It's very nice, but there's nobody in the restaurant and it takes 50 minutes to make a pizza, since they prioritize delivery orders and I'm starving in the restaurant.

llamo por teléfono media hora antes de llegar al local para hacer hacer mi pedido cuando llego me dicen que no local han apuntado y después de esperar otros 15 minutos me dan el pedido mal, yo pido patatas con bacon y queso y me ponen patatas sin bacon y con salsa sauce. menuda vergüenza, quien no tenga ganas de ir a trabajar que no vaya pero que que no me haga tirar el dinero. Estoy segurísima de que ahí no vuelvo más.

Después de hora y media de espera, todavía no saben si va a llegar el pedido. Ha llegado 50 minutos de retraso, sobre la hora estimada y ha llegado fría e incomible. Mejor no ir ni pedir en este lugar.

We went last night and the tables were dirty and messy, not cleaned. We ordered takeout because of the state of the place. And they hadn't called us, neither over the PA (which they don't have) nor by voice (they didn't bother), even though we were standing a meter away from the counter. A disgrace!!! (We're so sure we'll NEVER go back...)

They're liars. After waiting an hour and a half for my order, I called and they told me not to worry, that my order had already left for Alalpardo at 11:45 PM. No one came to the store at all, and I ended up without dinner after waiting almost two hours. They're deceitful and dishonest, to say the least. It's clear you don't want to work. I'll never order from Domino's again.

We ordered the pizzas at 8:30 PM. The website gave us an estimated delivery time of 8:55 PM. When they hadn't arrived by 9:30 PM, we tried calling, but it was impossible to get through to the store. The phone was always answered by a switchboard. The first time, they kept us on hold for seven minutes and then hung up on us, and the second time they didn't resolve anything. There can always be issues, but what's unacceptable is not being able to contact the store at all.

After waiting longer than they told us, the Kentucky Fried Chicken was mushy. The pizza was ice cold. I tried to contact them by phone and they gave me a non-existent number to complain. Disgusting and the service was even worse. Completely unprofessional. I won't order again and I'll spread the word in the town of Algete. Go rip off someone else.

What a complete disaster. We went to pick up an order at the appointed time, and when we arrived, they told us we'd have to wait 20 more minutes because they'd backed up orders. I understand, but they didn't even apologize. While we were waiting, we heard what seemed to be the manager talking badly to the rest of the staff. Very unpleasant. Finally, when they finally gave us the pizzas, they were terrible. Dry, tough, and for some reason, very salty. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. In short, I won't go back.

I placed an order a few days ago, and everything went wrong. First they say it will take 20 minutes, then it takes an hour and a quarter, the food arrives cold, hard, and inedible. I call several times, but they never answer the phone. I file a complaint, no one gets back to me, I'm sent to the central office, and no one bothers to look up my order or anything. I won't repeat or recommend it. Bye.

Good evening, we just ordered three pizzas and this is how they bring them to us, asking for them "in halves." It seems they have little desire to work and the little they have is to do their job poorly. Half a family carbonara pizza and less than half a mushroom comes when putting all the slices together. I hope there is a staff renewal or some kind of inspection.

Terrible customer service I walked in at 11:15 PM, asked at the counter if they were open (some chairs were on top of the tables). The guy answered, "Closed," "Well, I want a pizza," and said yes. I asked for it, and he didn't give me a ticket either. A girl (rude and lacking in empathy) wouldn't let me into the bathroom, saying it was messed up and they were closed. It's amazing. I mentioned it closed. The opening hours on the door say 12:30 AM, and she says she doesn't know, haha. In the end, I decided to take out the pizza... and when I opened it to eat it... the pizza wasn't cut. One star because it couldn't be any less. I ate it in Orenes. The girl let me use the bathroom to wash my hands. At 11:15 PM, they told me they were closed. And at 12:40 AM... the staff came out and closed the store... Terrible in both politeness and customer service.

Every time we order pizzas for delivery, they either arrive destroyed, raw, or with errors in the order. I'm attaching a photo of this last one and the pizza they brought us 40 minutes later to replace the other one. I don't know which one is worse... The girl who took the call was rude and didn't acknowledge the double error. The service used to be much better... It's easier to order from another chain, to be honest.
