A fantastic restaurant we discovered thanks to the recommendations of our Airbnb hosts. It's not a tourist trap like so many restaurants in Como's historic center! It's best to make a reservation, as it's packed with Italians and regulars every night. The owners and all the staff are charming, very welcoming, and attentive... everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The service is very quick, and every dish we tried was excellent: pasta, risotto, meat, pizza... The children's menu is very generous. The wood-fired pizzas are superb! The crust is very thin, yet crispy and not dry at all. The tomato sauce is well-prepared, and the toppings are fresh and varied! Delicious! They also offer super-fast home delivery (even for New Year's Eve)! Everything was so perfect, and the menu so diverse, that we went every night of our vacation! Our children's favorite restaurant, and ours too!

The pizza al tagliere (for a small supplement) was very good, thin, and light. Excellent red beer on tap, a fantastic hot chocolate cake, and coffee... what can I say, the best espresso I've had in a while! Friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the bathrooms weren't the cleanest. A pleasant evening!

I was waiting for it, eating really good Italian food, not like the tourist traps in Como, the food here is really good, service is fast, and friendly, prices are fair, if you come around don't hesitate to try. I would definitely come again if I were living there.

We celebrated my brother's birthday and they gave us the wonderful surprise of a heart-shaped pizza with "Happy Birthday" written on it. We've been coming to this pizzeria for years and always have a great experience. Besides the really good pizzas and light crust, the mixed fried fish is also truly excellent. Special mention also goes to all the staff, who are always very kind and helpful!

Ieri sera abbiamo ordinato la cena con consegna a domicilio per le 19:30: uno spaghetto alle vongole, una frittura mista, un filetto di tonno in crosta e una focaccia bianca. Il sacchetto ci è stato letteralmente lanciato al volo alle 19:45 e, una volta aperto, oltre ai piatti abbiamo trovato anche una busta con del resto in contanti non nostro, nonostante avessi pagato anticipatamente con carta. Subito notiamo che gli spaghetti erano sbagliati e la focaccia era al pomodoro (io sono allergica). Chiamo immediatamente il ristorante per segnalare il problema: mi viene detto di non toccare nulla, che avrebbero rimandato il ragazzo a controllare. Dopo 10 minuti il ragazzo torna, controlla, si scusa e conferma che c’è stata confusione. Tuttavia ci lascia solo la frittura (ormai fredda e collosa) e il filetto di tonno, dicendo che sarebbe tornato subito con gli spaghetti corretti e la focaccia giusta. Mio marito inizia a mangiare da solo; io aspetto di mangiare insieme a mio figlio i suoi spaghetti. Passano 30 minuti. Alle 20:30 richiamo il ristorante per chiedere spiegazioni: mi dicono di aspettare “ancora una decina di minuti”. A quel punto mangio da sola, il mio filetto ormai freddo e stracotto. Alle 20:50 finalmente arrivano gli spaghetti e la focaccia (stavolta senza mozzarella, ma comunque in ritardo di oltre un’ora). Per “farsi perdonare”, ci offrono una birra Moretti da 1,50€. Semplicemente scandaloso. Mai più.

Ieri sera ho telefonato alle 19.30 per avere 2 pizze a domicilio. I tempi di consegna erano lunghi (21) quindi si è optato per il take away (20) per non aspettare. Peccato che le pizze siano state preparate per le 20.40, così oltre a dover aspettare qualcuno ha dovuto sprecato 45 minuti davanti al bancone. Inoltre la pizza di mia nipote, wuster e patatine aveva le patatine ancora mezze surgelate, tant è che abbiamo dovuto rimuoverle e cuocerle a parte nel forno. Io capisco che il sabato sera ci sia tanta gente, ma bisognerebbe essere corretti nell indicare i tempi effettivi di consegna e curare che la qualità del servizio non decada. Altra cosa che fa perdere punti, non una scusa, non una bibita offerta né durante l attesa néalla consegna. Direi pessimi.
