I have been going to this specific ihop for over 6 years and I can honestly say that this is best IHOP in Tucson, AZ. The staff is amazing and kind to everyone and the food is delicious and cooked to perfection! Everyone there is very kind and helpful! One thing that caught my eye the most is how Danahi (the manager) is always making sure everyone is being taken care of. It can’t get better than that, I highly recommend them !

It may not seem like much in a sea of reviews but I’d like to tell anyone that reads this that around 2-3AM I was served by Kerry (P). Around this time on a Saturday morning it’s quite busy. Between college students, locals, and tourists that may or may not be drunk, it’s a lot to juggle for someone without a doctorate in “Tools, Booze, & Psychology”. Yet she moved with precision, care, and patience. Cory was a perfect companion as he slid through a section that was growing with genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness. They supported each other with a small kitchen staff that cranked out quality food at an even lower price. Thank you Kerry, Cory, & Kitchen Staff for a wonderful experience in the late night. Came to IHOP for the CCW class… left with a food baby. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I’d be more weighed down by the new responsibilities or the pancakes. The class was solid, but the real danger was me going back for round two of pancakes. By the end, I was fully certified and fully committed to unbuttoning my jeans in the parking lot. If you’re looking to exercise your Second Amendment rights and your right to unlimited coffee refills, this is the spot.

Located by I-10, and conveniently walking distance to my hotel. Restaurant was clean and bright, lots of natural light. Great staff, they were welcoming and friendly. As soon as they sit us, our server Justin was quickly taking order. My husband got a combo of steak and shrimp which he said it was excellent. It was tasteful, the meat was tender and well marinade. Shrimps were crispy and juicy, it came with 2 side orders of your choice. For me, I got a grilled tilapia which also came with 2 side orders. Tilapia was grilled to the perfect, it was tendered and juicy, its mashed potatoes was good too and the sweetness and juiciest of steamed broccoli compliments the meal. Service was attentive, Justin frequently refilled our water and checked to make sure that we have everything we need. He was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Hey, I just want to let y'all know, IHOP did their best. For having 1 determined waitress and a manager who was willing to put their time to serving 42 hungry students and another 8 or so chaperones. The food was really good, as everything was fresh for me and the big breakfast burrito was perfectly balanced in the taste. Praise the chef for making my dinner but also the other 49 of us. This IHOP truly exceed my expectations in service, in both quality and quantity. The manager deserves praise for doing his best by helping the server with the waters and asking if everything was alright. The server was probably the bravest woman I've seen. Although she faced a lot of criticism from such a large party of 50, she still brought out the food as fast as the chef would make them. And praise the chef for cooking all the orders to a respectable quality for the speed at which everyone was served was incredible. It took an hour but there were 50 of us so that's like a dish every 1.2 seconds. Incredible. No other restaurant has ever done something this incredible. Y'all deserve more tips. Our small table did try our best with our modest tip, but y'all deserve more for your service.

IHOP on Grant Road during the Sunday 12 PM lunch crowd was kind, friendly, efficient, quick, and professional. I walk in from the nearby hotel and asked for two meals to go. I waited 90 seconds for my order to be taken. The meal took about 15 minutes to cook and package, They made sure I had everything such as sugar packs for the tea, ketchup packets for the fires, napkins, plastic silverware, straws for the drinks, cup holder, and even offered to top up my drink on the way out. I had exceptional service that started with the manager jumping in to get my order started. The kitchen was getting food out. The front was doing their jobs and training new hires how to work in such a busy location near the freeway. Noon time by the freeway next to three hotels is super busy. The kitchen was working on orders from inside and orders sent online for pick-up. The servers were quick to handoff the food and verify the meals and items inside the bag to be complete and accurate. Wonderful experience! I intend on frequenting that location more often. The best IHOP experience I ever! Don't be put off by the appearance of lots of cars... They staff gets to everyone for quick turn around and your not waiting forever for food or a table. The food was delicious inside and still tasted great on the road. The milkshakes were amazing. I definitely recommend.

The IHOP on West Grant Road in Tucson is a very good choice for breakfast or “breakfast for dinner”. Their great variety of pancake options are always a favorite. On a recent visit I was one of only two parties there at about 1 AM yet my meal came out of the kitchen less than hot which was disappointing. In addition to Pumpkin Pancakes I had a delicious Spicy Poblano Omelette. Server Sean was super friendly. Recommended.

The guests don't take kindly to common discussions that occur at the one on Stone. For most, this is a much nicer IHOP location. For a connoisseur like myself, this is a step down.

