I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant nestled in the greenery of Bellarosa several times, and I must say it's always an enchanting experience. As soon as you arrive, the relaxing atmosphere and the beauty of the surrounding landscape envelop you, making you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The service is impeccable, with attentive, courteous staff always available to satisfy every request. But the real highlight of this place is the cuisine: dishes that showcase local flavors, expertly prepared and superbly presented. I recommend the farinata with stracciatella and anchovies. Each course is a journey of flavor, with fresh, high-quality ingredients blending harmoniously. Well done, well done guys.

We were at Agriturismo Bellarosa today to celebrate a family communion—a table for 24, including children. I must emphasize the exceptional level of service—all the courses, agreed upon in a prior meeting with Chef Elvira (who was also extremely willing to make any changes to the previously sent suggestions), arrived on time and in the right quantities. The menu varies with the seasons—special mention goes to the zucchini flan and parmesan cream, a truly exceptional appetizer, and the asparagus risotto—very fresh and tender—crispy speck (for consistency), and saffron fondue (for creaminess)... I personally ate quite a bit of it, it was truly delicious. A highlight, among other dishes, was the berry sorbet at the end of the meal, fresh and pleasant. After having dinner to "try it out," we were already convinced—but after the literal proof (so many people, of varying ages and tastes), we recommend it without hesitation. Kudos to all the professional and kind wait staff, and to the kitchen staff for the quality and presentation of the dishes! Well done everyone!

Beautiful farmhouse, but above all, divine cuisine! A totally relaxing Sunday lunch in a wonderful place. The dishes are exceptional, carefully prepared, and delicious! The staff is friendly, kind, and attentive.

We had dinner as a couple. The food was truly good and high-quality, very much in keeping with tradition. A word of caution: the rice cake portion is perhaps a bit small. The setting is beautiful, compliments, with attention to detail and design. Special mention for the cake in the cellar; it's delicious!

Excellent birthday dinner. We went to this agriturismo to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful time. To start, they brought us some of their appetizers, including cheese, salami, and their truly exceptional homemade erbazzone. For my first course, I had the rice bomb with ragù, which was delicious. For my second course, they brought us rare Florentine steaks with potatoes and mixed vegetables, all very good. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful.

The service was prompt and friendly, the place was very well-maintained, the ingredients were good, and the options interesting. I was left wanting to return to try the rest of the menu. I tried the erbazzone, the purple gnocchi (very tasty. I would have preferred them a little more robust, but that's a matter of taste), and the zuppa inglese. Compared to the latter, which was delicious, I recommend avoiding it if you're driving. 😂 I just missed a convenient coat rack within easy reach of the table.

Even though I wasn't there, I can attest to the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I called at 11:00 a.m. to reserve a table for three people for that evening, and was successful. Only to be contacted exactly three hours later, they told me the table wasn't available. They did so in a very hasty and perfunctory manner, followed by a simple thank you and goodbye, with no explanation whatsoever. I'll teach you a little respect and politeness anytime, for free, of course! Sorry, goodbye!!!!
