Bagels are back in North Forest Hills, on 108th St. In the heart of Moscow! I mean real Bagels! And surprisingly, one of the best I ever tasted. Was reluctant to order lox/Smoked Salmon pre-cut. But, no regrets. And a healthy sandwich at that. Had it on an onion bagel with chive cream cheese. I was prepared to be disappointed. Instead, I'll be back. I really hope this place is successful.

If you love Forest Hills bagel, good food just got a lot closer. Great service, fast and nice. Food is delicious and coffee is great. Bagels are great and there is a wide variety. I ordered a dozen bagels and two lbs of creamcheese this morning around 730, they flew to my house in less than 15 minutes. Bagels were so fresh, chewy and cruchy and warm. I haven't been eating bagels but recently got back on them and will be ordering again. So pleased.

Decent bagel spot. It's not the best in the area but it's a solid choice and a regular go to if you want a decent bagel or a sandwich on the fly. Better than average selection of foods and seemingly pretty good quality ingredients. They have wings, burgers, shakes etc as well but I haven't tried them. I find their bagels to be on the better side of ok. Kind of lacking In flavor and texture. Not bad by any means- but juuuuust missing the mark by a little. Honestly- I've felt frustrated by it lol Staff is really hardworking and they are clearly nice people. I've noticed you do have to often coach them through your sandwich a little or keep an eye when they are making it. If you are even remotely particular about what kind of sandwich you'd like, if you don't watch it they will probably miss something or add something you said you didn't want- even if you literally just ordered. I get the feeling that they are often understaffed and stretched thin. I could be wrong. I'd give them an honest 3 ; 3/4 if it were available. They arent a 4 or a 5 and they aren't exactly a three. Just a bit above average- but I wouldn't say great.

Half the time they mess up your order by either forgetting an item or just completely not following directions about a sandwich you ordered and paid for…

It’s been a hit or miss with this place. The bagels are good and I really like one of their juice drinks (the one with the turmeric). I’ve tried one of their grilled chicken wraps and it was pretty bad (pretty tasteless and a soppy mess) and another time I asked if they had avocado to add to a sandwich and they didn’t have avocado (?? what sandwich shop does not have avocado??). Unfortunately my recent visit would be my last when I saw a roach creeping around the side of the counter area. I stomped it out with my boot but it’s just never a good thing to see a roach in a food establishment. Too bad, the workers there are usually nice and polite.

Decided to give the hamburger a try as I got home from work early and had to hit the bank on the corner. DO NOT get the burger! Walk across the street to the burger spot! Basically the same price and a much better burger. This one was like the dozen burgers in a box for $6 you get at Costco. No taste. Hockey puck like. Can tell it was prefrozen. If I didn’t actually see it cooked on the grill I’d think they microwaved it. It was that bad. For $9!

HORRIBLE place. Disgusting service to their customers. Burnt food, they are so cheap with the food!!! They put barely any cream cheese on their bagels. The bagels are BURNT and nasty. I mean truly if they cannot afford to be generous with the amount of food for what we are paying then why even serve in the first place. Highly disappointed I will never go here or order from there again! Lesson learned ! They are GRIMEY SELFISH AND SKIMP

First time in my life, I always been to this restaurant. The new cashier is the worst. She always charge me. She did not want to give my money back. She was along with the tattoos. She has tattoos attitude the worst people like this you shouldn't hire anymore. This business is going down with people like her forget about overcharging people and refuse to give back my money.

I mistakenly ordered on seamless and called them immediately to cancel, the girl on the phone said she would cancel it so naturally I was waiting for the app to reflect that. 20 mins later I called back because the app never showed a cancellation and it still charged me, the same girl said they were busy so she would fix it later. Now it’s the next day later, the app says the food delivered (they deliver their own food) and every time I call there’s no manager or someone has no idea what’s going on. It’s ridiculous and suspicious.

Went to order a Sandwich and guy handling garbage goes right for the meat and didn’t even change his gloves I just left the store

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star… Horrible service ... this lady zina that looks like white forks … me the worst Bagels ever ..first gives me coffee that has milk that was spoiled. I never leave bad reviews but honestly I’ve never had a BEC this bad in NY. The bacon is razor thing and floppy, the eggs are those carton premixed spongey eggs you get on the McGriddle at McDonald eggs not regular fried or scrambled eggs and the cheese is flavorless. Like SHOCKINGLY bad. I got a juice for $8 which was fine and a Tropicana but both arrived warm which to be fair is probably more on Grubhub than them. Maybe their other menu items are good but avoid the BEC like the plague.

just did a ubereats order. trying to order few omelets but price listed 7.99 and so much items are required to choose. by the time is done with single omelets order is $16.00. neither they don't hot to set up ubereats menu or they try to fool all customers.
