We are from Bristol NY in NYC for our son's heart procedure. I gotta say the staff and food was nothing short of amazing. In a stressful time for us as parents trapped in a hosptial for hours at a time being able to find, order, and walk to you was a tremendous plus. Then the flavors of everything were wonderful. Real Italian cooking is the comfort we needed. Thanks again for an awesome stress free dinner.

I got the Pasta Al Forno and Chicken parm hero. Before i got the Alfredo pasta. All were amazing! I never was a fan of Italian food until I tried Lena's Italian Kitchen. Customer service is excellent. For as long as I live I will always come here if I am ever in the mood for Pasta or a hero sub.

I ordered takeout from here and it was excellent! The food was delicious and the portions are huge. I thought the vodka sauce was done very nicely, not too thick or oily, and had green onion for some crunch. Also, not sure if it was the restaurant, but the food came super quickly, which was awesome. Overall, I recommend ordering out from here and I hope this helps!

Not sure who is cooking up the food but the food is absolutely amazing. My go to for take out Italian. The portions are generous, flavors are great and service is fast. Broccoli rabe is always on my order and their Mediterranean salad! Owner is also great and texted me to check how my meal was. Call them directly don’t use the apps to order!

I stumbled on this lovely place while waiting to attend a film at the cinema across the street from Lena's. I ordered a meatball parmigiana hero for lunch. Let me just say it might be one of the best if not the best meatball hero I have had. Bread is perfectly toasted. The amount of sauce was just right and the cheese was melted just enough to stretch when you bite into the hero. A great quick grab and go spot. It's not a sit down spot by any means. Definitely going back to try other options.

Not worth the price at all for the quality of food. Ordered pasta vodka with Extra Sauce and it not only came with way less sauce than desired, the sauce was too oily and had more veggies than sauce or meat. They also threw a small loaf of bread in the bag which I would’ve appreciated if it was packaged better. No aluminum foil or anything on it, it was just open in the bag next to the container of pasta.

I’m 50/50 on my experience. The food was solid and I look forward to trying more dishes. But, I had a bad experience. I came in person to order a pick up order. I like to try to order directly with the restaurant so they don’t have to pay any unnecessary fees. I was quoted 10 minutes but they said likely even less. So I came back in 10 minutes. I waited in the lobby for another 20 minutes, even though I was only quoted <10. Waiting in the lobby with no chairs was not great and I thought it would be a quick pick up since I was working. So I was definitely disappointed with that. I really value my time and would’ve appreciated a more accurate quote even if it meant a longer time so that I could arrive and leave quickly. I was also on the line on if the prices are worth it for what you get. The meal was pretty small for $26. It’s very comparable to a sit down place. So, even though I had a bad experience, I plan to come back and give it another shot. I’m not sure if the value is there. But you can decide for yourself

We ordered from Lena’s via Uber eats because we supposedly were out of range for delivery. We ordered garlic bread, Mediterranean salad and tortellini carbonara with grilled chicken. Food was still warm when arrived. The pasta carbonara was good but did not have the classic carbonara flavor. The Mediterranean salad was delicious and so was the garlic bread. If you are craving for Italian food definitely check it out.

A friend recommended this place as a quick to-go bite before the movies across the road; perfectly located! Good selection of the Italian staples - sandwiches, pasta and a bunch of sides (no pizza). I got the meatball parm sub which looked awesome (see pic!). Sauce seemed sub par with not a lot attention to herbs and seasoning though; more like something out of a can and not much else. Meatballs were solid albeit a little lacking seasoning again. I'm a tad disappointed by this, given the ratings. Service was swift and super friendly servers to take your order. A few benches to eat your meal if you do stay in but delivery seems to be the preferred service - they had at least 8 delivery bikes interchanging out front.

Ordered door dash as a surprise for my son's birthday..the so called pasta arrived like soup drenched in thinned down water ..chicken no better picture shows nice presentation with chicken,not sure how you screw up bread as well....so sad.....over all 4/10 ..and that's is being generous. Ugh.never again.foid like $65..with all fees.. $81 for just 2 drinks and a dessert that was sorta ok..the rest thrown out the taste was just horrific..I will never order from uour place again..
