The food is pretty good from what I've had so far. The wings from Wing Trip are really good. I would also suggest the onion rings from the mainstay. The horseradish that comes with it makes it soooo good. The esquites from Barrio Café is pretty good too. I do feel like there's so many options and it's not really explained well. It can be overwhelming. I say give it a try and hopefully you'll find something you'll enjoy.

Really cool concept of ordering from several restaurants in a food hall with one order. Good to satisfy people with different tastes without going to different places. My food was ready at the time they said it was fresh hot and the screen made it easy to know if your order is ready. The pickup location is also clean and inviting along with friendly employees. And I didn't say that lately in New York

Walked right across the street from my Hotel to Wonder after a flight from The Bahamas, I was blown away! Friendly staff (Kevin) was super helpful and showed me how to use the screens to order! Found it super easy and so cool you could order from a host of awesome restos! Food was super fresh, tasty, was served in a lovely bag. I decided to stay and eat my fresh salad, loved the herbs and taste of it! So so awesome and great to hear they have hours from 10:30-10:30pm! What a cools concept! Please come and open one in Nassau, The Bahamas!

I picked up a pint of Magnolia Bakery’s Banana Pudding with Chocolate Hazelnut Swirl. It appears to be delivered to Wonder frozen and they give it to you after it’s been thawed out in a refrigerator. The banana pudding was delicious and the chocolate hazelnut swirl went well with the vanilla wafers, which were not too soft and still had some texture.

They forgot to include the chicken in my salad and gave me the wrong dressing, but customer service was great and offered to either replace the order or credit the amount back to my account. I chose the credit and reordered the next day. Mistakes happen, all good. The food tasted fine. I’d order again if I was in a pinch, but I’d rather support local small businesses directly.

Took them 20 minutes to make a rice bowl with beef that was missing the beef! Back to square one. So if you want to waste your day sitting around waiting for your food then this is the place to go to. They did refund me apparently. It’s a pity because the food is tasty.

A Gamer Journey

I've ordered from Wonder three times. They lied about refunding me the third time, for a food item they didn't have. My last order, on July 25, was for Sripraphai Massaman curry with beef from India Menu Restaurant. My experience was okay apart from the last two times. Please contact my bank to confirm they never refunded me after 7 days.

Bro what is this? Where is the FRIED in the pineapple fried rice? 90% white rice and everything was bland. Seems like it was just thrown in the microwave. I’ve had Wonder with my friends before and it was not like this. To clarify, I did have an issue with the gift card and wasn’t able to use it, but this has nothing to do with that as I still placed an order expecting something good. Name wasn’t called when it was ready and had to find out myself. Maybe I didn’t hear it? Other names were called loudly though. See attached and a picture of what was advertised.

Ordered delivery twice from Wonder, once because they mailed me a discount flier and the second time by accident because they appeared as “Mr. D’s fried chicken” on Ubereats and I didn’t realize this was actually from Wonder. Both times the food was so unseasoned and mediocre. Unseasoned venture capital fried chicken. I didn’t realize fried chicken could be bland. This kind of food has no place in a city like NYC. Please go support your favorite mom and pop restaurants, hole in the walls, or high end quality restaurants. There are so many amazing food options in this city that there is really no reason to order from here.

What was meant to be a romantic gesture from my partner unfortunately turned into one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. We arrived 39 minutes late due to traffic, and we fully understood if that caused a slight delay. However, once seated, we waited approximately 40 minutes without being greeted, offered water, or even acknowledged. No explanation. No apology. Eventually, a busser brought water after noticing us looking around repeatedly. About 20 minutes later, a server finally approached our table. At that point, the evening already felt uncomfortable. My partner purchased the Valentine’s gift package, which included chocolate-covered strawberries. After spending $608 on dinner, we expected at least a small presentation or acknowledgment. Instead, the server simply walked up to the table, handed him the box, and said, “Here you go.” No romance. No effort. It was awkward and embarrassing for him, especially considering he wanted the evening to feel special. To make matters worse, our food arrived cold after nearly two hours of waiting. It felt as if it had been sitting out for some time. Meanwhile, the table next to us — including a pregnant woman — had been seated before us and still had not received their food. They looked exhausted and hungry. Valentine’s Day should feel intentional and thoughtful. This felt chaotic, disorganized, and careless. For a $608 dinner, this experience was completely unacceptable. We truly believe a refund is warranted. We hope management takes this seriously so no other couples have to experience what we did on what should be a special night.

I order the 4 piece mix chicken, it was disgusting, over cooked burn3d, then I use doordash where they always have a order to deliver before yours, so it was cold, the biscuits where horrible. I will never order from them again. Save your money it's not worth it. As you can see from the photo I post, it looks nothing like what they advertise

Worst, most unauthentic padthai I've ever had. The chicken were in big chunks instead of thin slices, the eggs were big spherical pieces like you'd get at a breakfast buffet, and the noodles here and there were hard and uncooked.

I wanted to like this because it’s a cool business model but unfortunately the one star reviews are accurate. The food is sad and the chicken in my bowl was raw. Their customer service was good and refunded me immediately but I did take a couple bites of this 🤮
