Personale gentilissimo disponibile e simpatico, chef creativo e ottima Qualità di prodotti. Per essere una vecchia edicola riadattata a chiosco con dehors coperto annesso hanno fatto un eccellente lavoro. Forse un menù eccessivamente corto in termini di varietà ma mi sono trovato molto bene.

Excellent bar in the university area. Delicious sandwiches with lots of fillings, super brioche, and good coffee. Recommended, the only drawback is that the outdoor seating is a bit chilly.

My experience was pleasant and welcoming. Located right near the university, the place is strategically located and convenient. The service was quick and friendly, and the tapas on offer deserve special mention...they were truly delicious, paired with a glass of wine. I highly recommend it!

I went there for both breakfast and lunch during the IoLavoro fair in Alessandria, as I didn't see many other places nearby offering food. I wasn't particularly thrilled with the meal: a sandwich with 'nduja, caramelized onions, and burrata, and a Coke in a glass. I'm not sure what to say about the sandwich; I expected it to be absolutely delicious, but it wasn't, probably because it was served rather cold... Besides, the organization that day wasn't the best, with missing menu items and excessive wait times. I understand that it might have been due to the chaos of the fair that day, which saw them overwhelmed by people; who knows!

Sono stato 2 volte, la prima per un pre-pranzo e devo dire che mi ha fatto una buona impressione, sia il servizio che il piccolo aperitivo d'accompagnamento alla bibita, e anche l'atmosfera. La seconda volta sono stato per un aperitivo nel tardo pomeriggio e dire che sia stato disastroso è già una gentilezza. Se chiedo "fate aperitivo?" e la risposta è Sì, mi aspetto un aperitivo vero, non quello squallore, 3 pizzette e 3 micro porzioni di patatine per 12 commensali. Poi in aggiunta abbiamo chiesto dei tramezzini, serviti ancora nella pellicola, squallidi che neanche nelle macchinette self-service sono presentati cosi, pagati a parte. Se ci fosse stata una comunicazione più chiara il mio giudizio magari poteva essere migliore(non buono ma migliore di zero assoluto), ma così è una presa in giro....questo non è un aperitivo. Inoltre una persona al tavolo con noi ha manifestato la sua intolleranza ai farinacei al personale, che si è totalmente disinteressato del fatto. Peccato il posto non sarebbe male, ma il personale (non tutto) e la loro approssimazione nel non sapere cosa offrono come chiosco è davvero imbarazzante.

My wife and I stopped to get 2 schekerati coffees, they served us two small glasses with 3 quarts of foam plus the coffee wasn't cold......alka modest sum of €5.00, nothing against it if it had been a normal schekerati coffee and not ristretto....Never again

The place has no relationship between quality, price and service. First of all, they are tables placed outside without any kind of shelter, excluding a sort of greenhouse with tables inside. We ask for two sandwiches and we are told that in the afternoon (it was around 3:30 pm) they do not serve sandwiches, but that there are only toasts, despite the fact that there were lists of products that they have written right on the windows of the little house that make you assume there is a wide choice. That's fine. It took a long time to receive the two toasts, considering the fact that, in addition to us, there were two other people and that there were two people working there, but, at least, they were good. We also ordered a small beer (nothing special) and a half-liter of still water. When it came time to pay, the guy made a mistake and charged me only for one toast. I go back to the table, the guy comes to me and warns me of the thing so I go back to pay and discover that the price of the single toast is €7 SEVEN (!!!), not €7 for two toasts, a price that would have been correct, for very normal ham and cheese toasts with nothing out of this world. Small beer €4, small bottle of water €1.50, the only price that could be okay (maybe). Given the place, the total absence of cover and similar, service that ehm and the place that is certainly not Piazza San Marco, the prices are really excessive and not in line with the type of place that is more of a kiosk than anything else. The two stars are only for the toast that was good anyway (maybe because we were very hungry). We won't be back.

I went yesterday with very high expectations because it seemed like a nice place, but it turned out to be terrible. The menu was illegible and confusing. I understand the newspaper-style concept, but it could have been much better. The staff was untrained; when you ask them if they have vegan options, they didn't even know what vegan meant. The guy serving was clearly inexperienced and rushed, so much so that he confused the bill; he didn't even know what was on the menu and what wasn't. The bartender, however, was very good, and the cocktails were delicious. It's probably just because they've recently opened and are still getting started, but overall, we didn't have a great experience.

Sabato mattina ... pensiamo di prendere 2 spritz Ci viene subito segnalato che usano il Select (bene! ... classico veneziano e costo al dettaglio 10 euro a bottiglia) Volete 2 stuzzichini? ... si certo Arrivano 2 bicchieri di "ghiaccio" (vedi foto) con una minuscola ciotolina di patatine (vecchie e di basso livello) Dopo almeno 5 minuti un piattino ... discreto Forse 5 ml di Select (come da ricetta?!?!), nessuna traccia di bollicine (poi alla cassa, avendo richiesto qual vino ci fosse... dopo 30 secondi di "ragionata" ...indicano prosecco) Non c'è traccia di alcuna altea componente alcolica, vino o prosecco... solo una soluzione rossa annacquata Alla fine rimane mezzo bicchiere di ghiaccio ... mi chiedo... quanto spritz ho bevuto? Alla cassa la modica cifra di 17 euro: 6 euro ogni bicchiere e 5 euro il piattino IMPROPONIBILE!!! Chi vuole pagare quella cifra per "poco o niente" vada pure Io smetterò di prendere anche solo il caffè che spesso bevevo Adiós!!!

This kiosk is in a strategic location. I have to leave one star only for the professionalism of the toast attendant this morning, otherwise it wouldn't even be that! We went for two coffees, and after 10 minutes, a young girl from inside the kiosk "turns around" and we asked for two coffees and a croissant. Given that there were four counter staff: 1st to take orders, 2nd to prepare food, 3rd to clear the dishes, 4th to make sandwiches. The kiosk is open 360°, so it's strange that they didn't notice two customers standing in front of the counter. The wait for the two coffees, after three reminders, was a total of 20 minutes, a bit excessive, despite the toast attendant's reminder. When the coffees were delivered, with the money near the counter while we were also waiting for the coffees, we were rudely told to sit on the other side (and not where we were sitting). An inappropriate clarification, as after our drink, we would certainly have queued at the cash register to pay! With an arrogant, condescending air, he raises his hand as if to tell the people politely waiting for the two coffees and change to go to hell. After handing over the change, I notice that no receipt is being issued, so I ask for one, and the young woman, who doesn't understand why she didn't point out something wrong from the start of our station (in case there was anything wrong on our part), asks the barista for a receipt; it's given to us! Only upon request! Of course, as an experience for two coffees, it's a terrible one. I hope the staff has shifts, because if this is the only way they work, I can't imagine the wait time during lunch break for something more substantial. Staff courtesy: completely needs rethinking! I don't recommend... unless the staff is polite and trained!
