We ordered the tasting menu, and I can tell you, if you don't come having fasted for a couple of days, you won't finish it. The food is homemade and very good, and the service is spectacular. It's a great place for typical local cuisine, and you can't go to Albacete without stopping there.

Typical, homemade, delicious food with very friendly service. I was lucky to arrive early because there were many reservations and it got very busy later. The roasted pork knuckle was incredible—crispy on the outside and the meat was so tender it practically melted in your mouth! The dishes were beautifully presented, plentiful, and of good quality. Definitely a must-visit if you're in Albacete.

We visited Nuestro Bar two days in a row and it was a fantastic experience. Yesterday we loved the Migas ruleras with chorizo ​​and the roasted suckling lamb shoulder, accompanied by a good local wine, and the cheesecake and honey flakes were the icing on the cake. Today we returned to try the Manchego gazpacho and were once again amazed. The fried cheese and croquettes were also delicious; the quality of the product and the cuisine are evident. In addition to the food, we want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the waiters, who served us wonderfully on both occasions. A highly recommended place in Albacete! We will definitely return.

Hello, we had lunch today, August 30, 2025. Everything was superb. We went for local food, the tasting menu, and it was amazing. If you're not a big eater, you won't finish it. The dishes are excellent. Mainly, congratulations to the waiter, Pedro, a professional, and of course, to the chefs. I recommend everyone to go. I'm leaving photos.

Highly recommended!! It's well-deserved its reputation. If you want to eat traditional dishes in a traditional place, this is the place. From the moment we walked through the door, you could feel the homey atmosphere, and they were super attentive at all times. A special mention to Cándido, who was wonderful with us. I was planning to try traditional food, and he made excellent recommendations. He gave us cuerva, which was delicious! And for dessert, mistela, which was also delicious. The portions were super filling, even though we only got half portions! They recommended it to us, and we also looked at the reviews, and it was a great choice! We'll definitely be back! I love this restaurant. The food which is traditional Spanish, and service are excellent, though not cheap and do not expect the waiters to speak English - you are after all in the "real" Spain of Don Quijote!. There is limited parking available. Do try the "cochinillo" roast suckling pig. It is fabulous.

Visita al como bien dice es nuestro bar restaurante en el centro de Albacete, a pesar de no tener mesas, nos hizo un hueco el dueño del restaurante para tres personas la comida toda estaba espectacular. El único fallo que pedimos varios platos para compartir y para rematar una paletilla para compartir y nos puso tres finalmente… y no las quedamos, pero subió con eso bastante la cuenta, estaban muy buenas pero por ese fallo no puedo poneros cinco estrellas lo siento… ya que solamente pedimos una paletilla para tres y por pudor, no quisimos echarle de nuevo para cocina dos paletillas recién echas….sin duda y vuelvo por Albacete. os visitaré. Muchas gracias familia

Taberna con comida típica manchega. Las raciones son muy generosas, y el precio es increíble. Probamos el pisto, el revuelto y el gazpacho manchego. Por 30 euros comimos dos personas, y bastante llenos. El servicio fue aceptable, aunque un poco lento en algunos platos, debemos resaltar que estaba todo lleno. En la zona de la barra hay un poco de desorden entre los camareros y eso se nota en el servicio. Merece la pena ir, aunque no recomendamos hacer la reserva por la web, ya que no estaba registrada y casi nos quedamos sin poder comer allí.

Un lugar emblemático de Albacete, he ido en varias ocasiones, buen servicio, la comida bien en términos generales, cosas muy bien y otras normal, pero es cuestión de gustos. Dispone de parking. De lo que pedimos : entrecot parrilla muy bien, bacalao muy bien, y el rabo de toro me decepcionó un poco, no estaba malo, pero estaba duro, le faltaba cocción, y falto de sabor. En general, aprobado alto.

Parada en ruta hacia manchega. Restaurante de comida tradicional manchega. Es muy acogedor y la atención es maravillosa, pero hubiese comido la mitad de la mitad ☺️. Tiene parking, eso es un puntazo estupendo.

We've come here countless times for celebrations, but now that we no longer live in Albacete, I've noticed that some things aren't done the same way. The bread they used to bring toasted with olive oil, the cured pork loin with its toasted bread and homemade aioli—well, the fried cheese is still very good, and the battered prawns too. The garlic soup is very good, and the main courses are good as well. The prices haven't gone up much; they're reasonable. We'll definitely be back.

This is my first time here, with no Spanish and the person in charge was very good to give me a menu with English and Spanish on it, I thought it was great that a small restaurant catered so well for tourists.
