Everything I've tried has been delish! One thing that grabbed me is their ackee n saltfish...I've been to many places in bklyn and some in queens... I love the fact that they actually give u plenty of ackee and saltfish and dont laden the plate with a whole bunch of provision...u actually get your money worth! Their jerk chick spicy and sweet...my daughter loves it! The oxtails succulent, has my dad sucking the bone. Keep up the great job guys! New to queens, but found me a spot!

This place has some of the best food this side of the island of Jamaica. Everything is lovingly and delicately prepared & graciously served by a caring staff that goes above and beyond the average. You will not be disappointed!

This is my favorite restaurant in NY The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy your taste buds I’ve learned that when someone cooks with love you can taste it. It’s unfortunate that I live so far away because I will do good with a stew peas right now.

Must say haven’t sat in to eat but if you are looking for great oxtail and more than enough food always served with LOVE. Get Mac and Cheese it is a great combination with any food. This little PRican loves them.

I had some salt fish and callaloo with festival and it was amazing. As a Jamaican I’m very picky and the food was everything I wanted and more. I’d recommend it to any and everyone.

I stop by T&G in the morning to get the delicious hot cereal. The Staff are always positive and a friendly attitude. On day I stopped after work for a oxtail dinner and what I received for the price was disappointed. I will still go for my hot cereal “delicious “!

I had the best Thanksgiving Dinner once again this year.. last year was my introduction, and this year they out did themselves. The best jerk Fry turkey in the world. Tender, tasty, properly cooked. If mom liked it, you know it's good. The service was impeccable, timely, and professional. Everything was fresh , including the wonderful sweet potato jamaica 🇯🇲 pudding, loved 😋 it.

I'm Jamaican and very picky when it comes to eating a Jamaican restaurants because I know what things are suppose to taste like but this restaurant is definitely amazing! I used UberEATS for the first time since I'm home and very sick and far from disappointed. My food arrived super fast, earlier than it said it was, and that makes a sick person just a little bit happy. I ordered the chicken soup and despite it not having any dumpling in it, the soup is delicious!! Well seasoned and spicy with tons of chicken! I won't hesitate ordering from them again.

T&G catered our work luncheon. The food was perfectly seasoned. The jerk chicken was DELISH! No complaints whatsoever.

Today was my first time buying from here. I bought the 4 strength porridge. It tasted good however a lil tooo thick.

First time ordering...food is delicious and delivery driver was very polite. Will order again in the future😊. Those Hennessey wings man!!! 👏🏽

Before I could even look (and after i tipped accommodating the weather) the delivery guy was already headed back the car. Sure enough the order was wrong. But it kind of worked it out because that macaroni and cheese was DISAPPOINTING. But i still had to pay extra. I don't understand when seamless gives clear instructions they still aren't followed. The food was mediocre. Oxtail gravy on the rice was nothing but the skimmed off grease at the top. I skipped over every other business to support a black business and came up really short. I hope they work on their accuracy and customer service so the community can be more supportive. For now, I would not recommend.

Purchased a small brown stew chicken with rice and peas. The chicken was absolutely horrible. The taste that it had had to have been cooked a day or 2 prior. Running a restaurant should serve fresh food daily. If you can't keep up then close up. Won't be returning.

I bought three meals there and one of them had a bug in the food. So naturally I chose to bring all three becaus ewhk knows what's in the rest. The "chef" or whoever is in the back said that's not a roach and it just flew in the food it was never cooked with it..... smh then it was a issue to get my refund the other two meals were not even opened but they only refunded me for two out of the there meals. That's not how you run a restaurant, why would I feel comfortable giving my son food after one of the meals had a bug. So I lost $6 I will NEVER buy from that place again again.

My first time ever buying from this restaurant was last week, I did a delivery order... couple minutes after ordering a lady called me saying they had no porridge (I had order 2 large porridge) so I was like ok np, I still want the rest of food I order but please refund me back my money for the porridge, she said yes ofc. After receiving the food, 2 hours later I called and the lady said yeah she did it, I was saying maybe because it's still pending on my card it will take a while but 4 days after I see nothing, so I called and spoke to a manager who said he was gonna send it over to the owner of the company because after a day the previous orders go away.. it's been a week and I still haven't got a call and money haven't been refunded. I paid for extra food that I didn't got.. it's crazy how I paid $47 for a small fry chicken and small oxtail smh because no porridge was included so that's what I basically paid for only. This is my first time and there will never be a 2nd , that's crazy. Advise to all, call to find out what they do got before ordering..

Yesterday I order through uber eats, L Oxrail with a bottle of ting.The oxtail was not season properly the meat was raw and the bottle of ting was opened as if someone was drinking from it already. This restaurant is garbage I don't reccomend to anyone.Not only that but when I called to confront them some lady was giving me Attitude and cursing at me like I was the one who drink the juice.Very unprofessional, food corp need to come down and interrogate the whole restaurant

I’ve supported this restaurant for years and weekly at that, good and bad days okay!! but today I’ve learn that a specific dish that my son orders on a regular a vegetarian Roti that we were receiving for months, the staff said THE OWNER told them to deny my 15 year old son. Which I really know it’s the owners mother the older light skinned woman in the back that has ATTITUDE for days got mad because I asked for plantains In the roti one night. This woman actually told me that she will give me the parts to the food order and go and do whatever I like with it… How unprofessional and disgusting of her to talk to someone like that?!?! They sent my hungry child back on the bus without food. I my job and I tried to educate them and tell them the proper way to deal with it, but I’m sure it’s like beating a DEAD HORSE!! I spent at least a $100 weekly but that means NOTHING to these people!! This is why the whole “Black owned business “ thing would mean nothing to me, because it would have to mean something to them first!! Food is good but Customer Service is TRASH!!!

If I could place a negative I would. I am beyond upset. I placed an order at approximately 7:35 pm for my order to only show up after 9:30 pm. I called the restaurant multiple times in between to complain and was called back in error at one point for a call that was meant for someone else who's order through Uber never arrived. My order was gross ...completely. The festival was runny and doughy on in the inside. I spit it out immediately. I ordered 2 shrimp roti dinners and they were certainly not cooked. Both tasted as though we were biting through rubber. An order was never filled but I was charged for the quinoa that didn't arrive. The fried chicken meal was burned and tough to chew. My family and I did not have a meal that we can say was good. I requested a full complete refund on my order but each time I call they dont pickup the line and they close at 12 am. Also on top of this grubhub called them in order to place the refund and the restaurant will not allow them to do that. I am completely and utterly disgusted with the service here this evening. I am still requesting my full complete refund and will attempt to call AGAIN to speak with the manager regarding this unsavory order.

I used to come to this place twice a week on a regular basis, but the evening staff of ladies dont fill the plates with food. When I ordered the small plates, it was full but when I ordered the large plates they were not. The funny thing is the afternoon staff would always have the plates full. I am not sure why this is happening, maybe they get to take the leftovers home but I feel you are going to lose customers. I must admit everything is great except for the oxtails which is usually undercooked.

I spent $50 my Ackee and salt Fish came raw, undercooked & absolutely no seasoning it’s like they took a can of ackee and dumped it out and served. It Ackee is poisonous and has to be cooked thoroughly! They falsely advertise on uber eats the bogo special for curry chicken and they did not send oder. They claim on the app you can get curryy chicken buy one and get one free but it is false advertisement. I ordered two orders of buy one get one free of curry chicken. Total plates should have been 4 delivered. They only delivered 2 plates. When i called the store- the person who answered phone denied they did false advertisement and claimed they sent it correctly. They falsely adertised and at the end they said they would fix it app in future. None the less I was short two plates of food for my family.
