I have nothing negative to say about the piercings and the service. I've always gotten my piercings done here because they have a wide variety and some very good professionals. Then there are others who aren't so great. There was a woman at the counter, a redhead with burgundy hair, who looked about 50. She was very rude and ill-mannered, embarrassing us in front of a lot of people for asking a simple question. I was furious at how she treated us, and she almost didn't want to let my younger cousin in with her uncle (who was the adult accompanying her) (even though she had her father's authorization and original ID). She wanted her to go in alone. I know my comment won't do much good because as long as the complaint isn't about the piercings, it doesn't matter. But I think they should choose their staff more carefully.

No lo pongo 0 porque no se puede, me hice el piercing de la punta de la lengua, me lo hicieron torcido y encima me pusieron una barra muy pequeña que me ha hecho heridas. Hoy hemos ido a que me lo cambien por una barra más larga y después de cambiármelo me dicen que tengo que pagar 3 euros, cuando la chica que me lo hizo me dijo que si teníamos alguna problema nos lo solucionaba sin problema. Después de explicarle amablemente la situación el recepcionista de malas maneras nos echa a voces e intentando dejarnos en evidencia delante de todas la personas. Una experiencia que me podría haber ahorrado, en resumen, el trato y el resultado a sido una mierda como este sitio.

ME PERFORARON MAL EL PEZÓN. Lo hicieron en la aureola, cosa totalmente prohibida, si sabes lo que haces claro. Yo me he enterado de eso con el tiempo por los problemas que he tenido. Me ha tardado en cicatrizar años, después de innumerables infecciones graves que tuve que tratar con médicos especialistas. Hoy día tengo el pezón deformado. Asunto de denuncia e inspección por tener perforadores NO CUALIFICADOS.

El señor mayor que atiende es un repelente, no tiene mucha idea del tema (por lo que me he enterado ni siquiera es perforador) y además te habla con mucho aire de superioridad, un asco de experiencia me dejaron el pendiente sangrando, irritado e inflamado, he ido a otro local en Maracena y la chica no cobra por cambiar pendientes (ellos cobran 3€) y te trata super bien, cosa q este sitio deja bastante q desear

We went there about a month ago to buy a piercing for my son, who had lost his. The woman at the counter (it wasn't Marga) was incredibly rude, loud, and had zero empathy. She was awfully harsh with a 15-year-old boy who asked her a couple of questions. To top it off, she bought the wrong piercing, and just to avoid hearing her again, my son kept it, even though he didn't like it.

MY CHICKPEA AND I!!! : They pierced my third earlobe too high, practically in the cartilage. Because of that, it got really infected, and now I have a bad scar that's turned into a lump the size of a chickpea. Plus, they pierced my friend's earlobe crooked, and her ear is as purple as a fat sausage. But they were all very clean and friendly.

The elderly receptionist is quite unfriendly. I go there because I like the earrings, but she's unbearable. I find her speaking ill of other customers, saying she doesn't care about the reviews because she's a permanent fixture. She gives such arrogant replies, I don't really know why she thinks that way, because, my goodness, the way she responds is awful. It's obvious she's not happy at home, poor thing.

I went inside and stood behind some people who were being served, but when it was my turn, they refused to help me because apparently they were only serving one person in a queue. What's unacceptable is that, having been there much earlier, they refused to help me and sent me to the back of the line. Completely lacking in empathy and professionalism.

I went there today for a nose piercing. The girl who was trying to do the piercing failed to do it for several times! At first she told me the plastic didn't enter and she needed to try again. She tried it and again she couldn't put it in. Then she said she would do it again even though it seemed difficult to enter. She also tried to put some syringes from the inside into the hole to try to open it. Again a big failure! I had so much pain as I got 3 times piercing but none successful. She wanted to try again but I told her it was enough. Then we went to the lady where I paid the money and she told her that I had moved all the times and that was the issue. That was a big lie!!! She didn't tell me anything about the movement. The problem was the lack of her ability to make it enter. I'm very disappointed, I was really excited to get my first piercing but it ended up really bad. Ps: They gave me back the money. The last important thing for me at that moment. And the irony is that the staff who serves you in the reception is professional and with experience but the staff who makes the piercing(the most important ones) is so young and obviously without profesionalism and experience.
