With a friend, I decided to try this Japanese restaurant near Alba's historic center; we opted for the All-You-Can-Eat Dinner option (€24.90 + €2 cover charge). I can say I enjoyed it; the portions were reasonable, and the attention to detail was evident. We appreciated the fact that they didn't place 100 dishes on our table at once, which almost always happens with an all-you-can-eat option, but that the staff delivered them gradually throughout the meal. The atmosphere is quiet, and there's no hint of fried food. The only downside was a few errors in the delivery of the dishes: a couple were forgotten, and a couple were different from what we ordered.

We tried this sushi in the center of Alba. The place is very nice and well-kept and the quality of the fish is good. I didn't like the temperature of both the fish and the rice... too cold. The waiting times vary a lot... the dishes are ordered by cell phone and this leads to dishes that arrive immediately and others after over half an hour. The staff is kind and attentive... surely these small aspects can be improved.

I ordered a home delivery, and after almost an hour and a half, no one has shown up. Shame on you! I even called the staff to ask, but I got no response. I'm continuing the review given your decidedly incorrect response. The order didn't arrive ten minutes later, but 45 minutes later than expected. Your colleague—and I'm afraid your boss—told me she'd written the wrong delivery address, but remember, I called three times before finding out what had actually happened. I also reiterate that your dear colleague initially hung up on me without providing any explanation. That said, I hope you also learn some manners, as well as the fact that you're not perfect and that you have to admit your own shortcomings every now and then.

I've always had a good experience, but lately the service has been disappointing. You order dishes and they always get less and less. After a few orders, the owner holds onto the order for over half an hour, which makes you feel bored and you lose your appetite. You ask the waiters, who are always only 2 for every 100 people in the dining room, and they rudely tell you to wait, as they're not healthy... after a while, you get up and leave... you mention your discomfort at the front desk, and the owner laughs in your face and ignores you, pretending not to hear you. I think I won't be going there again for a long time.

Always a good experience!! But lately the service has been disappointing. They don't bring back the paper after a few orders. Apparently, after a few orders, they're trying to get you bored. Orders that never arrive. After a while, you ask the waiters, and they rudely tell you they don't know what's going on. The last time I got up, tired of waiting for the last two dishes, and left. I mentioned it to the lady at the cashier, but she just laughs!! She's always laughing.