I am a long-time IHOP customer and would like to report an incident I observed during a recent visit to the IHOP near Grant Road and I-10. The food was excellent, our server was outstanding, and I observed staff working quickly and cleaning tables efficiently. From a customer perspective, the team appeared busy and engaged. Despite this, an older male employee wearing a red shirt, identified as David, was loudly addressing staff in the dining area. I was seated approximately 10 feet away as he was standing against the wall and speaking with a staff member. I could clearly hear his remarks. He stated loudly he was “tired of getting yelled at for people not doing their jobs” and later said to a subordinate, “we have the power to blame someone else.” Although he said he was “not mad” at the employees, these statements were made publicly, in front of guests, and appeared disciplinary in nature. This created an uncomfortable environment and reflected poorly on management, particularly given that staff were visibly working and providing good service, though apparently not at the pace he expected. We later shared our concern with the manager on duty, emphasizing that corrective discussions should be handled privately and professionally rather than in guest-facing areas. I am submitting this feedback respectfully and in good faith, with the hope that it supports a positive work environment and maintains the welcoming atmosphere IHOP is known for.

I go here often and it mostly disappoints. The food portion was small, My friend ordered eggs but the white was raw and slid around the plate, they remade it with shells in it. The IHOP up north is way better.

Since launching the new menu with eggs benedict this is the second time I’ve ordered the poblano ones. Let me first start by saying the flavor is very good. The first time I ordered them the eggs were way over cooked, nothing like poached eggs should be but I thought it was maybe a just a one time thing. My family and I visited again this morning and I ordered them again and the eggs were even more cooked. Today I was super disappointed because the yolks were not runny at all. Overall experience was well.

Pros: The food was ready on time. This is a convenient location. Cons: Not so pleasant of an experience. I ordered pick-up and arrived on time but other people came after me to be seated as well. The waitress greeted me and asked for my name. Then she proceeded to help the people behind me by seating them (meaning 4 different sets) people until I raised my arms with concern. She then went to get my order. Yes, I was already upset, but when I arrived home I was even more disappointed. My food was cold and my pancakes were burnt. Half of my bacon was burnt or undone as well. The reason for 2 stars is due to NO SYRUP being placed in my bag, which is disheartening overall! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location but ask that each customer be treated like a priority rather they are picking up or dining in.

Now this review is based off of my experience today for the most part, we always have great service the food is always great and we are in and out Unfortunately today we had extremely bad service it took over 1 hour to get our food. I was staying in a hotel near IHOP so I decided to go over and try their gluten-free pancakes. The pancakes were actually pretty good! But I ordered decaf coffee and it was later in the day, the coffee was horrible. It tasted like it sat for hours and hours! Also the strawberries that they put on top of the pancakes had mold on them and I couldn't finish it. The waitress disappeared for a long time in the back and I was her only customer. I had to wait a while to get my bill. I will never eat there again.

I went in for dinner with a friend and I was pretty disappointed I had 3 pancakes and a side of hashbrowns. The pancakes were burnt but the hash browns were pretty good but our server Kaleigh had a bit of an attitude. As soon as we got our food she didn’t check on us and make sure everything was ok, she only came by to collect dishes and my friend had to ask if I could get another drink as she was walking away. The whole time she was waiting on us she just looked mad or irritated.

My son and I ordered from the $7 menu. Our scramble was brought out with no cheese. We asked it to be remade and after a few minutes the waitress brought out the same food with cold cheese sprinkled over it...she acted like we were out of place asking it to be made correctly. If you like cold food, specifically the fries, dry food that takes a really long time to get. Then go to this IHOP. Server also didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. Didn’t offer a box for left overs. So I paid overpriced food that was cold that I couldn’t even finish and take home. Dropped the bill off before we even were finished.

I came it to this IHOP after 3 am when I got off work. I waited and nobody seated me so I waved at the cook because Keri the incredibly kind server was busy with 4 table tops. She smiled and acknowledged me and continued with taking orders. The cook signaled to another person to go to the waiting / hostess area. She grumbled that "I'm not a server." I replied "that's okay you can seat me." Aren't they a team who work with the public? After getting off work, Keri was a pleasant change to work life. She is genuinely cheerful and kind. Country fried steak was gray colored and not all the gravy in the world could make it edible. It was obviously frozen and then microwaved. It was not fried or deep fried. Disgusting. And it cost $18. Only buy things that they absolutely have to cook fresh like eggs or hamburgers. Or better yet avoid this IHOP altogether.
