If you are looking for authentic American Fast Food chicken, this is in the best we’ve found in the Valencia area. The flavors are very similar to the US. It does lack some of the same side items, but they are very similar.
This fast food outlet is close to the centre of the Zona Commercial at Alfafar. Menu options are pretty good and their spicy saucy adds a good amount of zing to your taste buds. Staff were neither friendly or unfriendly, but just went about their business without fuss.

The food was nice but the piece of chicken in the chicken burger is very tiny nothing compare to the picture. Kids meal don't contain toys this is why we will never come back again to avoid my son doing drama, I am surprised that you don't understand that strategy 😂
Ordered my food at 4, and the workers forgot to make my order. Only after 21 minutes did what looks to be a manager ask us for the order, which we handed over only for them to make it after 8 minutes and leave out the oreo cheesecake ice cream. Which again they didn't have, so they just gave us some regular ice cream with chocolate. We also ordered takeaway but were still given the tray and no bag to carry the food.
The food was incredibly bad! From the chicken wings, to the crispy Burger and the cheese balls... Staff however was very kind... But you go there for the food - right?

The food is ok but more like a bland KFC. The hot wings just taste of pepper. The fries look spiced but don't taste it though they have a nice crispy fried texture, and the less said about their salads the better. The only tasty thing on the menu really was the banana pie, which is literally the size of my middle finger. All in all I will come back and eat here again.. if KFC is full.
40 minute wait for chips?????
Food was Terrible. No taste, everything tasted the same.french fires were stale and not good(who chose these spices?) I was excited for that...I was dearly disappointed 😞
I would like to laugh... but see for your self the two pictures. 1 picture what I was getting. Second picture what I was thinking to get. 😅
Waited the order more than 20 mins in empty restaurant. They finish the orders in time on the screen to have a good statistics but do not do the orders!
Terrible chicken 🐔 ...definitely any KFC even the worst possible is better than this place.
First time trying this restaurant/fast food .. took 45 mins to get the order of 6 wings and 6 chicken.. think this is quite some time for a fast food restaurant !!.. the wings and chicken was just dry really, the taste was awful and it tasted like it was fried in some bad oil... KFC is 2 mins away from this place, just stick to KFC !
Dear Popeyes Franchise Owner and Management, You are unbelievable!!!! My family and i are very upset right now! Each time we go to Valencia, we always eat at different branches of Popeyes. Tonight we decided to order take away and had an unpleasant surprise when we arrived at home in Benissa, Alicante. We found out that the 1 dozen chicken we ordered from Popeyes Alfafar is very hard, dark and old stock chicken! We took photos of it since it’s disgusting to eat it! My sons complained why it’s very hard and the meat is very dark due to the countless times it was refried. Just one look at it, it’s obvious it’s old meat! We took photos of it too! It was not possible to chew and eat anymore so we had to throw it all away! I cannot believe you would destroy your good name just to make profits! VERY dissapointing!!! To all clients, I suggest to all of you to make sure you open the box and check the chicken when you order take away before leaving Popeyes because they cannot be trusted. Never again in this branch!!!
