It's definitely not Ray's. Good cheese, good crust, decent crust. My slice was straight from the oven, so I'll have to come back sometime for a fair comparison.

My go to is the whole wheat veggie pizza, depending on how greedy I am, I’ll get the slice or a whole pie. It’s the best veggie pizza I’ve tasted.

Can't go wrong with this place I order from here all the time the service is great as well as the food and deliveries are always fast. Definitely my go to spot for pizza downtown Brooklyn.

Friendly staff, fast service. $5 for a slice, $2 for 4 garlic knots. Buffalo chicken is my favorite specialty slice.

This pizza spot is amazing. I was looking for a local pizza spot, and thank God that I found this on. The service was amazing they were nice. The pizza slice is cheap, was done perfectly, and quick. And if you speak Spanish, there is a worker there that speaks Spanish. If you don't know what to get, I recommend the Fresh Mozzarella Slice, it's amazing. 10/10.

My favorite pizza in NYC. I used to go there all the time when I was in high school. Now I still go out of my way to go there every so often, 6 years after I graduated. Garlic knots are also some of the best in NYC, although they're a bit pricey compared to other places.

Bought a chicken roll ...yum yum yum! Most places skimp on the filling ...not here. The taste was extremely authentic and wholesome. The slice of pizza is thin crude but very filling . Definitely a great place to get food on the go or to sit and eat. A+

I order pizza from this place probably once a week. They have the best pizza in the neighborhood. Better then Crown Fried Chickens Pizza , Mario's Pizza , Kings Pizza and Catadelos Pizza. The prices maybe higher then the rest of the area but its worth it for quality . I like to order their Chicken Pizza , the Not Rays Special Square Pie and the Meat stuffed pizza. In my honest opinion those are the best pizzas they sell but everyone likes different stuff. 5 out of 5

I don't know who Ray is, but Not Ray's Pizza was the BEST stop after a block party in Bklyn! The slices from Not Ray's really hit the spot! Food was served piping hot...and the staff was super nice...my friend dropped her slice while putting condiments on it and they replaced it for free!

I was sceptical about this joint, so I approached carefully. 😂 After I felt the heat from the oven, after I noticed a couple enjoying their pizza, I ordered two pepperoni slices. It was greasy and it was great. I love s pizza where you have just the right amount of cheese (real cheeses) the right amount of sauce, and a thin crust pizza. Excellent. Two thumbs up.

This is one of my absolute favorite pizza places in the area! These guys have the perfect blend of fresh ingredients, excellent cheese, perfect crust, and excellent sauce! The best way to judge how great a pizza is, is how it tastes the next day, even cold - and this passes with flying colors! They are very quick with delivery, and always with excellent customer service - willing to customize your pizza however you like it. Very highly recommend giving this place a try - you will not be disappointed!

some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. We got a mozzarella pie of pizza and garlic nuts as well. There was just the right amount of garlic in the garlic knots and they were also very crispy too. My pet peeve is when garlic knots or doughy, soft and flavorless, which is the Opposite of these garlic knots. The food was delicious!!!!

It's all about the pizza 🍕 😋! I enjoyed my Takeout order of Stuffed pizza, it was delicious, flavorful. I ordered it cold and baked it in my pizza oven. Most important the crust was not doughy! and it did not have copious amounts of oil dripping from slice this time, once it was heated. I ordered this before and it was very oily and had to place 2 napkins to sop up the oil prior to eating, at the restaurant.

Just what you want out of a NY slice shop. I got their version of a Margherita slice and it was so delicious I had to get another. Id go out of my way to come back.

4 stars only because I miss them being at their old location on the corner of Fulton and Lafayette. Still great tasting pizza. The other day I was in the area looking for a quick bite. I ordered a meat stuffed slice which is a slice layered with sauce then meat then cheese then meat then more cheese 😋 for the same price it cost for one piece of corn across the street at Habana's. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Grandma's pizza is so good! We ordered online... It was quick and easy. They were fast to get to our house and pizza was still warm. I had a slice of lasagne pizza and mmmmm two favorite things combo.

Definitely liked this place, and I've tried many pizza places in the area. The prices are pretty decent. The grandma slice was excellent. Right up there with the best ones I've had in Brooklyn. Didn't love the plain slice but it wasn't bad. The garlic knots are also just ok. Nothing here will blow your mind, but it's a quality spot I will go to again. Rays is a good pizza joint. If your looking for a cheap place to grab a slice or some garlic knots near Atlantic Barclays Center this is your place.

