Great food, long drive though lines during peak hours but it goes by quick around 20 or less my average starting queue from z's

The pink lemonade was refreshing, and the hamburger tasted great. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients, like the ground beef, tomato slices, lettuce, and bread. The service was good, though we had to wait a bit for the food to be ready. The place is clean, and parking in the lot was easy.

We all loved it and the prices are awesome we had it 2x on vacation maybe 3 😁..we tried 3 different locations in California. We are originally from Minnesota vacationing out in Cali every one wanted to try in and out and everyone loved it whenever someone brought up let's go to Jack in the box we somehow ended up at in and out ..we dined in which the drive thru was always around the corner filled with cars so dining in was the best option. Packed nice space but filled with people you may have to wait for a table to open up and they all have outside dining...can't wait to go back !

Always good! Line is long usually but it goes by fast and not a big deal. Best burgers. If you’re trying to keep your carb count down you can ask for a “protein” style burger. No bun, just lettuce as the “bun”.

Best In n Out in the San Gabriel Valley. Food is so good for the price, the staff are always nice, and the atmosphere is always buzzing with people. Hands down worth a bit of a longer drive with the fact of inside seating. Not a long wait either.

The service at this inn-n-out was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including alerting us when a table opened up, giving the kids sticker packs and hats, and bringing us an additional chair when they noticed we were crowded in our booth. The food was of the high quality I have come to expect from inn n out and was prepared in a reasonable timeframe. It was the service that makes this place stand out.

As former employee who helped open this store in1997... The quality today is just as textbook as the day we were trained! The sign of a perfectly constructed burger is in the "smile"... You can see each ingredient, ensuring the perfect balance of flavor when biting into this masterpiece. Yes there is almost always a wait... But for delicious consistency... It's worth it!

Even with a large crowd of customers, I got my meal at a fairly quick manner and in great condition. The place was nice and clean and I would love to come back here again when I have time to. Highly recommended

What can I say, it's In n Out. But the reason I'm writing this review is for the incredible service offered at this location. The staff are super friendly, an employee gave my friend's kid a hat just because. The food was fast and amazing. I forgot to order the grilled cheese without lettuce/tomato and the manager, I believe his name was Ryan, switched it out no issue. Incredible, just outstanding service and friendly folk. You can't even get that at "real" restaurants anymore but it's alive and well here.

I’m typically not a burger person because I’m all about my fries and to my surprise In-N-Out had a fantastic burger... but to my disappointment they had a very poor selection of fries. I would expect better from such a well known establishment. Overall it was good they just have to level up on their fries 🍟 😂

This place is chaos! They are super, super busy. The parking lot is difficult to navigate - watch out for people walking or someone who parked where they're not supposed to and now everyone has to go around them! The food is normal In N Out. I get a 3X3 mustard fried - if you haven't tried one, I recommend doing so! The service is good, but they are very busy and the tables aren't cleaned as often as they should. Also, I've seen some homeless outside the restaurant. I don't like seeing them and I surely don't want to smell them when I'm getting food! I wish the staff would shoo them away! This is one bright In N Out. I like it and a better job cleaning the tables would've got it a five rating! If I'm close by, I'll go to this store. In fact, if I'm closer to the store in Pasadena, I'll go out of my way to eat at this store. Though there's a lot of customers, the line moves fast and the food comes in a reasonable amount of time! I highly recommend this In N Out!

Best burgers under one roof. Can't beat the price, can't beat the taste. You can easily get a meal for under $10. Also, everything is freshly made right in front of you. Awesome business model!

Long line. It curved around the street and blocks the right turn lane. Not the best in n out for drive though; I would suggest trying another in n out or picking up from inside. Consistent with in n out quality and burgers though.

For many years, IN-N-OUT is one of my favorite places to visit when I want to enjoy a burger. Since I have a dog, and I recently found out that I can order a paddy for Jake, now is my top place to Google when my dog is riding with me!

When it comes to In-N-Out...you can ALWAYS depend on good fresh and delicious burgers in all their various ways! For over 45 years we have LOVED In-N-Out! We have seen it grow and spread beyond our corner of the world in Baldwin Park to places far beyond. In-N-Out is truly a home-grown point of pride for us. Who doesn't know the "secret" menu!?! Just a note... The parking at the newest Monrovia and upgraded Alhambra location is a definite issue and challenge.. Next time please look at a better flow pattern. Much appreciation!

