Un sitio excelente, mi pareja y yo pedimos el mix de tapas! Que son 6 tapas más pan con tomate. La ve que todo estaba buenísimo y los chicos muy amables! De las tapas que hemos pedido (todas buenísimas) pero las croquetas de rabo de toro 11/10 estaban buenísimas 👏👏👏👏👏👏

El mejor restaurante mallorquín de la isla. No sólo por su excelente calidad de su comida típica como la parrillada y las tapas y bebidas..también porque serás tratado como alguien perteneciente a la familia. Si van Alcúdia y dejar de asistir a “Sa Portacassa” se perderían una gran oportunidad. Gracias a las atenciones de Gabriel (dueño e hijo de una noble y tradicional familia mallorquina) su guapa hija y su marido. Recomendable para todos los gustos.

Hemos comido espectacular, queríamos probar comida típica por lo que hemos pedido la parrillada mallorquina y el pa amb oli especial de la casa, todo riquísimo! Buen servicio y buena calidad-precio. Además el sitio es muy acogedor, típica casa familiar que mantiene parte de la decoración de antaño. Muy recomendable!

If you’re looking for delicious food and genuinely friendly service, this is the place to go. We ordered the combo of six tapas for two with rustic bread, a salmon salad with avocado, mango, and greens, plus beer and tinto de verano — everything was fresh and full of flavor. Hands down BEST restaurant in all of Alcudia. The owners were so friendly. We ate there 3 times because it was so delicious and the service was so good, and knew it wouldn’t be anything else than that. Very great with my dairy allergy requirements. We arrived at 7pm without a reservation and were fitted in even though they were fully booked. We had the table until 9. Amazing tapas, lovely atmosphere and fantastic service. Every mouthful was delicious! Tucked away in a beautiful lane in Alcudia old town. Would definitely recommend.

Great meal and experience with lots of gluten free options! Gluten free bread and dedicated fryer. Need to confirm with the server as nothing is labelled and it’s not a dedicated space but it’s a wonderful cozy spot with options.

Cannot fault this place one bit. We arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had the tapas at €30 for 6 choices which along with the bread, was more than enough for 2 of us. They have a good selection of wine also. My sister uses a chair and they had a ramp for the steps and assisted us both going in and out of the restaurant. I would highly recommend Sa Portassa and will most definitely visit again.

A couple of days ago , I left a review by mistake. I apologise if you have seen it . I have taken it down as soon as realised was the wrong restaurant. Yesterday, however, we actually had dinner here, and it was fabulous (we got lucky to get a table without reservation). Tapas and the rest of the plates were great portion, tastefull and afordable prices. I love the fact that you can choose the size of your tapas, great if you want a little more of what you like. Great service and super friendly, welcoming, and smiling staff. Definitely makes you feel like you are wanted there. They surprised me with a little birthday treat, and it was overwhelming. Thank you, everyone, for making my day even more special. Keep up the amazing service. It definitely makes a difference. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful from top to bottom! I arrived and was able to make a reservation for that night in a half an hour, since the place was packed. It seems like they are often fully booked though, so if your hearts set on it I recommend calling ahead. They had a table waiting for me when I arrived back after some window shopping close by and really made me feel at home. I had their tapas deal, but split in half (so 3 instead of 6) and it was more than enough, especially considering the delicious Pa Amb Oli that came with the deal. I had the mussels, stuffed pepper, and bacalao, which were all fantastic, with the stuffed pepper being my personal favorite. I was so happy with the quality of the food and service I stayed for dessert, which was worth it! The Crema Catalan was delightful and a perfect finale to an already stellar meal. My thanks to the whole staff there for such a lovely experience.

My wife chose the restaurant because we wanted to eat good tapas and was convinced by the good reviews of the visitors. There was a misunderstanding with the order itself, so we didn't get the ordered 6 tapas for €28, but 4. We also got toasted bread spread with tomatoes. the taste of the dish and the sauce was very good. The prices are also good for the wallet.

Loved this place so much last year we came back. The friendliest staff. We didn’t have a reservation and they still managed to give us a table. Service was fast. Food was superb. Good portions value for money. If you’re in alcudia this is the place to go.

Probably our favourite meal of the trip. Make sure you book a table otherwise you’ll be disappointed. The location….. Wow 🤩 If you love history and architecture then you’re in for a treat. Set inside the medieval castle walls in a maze of narrow streets which makes sitting outside incredibly atmospheric. The food was excellent with lots to choose from. We opted for several of the 3 tapas with bread for €26 option.

I write this review on my journey back from this incredible and welcoming restaurant. My partner and I visited Alcudia, whilst staying at Can Picafort and stumbled upon Sa Portassa by chance, and we are so glad that we did. The restaurant was very popular and we were lucky to get a seat outdoors in the beautiful lane where the restaurant is situated. The waiters and waitresses were very accommodating and friendly, and the food was spectacular. We ordered the 6x tapas plates for €26 Euros which also came with a generous amount of bread (which we ended up ordering more of because it was that good) as well as more of the Iberian Ham Croquettes which for us stole the show. Overall we had the most amazing evening, the white house wine was also very lovely. Overall, we would recommend this lovely little place to anyone visiting Alcudia old town, but I’d say certainly book ahead!!!

Best restaurant in alcudia and it's not even close. Nicest tapas I had in Majorca, and the price was so low I was nearly embarrassed when the bill came. The flavours are outstanding, the restaurant itself is beautiful, either inside or in the garden. The staff are incredibly friendly and seem to be able to converse with diners in a few different languages! Saw a lot of people turned away, make a reservation and come here, it's the best food in Alcudia. So good we want twice in one week!

The tapas platter for 2 pax for €25 is extremely value for money and seems to be the cheapest tapas set in old town! The tapas are super delicious too! Run by a family and all of them are so friendly. €25 for 6 tapas (you choose your favourite 6 items) and pa amb oli (grated tomatoes on toasted bread) is the complimentary 7th item which already included and damn, they are generous with the pa amb oli! We added Gambas and were super full after that, the tapas set is definitely enough for two.

It’s not easy to get a table at Sa Portassa and that speaks for itself. They serve exceptional tapas, especially sea food - everything tasted super fresh, with many distinguished flavors. Great wine, very positive and kind staff. Prices are not too high. Will come back next time for sure.

A ver, está bien. Es un local de tapas, todas bastante típicas mallorquinas. Descartaría directamente el tamaño tapa ñ, porque no da para nadaz iría directamente por la media o por la ración. La comida está correcta, tampoco es que sea súper abundante, pero está rica. Los camareros fueron muy amables en todo momento.

Un sitio de tapas ideal para cenar. Tienen gran variedad de tostas y una opción de 6 tapas para dos personas por 22€. Son muy amables y tienen tapas típicas mallorquinas.

Nos pareció un magnífico restaurante. La atención fue extraordinario, la comida muy rica y el precio razonable. El local muy chulo también.

Nice tapas place, recommended by a locals. Nice to have a choice of small, medium or large portion. The waitress asked if I wanted the bread, not just put on the table (since it was extra charge). I was on my own so didn't get to try a lot, but the two dishes I had were great. The aioli was yummy. And the almond cake was very delicious. I wanted to go back even if just for the cake but didn't get the chance ... Will be next year....

This restaurant is a big disappointment. We waited more than 1 hour for our food. We got average quality food soaked in oil. The servers were nice. We have eaten much better food in less popular places. The prices are normal though
