on a Friday night for €20 per person, a six-course menu with dessert and drinks included, which I think is unbeatable for the quality and quantity of food; we practically rolled out of there! We were there for our exams this weekend, and if we go back, we know where to go for a good meal. Thank you to the whole team for doing such a great job; I wish there were more places like this everywhere! 💚

Lamento dar una mala opinión pero mi experiencia no ha sido buena. Fuimos en grupo y los platos me parecieron escasísimos, la camarera con el pelo rubio fue un encanto pero el resto de personal nos hizo sentir que les sobrábamos bastante… Los postres son un plato que debería ser para una persona o dos como muchísimo no para 4 como se supone que es… la verdad que me he decepcionado mucho con este sitio.