I love In and Out, you can have a delicious double patty with extra pickles and extra onions and ask for no sodium on your burgers and fries. You can also ask for a lettuce wrap if you are vegan. All in all, it has something for everyone!

In-N-Out is always amazing. Great customer service and great food. I’d much rather spend $11 here compared to McDonald’s. Best bang for your buck.

This is one of my favorite in-n-out locations! Employees seem young and friendly and happy to work there. Good vibes. The burgers are always consistently high quality and fresh. Glad it reopened again as of today 11/21/2025 because it was temporarily closed for months in 2025. Thank god!

In & Out is back in business! The new layout looks nice. It was pretty busy for a weeknight. There were a lot of cars lined up and packed cars in the parking lot. Luckily, the lines were not as long inside, probably because people don't know they're open yet. I got the double double, animal style fries, and vanilla shake. The wait wasn't as bad as I people watched; everyone was just so excited they're were opened. There were so many workers working, and they got the order done rather quickly. I was so full off the shake only. Ended up taking a few bites out of the burger and fries, and saving the rest for later.

Probably one of the busiest In-N-Out's in the area but it's still great. You just gotta come at a less busy time. Honestly, the food is amazing and you already know that. It's relatively clean here for the most part and the wait isn't that bad even during peak hours. The whole parking situation is probably the worst part of coming here so it's best to carpool with someone.

It opens until late, and this In-N-Out with seat, so people can come at night time. I love the famous double double. I can feel the cheese and beef combine perfectly. The frieds are made by whole potatoes, so you can taste the skin.

The meat is fresh! Never frozen! The burgers are tasty 😋 The French fries are cut and fried at the location when you order them!! Refill your own drinks! Except for the shakes! An incredibly busy location, so don’t expect an immediate turn around for food, at least during dinner hours. That being said, the location was well-staffed when I was there and they were all absolutely crushing it. Given how busy it was the food came out pretty quick. The location was clean and staff were efficient and friendly, and the food’s very tasty too :)

In-N-Out is my #1 burger and fries spot, each one always stays consistent with the same reliable flavor/taste. I got the #1 in animal style and protein style with an iced tea. It was delicious and an excellent meal for lunch. The best burger & fries I’ve had consistently is from In-N-Out along with excellent customer service. I’d definitely come back to this spot again for my In-N-Out cravings. There’s a descent amount of parking spots and the drive thru is great on non peak times.

We have been coming this In-N-Out Burger for many years and enjoying the fresh burgers they make every day using fresh ingredients. Everywhere that my wife and go around in California we stop at a In-N-Out Burger getting a good quality burger and the flavors from the burger and those amazing fries they are so good. I enjoy their milk shake they are so good. Every time we come we are greeted by friendly staff and the restaurant always clean.

In-N-Out is always a solid choice when you’re in the west! By far beats Five Guys in my opinion (cheaper, less greasy, tastier and personally prefer the style of fries more). We got the meal with one patty but I would definitely try two pattys next time, it was very thin compared to the amount of lettuce we had. Location seems to manage the drive-through and counter orders very well, food came fast. Staff is friendly. Lots of seating and well-kept inside. Happy to get a good fast food meal for under $10. Will definitely be back!

I took my Groomsmen to this in n out the day of my wedding to feed them before the long day. We got here at 10am to avoid the line and rush of people coming on a Saturday. I can see that this In N out location get really busy because they have cones out to direct the line at the drive thru. So be aware to not park where the cones are because you'll get stuck during the rush. I got my 3x3 protein style burger with chopped chilis and the rest of my groomsmen got a regular double/double. The employees working that day was very nice and give us extra ketchups for our order. My 3x3 was delicious like always and they wrapped it perfectly.

Drive thru can be tricky when crowded and you'll have to wait through long line on Atlantic Blvd. That said, you can expect the great service you find at all locations. Interior is clean, as are restrooms, and the food is fresh just like every single location I've ever been to, fries were hot too

Honestly not sure if it was my jet lag but my incredible excitement led to my surprise of in and out being incredibly average. Not saying it was bad, it was good, just not spectacular.

Visited on Veterans Day and it’s busy today. Order was hot fresh and incorrect. Spread, pickle, grilled onion only. Brianna at the window was very nice.

There is always a long queue, so you have to be patient, but the staff will come out to take your order. That is pretty considerate.

The renovation helped with traffic congestion in my opinion. However, still a long wait but that's nothing new at In N Out.

