I frequent this particular Smoothie King because the staff are always available, friendly, consistent and polite. Tristan, whom I believe is the Manager, always greets me with a smile and even though I can be a bit indecisive, he allows me to take my time and offers suggestions. Whether a slow or busy day, he never appears to be annoyed or flustered by the amount of people that can enter the building at one time. His team is incredible and know how to keep calm while also moving with purpose. This location is always clean and free of debris! My bowls and smoothies are always delicious and it's great to see a team working together whether the manager is present or not! Great job!!

smells amazing inside like fruits and veg. very cool to see all the ingredients in front of you. super large selection of smoothies, with delicious ingredients. this is the place to go if you need a smoothie of any variety! their smoothie textures tend to run thick but that isn't a bad thing inherently, just ask if they can add a little more liquid if you have texture preferences

It's decent but not comparable to Tropical Smoothie. They taste good but you have to order something directly off their menu or the staff gets really confused. Just wanted strawberry, chocolate and banana and ended up paying $13.

Amazing smoothies, but make sure to call if you are coming close to close. They have the doors locked at 8:45, and it shows 9pm as the closing time....

I am familiar with this company because when living downstate I use to frequently their location at Penn Station. The employees was very nice and welcoming. This is not the same company that I knew in the past. According to Wikipedia it was taken over in 2012 by a South Korean franchise. My co-worker and ordered 2 smoothies. My smoothie was the ANGEL FOOD (very sweet in taste and somewhat slushy due to the fruit being majority frozen including the bananas) my friend ordered some green smoothie but didn’t enjoy it after making it out to the car because she stated it wasn’t blended all the way but the establishment did offer to remake her smoothie but she stated, “IT’S OK,” because she didn’t want to get anyone in trouble. Anyways glad to have another new business in the area.

Worst acai bowl I’ve ever had! asked before I paid if granola was included she said yes, there was no granola in it. The fruits were not fresh! Will not be going back!

Very very rude employee, first time I was ever disrespected by an employee for no reason at all, came in at 725 and acted like it was 5 min before closing. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from here especially within the last hour

Horrible customer service Never going back lost a good customer The guy behind the register supposed manager would not give a refund for a horrible smoothie he made cursed at me and attempted to fight me and hade me waiting for 30 minutes to get another smoothie luckily I didn’t have the call the police.

So in short terms I got scammed. I got a smoothie I hated, tasted horrible and was a mindless concoction of nothing, yet everything that's bad regarding drinks. Somehow the drink I got was an entirely flavor from what I ordered, no idea how or why, for this was a drink I got previously yet was a different color, taste, and texture. I hated this drink beyond belief, it tasted like the equivalent of rancid fruit and crushed medicine. So I asked if swapping the drink would be possible. The employees were lazy, and payed little attention other then pure confusion and sarcasm when I asked for the swapping. Despite the rude service, I understood they wouldn't swap the drink, most places don't. The problem being the fact that a sign for the store states if you don't like you drink, you can swap it no issue, another sign of the workers laziness for their own job and them either not knowing or straight up lying. In the end, I paid 7 dollars for rotten fruit that had the after taste of cough medicine, yet every day of the week I would still pick the medicine. Bad food, bad service.