Typical pizza joint with slices and pies. I had a pesto slice and I didn’t find it to be too flavorful. There are different types to choose from: bruschetta, margherita, pesto, etc.

Really want to give this place 5 stars. The pizza is delicious. The first time I ordered from here, I asked for Chicago Style--cut in squares--and it wasn't a issue. I received the pizza the way I ordered and all was good. Then there was the second time ordered, and now the third, tonight. Asked for pizza same way. Didn't get it the way I asked either time. I excused it the second time because anyone can make mistakes. But now this time it came not the way I ordered, and I said it very clear and the guy on the phone repeated it back to me, so he knew what I was asking for. So now I have to give 3 stars. And potentially not order again, for the simple fact that it should matter what your customer orders and how they order it as the customer is paying--and the pizza is not exactly cheap. Not a happy customer.

It’s a pizza restaurant. Nothing special about the atmosphere. I had two Buffalo chicken slices, they were average at best. Nothing special at all. Overpriced though in my opinion. 5 dollars for a slice. Ehhhhh nothing I’ll be like oh I can’t wait to go back here.

Review is based on a single spicy chicken pie and garlic knot. The pizza tasted like cardboard, dry and barely edible. Garlic Knots were okay.

The second star is only because the food is actually fine. But a $10 minimum for credit card purchases, and 4% higher prices for cards is pretty obnoxious for a pizza place. I came because it was close to work, but I won't be back; I can't justify keeping cash to only use here, and it's too small to expect to sit down for either lunch or dinner. If you're ordering a pie to go or for delivery, maybe, but otherwise I can't recommend it.

Pizza was steaming hot and so was the location. Pizza was bland at best. The fruit punch I thing comes with a side of diabetes. It didn't kill me so that stopped it from being 1 star

I have been going to Not Rays for over 20 years. Loved the owners. For the past 2 years I would say the service is not the same. The young man up front , not pleasant at all. The last straw for me was my Pizza was ordered through Uber eats. When I received my Pizza the whole crust was burned. However on a good note I now go to Original Pizza. Ralph ave. I have ordered from here quite a few times. I ordered 4 pies today & they were ready quickly. One of the pepperoni pies was barely cut... not a big deal. What I can't ignore is the fact that a whole cheese pie was burnt. There is no way that pie should've been served. I am disappointed...

Today, I ordered Lasagna and Greek salad from this place. The Lasagna was very salty and watery. It tasted like they just added tomato sauce to the pasta. The Greek salad was tasteless. The tomatoes were green and rape. Cucumbers had a lot of hard seeds. Delivery guy wasn't nice, he didn't say a word to me. I will never order food from here again, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I wanted to try the pizza from this place, ordered from grubhub. Ordered a large pie. When I received my delivery order the box was partially opened. The box was not sealed. Guys when there is a delivery seal the box with tape. The pizza was delivered lomp sided and who knows if the delivery guy spit on it, damn! I was looking forward to it. I was pissed. Try calling the restaurant, phone number is bogus, really. Don't bother having this delivered. They don't have tape to seal it! Spent $30 dollars for nothing. Unbelievable.

Just came out of Not Ray’s Pizza. The guy at the counter was inattentive and instead kept talking to the guy who puts the pizza in the oven. Even after the other guy left, he just stood there dismissive as though he couldn’t ask if I needed service.

Normally, Not Rays is amazing. However tonight, I am at a loss for words. I ordered their signature meat slice, which is essentially two slices layered together with meat on top and in the middle. What I received was a slice that just had a mound of ground beef on top of it. Then there were a few uncooked pepperoni's strewn about on top. I think I'll stop ordering here. I suggest you do too.

Just ate a regular slice for $4.48, the slice is 3.75 but they charge 13% tax which is crazy. The slice is 4/10, it tasted like toasted frozen pizza. If you want a decent slice and for cheaper take the walk to Barcklys Pizza, way better. You’ll thank me.

I was so excited to try Not Ray's Pizza — I waited all night for it to come. I ordered via Uber Eats and they only told me after I had ordered that the delivery driver was someone from the store. Either way, I waited... and waited and waited some more. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! When I called multiple times they hung up on me and never delivered my pizzas. I spent $50+ on pizza that they NEVER DELIVERED. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and care. I would never recommend.
