brilliant! this is the real Italy I knew. despite being a restaurant located on the outskirts of the city, there is a lot of waiting here even during lunch time on weekdays and the hall is full from early on. but don't worry, it's a good sign. in this case, it means this is a place you can trust. It's assumed that there are many regular customers as well. I saw it the table's turnover rate(rotation) is fast because they workers divide labor and work hard and professionally. when you enter the cute entrance from the waiting line, there are three large spaces for dining. thanks to the exterior walls filled with large windows, the atmosphere is open and not closed. I love trattoria in Italy where I can get a glimpse of their lives. lunch menu with options for workers. the 'Today's Menu' consists of the first and second plates, bread, water, and espresso as the final dessert. because I prefer a low salt meal, it was a sort of salty for me, but since I understand the culture of eating it with bread, there is no problem. delish! additionally, they are overall friendly. even though they are busy, she ask me how I am while I'm eating, serve dishes according to the order of traditional Italian meals, and make eye contact with the customers. I could see that their feedback with customer is great. I enjoyed healthy and delicious food at a very cost effective price. here's a little tip for management: for the gross profit, if you write down the menu on the front door, you'll be able to attract customers more because people can decide on the menu in advance when there are a lot of people waiting.. (but I think it'll be harder for the workers because they have to do more work. even now I can see that they are busy..) the beauty who served me was not rude to me but nice. was whitch enhanced the taste of the food. and also thanks to the chefs. it's a little bit sad that I found out about this place too late. Alessandria's hidden treasure. management, price, and food are all fabulous! (this review will be updated. I hope🙏🏻)

al vecchio rio andavo 20 anni fa, quando c'erano i miei genitori e angelo, il vecchio gestore. a mio papà piaceva tanto la perbureira. su segnalazione di un amico sono tornata x il 1° maggio. ho trovato, come gestore, il nipote di angelo e i buoni piatti della tradizione piemontese. mi ha confermato che, qualche volta, fanno ancora la perbureira. io ho mangiato agnolotti con lo stufato, coniglio con le olive, insalata e caffè. tutto buonissimo. le distanze di sicurezza tra i tavoli erano rispettate. i prezzi sono onesti. tornerò senz' altro. hanno le serate a tema, oltre ai piatti fissi. io andrò senz' altro un venerdì sera che fanno rane e lumache. l' unico problema che bisogna prenotare, altrimenti, se non c'è posto, mandano via la gente.

Well done! Passing through Alessandria, we stopped for a quick bite. We found what we were looking for! A business lunch for €12, so it was also cheap. Pasta with meat sauce, baked chicken with potatoes, and turkey carpaccio with mixed salad—that's what we ordered, and it was all delicious! The menu also included tripe, both stewed and in salad, a large salad, etc. We also had dessert for an additional €2 (crème caramel), which was delicious! The waitresses were quick and cheerful, even though it was busy. Recommended!

Nice place, there's a workers' menu for 12 euros that includes a first course, second course, side dish, water, bread, and coffee. Desserts, on the side, I think, are 2 euros. The food is simple but good.

A classic place where workers stop to eat well and spend a fair amount! The place is very busy, so there's plenty of room for table turnover. For starters, we had pasta with cream, peas, and ham, and pasta alle norma. For the main course, roast potatoes and hard-boiled eggs with stewed peas. In our opinion, the dishes were good and the portions generous. The daily menu is written on the blackboard in the various dining rooms. Menus start from €12 per person. Very friendly and helpful staff! Ample parking in front of the restaurant for peace of mind! Highly recommended!

I decided to try this traditional restaurant, so highly praised by my local colleagues. The prices were very fair. It's a shame that the appetizers were all reheated and had lost their flavor, especially the Russian salad. I really enjoyed the tartare and the fried frogs. We also didn't like the Piedmontese snails at all. The staff was friendly.

Non mi sono piaciuti tanto i piatti che ho preso. L' antipasto era asciutto sembravano prodotti riscaldati: vitello tonnato, frittatina, ecc. Le rane, invece, erano discrete ma le lumache erano pessime. Non mi è piaciuta neanche l'acqua purtroppo. Non metto una stella perché i prezzi erano onesti ma non ci ritornerei.
