So delicious ice cream. The interior decor is really giving a regular ice cream shop from the 1980s where children would go for an afternoon snack after school and pay with coins that their mother gave them. They also sell taffy that sparked my inner self and sugary goods like gummys coated with citric acid. Their variety of taffy had multiple flavours that I was tempted to get like passion fruit and neapolitan. So many flavours I had trouble choosing two or one, it was no problem though since the line was out the door so I had enough time to choose my desired scoop. Also the labubu cake made me weak in the legs.

Ice cream the way it should be. The one and only Fosselman’s is a LA institution. Nearly 110 years old, it is definitely a classic creamery. Made with local dairy, in house on premises, with more than a century of recipes and methods behind them, their ice cream is some of the smoothest, creamiest and most naturally flavorful you can find anywhere. It is cash only, which I love, and compared to the countless overpriced and excessively hipster ice cream joints around LA these days, it is still a pretty great value.

This place is still the best, all these years later. In Alhambra things have changed so much. Most of the mom and pop places are long gone but Fosselmans and maybe 4 other places are still going strong. Thank goodness. Some of the creamiest, best flavored ice cream🍦 I've ever had. Get this too.. their prices are still fair!! Customer service is still awesome. They seem like talking to a friend instead of an employee/ customer thing. The regulars get called by their first names and everyone is happy and smiley. Very good vibes. Too bad the whole world isn't a Fosselmans store. 😃 Their seasonal pumpkin spice was really yummy and their Dodger themed ice cream Sunday was great. It's made with this bright blue ice cream called "Cookie Monster" It's was good. Thanks Fosselmans for making great products and a friendly community place to hang out and enjoy it. 👍 🍦 🍨 🍦 ❤️

Long standing ice cream shoppe; they have unique flavors and sell candy and ice cream by the pints and half gallons. They also have cakes here. Keep in mind it is generally cash only. But you won’t be disappointed. 1 scoop is about $5.

The Ice cream store has been in business over 100 years. They were featured in one of the TV documentary. We used to come here many years ago when my kids were young. It has very nostalgic vibe. We came with our dog in the afternoon and still has the same vibe.

Cash only at this spot! Fosselman’s has got to be one of my favorite ice cream spot. When I used to live here, I would get Fosselman’s often. Now, whenever I’m back in town, I have to make a stop here. This spot has been around for over a century. They sell ice cream, floats, ice cream cake, cheesecake brownies, candy, and shakes. I’ve tried the Ube, English Toffee, Peppermint Bark, Blueberry, Cookies and Cream, and a whole bunch of other flavors. All the flavors that I’ve tried tasted very rich, creamy, and not too sweet. Usually whenever I eat ice cream, it gets very sweet towards the end, but this one I can eat a lot! They also sell pre packed ice cream in tubes that you can buy to take home. The workers here were working hard and was very friendly. The person that helped me let me try a lot of samples! The ambiance is good all around for everyone of all ages. This is one of the best ice cream spots that I genuinely appreciate. Not only is it rich in history, but also rich in flavor!

My family and I have been coming here for years! When I was pregnant 15 years ago I came at least twice a wk for my ice cream fix. This is a wholesome local ice cream shop that gives you not only traditional flavors but has an assortment of more flavorful options like the toasted almond or ube flavors. In 2019 they celebrated 100 years of business!! The location is decorated with historical pieces of nostalgia that belong to Fosselman's. There are places to sit inside as well as a small assortment of taffy's and candy if you need more sweets in your life. They offer cakes and packed pints as well.

Perhaps one of the best ice cream shops in L. A. It’s only negative, “cash only”. However, there’s banks all around this location. Very creamy ice cream, great taste, and not as much sugar as other ice cream shops. More than 31 flavors, and take home pints, with some ice cream cakes as well. They also have plenty of candy options. The shop it’s self it’s small, but has a few tables to enjoy your ice cream. Small parking lot, but plenty of street parking.

First time here and was amazed of this ice cream shop. Me and my sister in law share a banana split and was delicious. The ice cream was fresh and light. My favorite spot already. ❤️ The only negative thing I have to say is that they only ACCEPT CASH & the parking is small. Enjoy!

Solid ice cream spot. the Fosselman team member that helped us was amazing, sweet, and kind. Tons of options We sampled a couple different flavors before deciding. The ice cream was solid, but not a stand out in terms of flavor or texture. They have cakes, hard candies, prepacked ice cream, sundaes, floats, brownies, etc.. lots to choose from, and def has a old school vibe and feel throughout. Some street parking, and a small tight lot west of the location. The location is cash only!! There are signs upon entering! I think the lines are pretty long on weekends and nights; we were there Friday afternoon and it was quick! No line, and only a few customers in the place. Tons of cones and options!

This place is so cute and down to earth. Don't get me wrong, if you like airy, fluffy ice cream and banana splits, you'll like this place. I however do not. I like my ice cream to be dense. Like sticks to your teeth when you bite into it. Like it would hurt if someone threw a scoop at your head. Also the flavors were underwhelming. Check out their selection of sorbets though.

The ice cream is great but the service isn't. We ordered more than $45 worth of ice cream along with banana spilt and asked for few more spoons and cups die to kids sharing the banana spilt, not only the white girl gave me attitude but also charged me for three cups. She didnt bother to do that with other none asian customers. Its pretty lame.

This place has fairly good ice cream. The biggest issue I have with them is that they are inconsistent with there service and servings. You never know how you will be treated when you show up. I do not look forward to any of the men to help me. They are usually unfriendly and always cut you short on your order smaller scoops of ice cream or less toppings. I went on Valentines day for my birthday and the lady who helped us was rude, unfriendly, and made my sundae by far the worst I have ever gotten from them. My ice cream scoop looked like kids portions, and put very little topping on it. When I asked if she could put a little more on she said I had to pay for an extra scoop of topping because they are only allowed to put one scoop. So I wasn't gonna let that ruin my birthday and agreed to pay for an extra scoop of toppings. She gave me a small cup ( 1 scoop of toppings ) which was like 3 times the amount of what was originally put on my sundae. So that didnt make any sense at all. The urinal scoop was proportionally 75 % less than the extra scoop I paid additional for. This is where businesses start to fail when they Nicole amd dime everything. I use to go 4 to 6 times a month. I think that was my last time. There are plenty of of other places I can spend my time and money at.