After nearly 35 years since my last double-double, I ordered one with a side of fries, and they both were pretty fantastic! Tastes like nostalgia. The burger was simple, with grilled onions and the fresh lettuce and tomato I've always liked. Beefy, drippy, cheezy, what a wonderful mess! Not too big, not too small, and served up with a smile, and cheap, too, at less than $20 for two burgers, fries and drinks . It won't be 35 years til my next. We found outdoor seating next to the drive thru line. Parking is challenging sometimes, and the drive-thru line can trail out into the street at peak times, so plan your visits wisely.

There was a long wait in the drive thru that went around the block for around 30 minute wait. It was very packed for a Sunday night. The drive thru skipped us out one burger (our fault not checking before leaving the window). Fries and burgers were good but had to get food for the family member that got jipped. The very busy environment probably caused this but we do pay for food we should receive. The price to quality ratio is unmatched, in this day and age that you can get great food cheap.

It was my first In-N-Out visit. The staff were friendly. They have a nice self serve soda area. The burger was great; the fries were OK. For the price you simply can't beat it.

We flew into LA and were looking for something near our Airbnb. Many things were closed as it was almost 10 o'clock so we opted for this since it was nearby and open until 11. We've always heard such good things about In-N-Out Burger but this was really disappointing. The fries were literally like eating cardboard. Not hot or anything close to fresh. Kind of an odd taste as well. Reheating them in the microwave didn't help so we threw most of two orders away. I will give them credit for the burger which was good. There were at least 20 people in line and about 50 cars in the parking lot. Both inside and outside sit down areas were full so I expected good food but it just didn't live up to the hype. We also discovered once we got back to where we were staying that there were no napkins and no straws for our drinks. Wish we had had a better experience

2nd and last visit- 45 min wait time and they didn’t get my order correct, missing 2 order items I asked for. My first visit we ordered a Flying Dutchman and that was not definitely not what we got.

I have no idea what happening to In-N-Out these days, but the company needs to get back to their toys and what made them so awesome in the first place. For years, no, DECADES, I was In-N-Out was always the one fast food place that I knew I could rely on to always get my order right ame actually give a damn. In the time span of 6-8 months, my order has gotten messed up in some way, shape or form EVERY time I've home to an In-N-Out. Regardless of the location! We've been to the locations in Pasadena, Covina, Sacramento, Pleasanton, Merced, and I know there's been AT LEAST 2 other cities, in the past 8 months that I've visited, and I've had an issue at EACH one! And it's always regarding 1 MAJOR thing. My wife is allergic to onions. I state that we have an onion ALLERGY as soon as I say hello to the order taker. I know they state it on our order, because EVERY person down the line repeats it. Can someone explain how in the hell my wife's burgers ALWAYS end up with onions on it? Seriously! This lack of attention-to-detail needs to stop. At this point, I'm almost ready to start sueing people if that will get them to act right.

The worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had at any In-N-Out. The bun was not grilled. There was no lettuce. The onion was very puny and I’m very disappointed..

Im here and see this. Yes dogs are allowed in the patio but not on the table when we put our food. This is very upsetting!!! And employees just walk right by it and dont say a word . Plus 3 other dogs walking around the restaurant.

This has to be one of my worst experiences at In-N-Out Burger. The cashier took three minutes to get back to her station while there was a line of 10 of us waiting. The store was dirty. Nothing was restocked. There was trash on the floor. There was trash at the drinking station, none of the pepper Cheaneys were restocked, the burger bun was hard and overcooked, and the burger was not that good. Super disappointed for spending $11 on this mediocre burger meal. I this is the first time I’m gonna reconsider if I’m going back to In-N-Out after 40 years of being loyal customer.

I decided to try this place again after initially eating it in Utah. I really don’t understand the hype. The fries are like cardboard and they use sunflower oil. Terrible taste and terrible for your health. The burger was mushy and the only flavor I recall was the lettuce and tomato. You guys have an amazing atmosphere, but even for the price point, I don’t crave cardboard fries

Came here for a late night treat and got cold fries at the drive tru. On my next trip here I let the cashier know about my previous disappointing experience and was not helpful.

The food was good as always but the new parking lot/drive thru is absolutely atrocious I waited nearly an hr in the drive thru line an HOUR. Half the parking lot is inaccessible due to the new drive thru layout leaving 1/3 actually available without being blocked in. When you need 7 employees in the parking lot to help out something has serious gone wrong in the planning stages. How this new layout was approved is beyond me

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an In n Out. Outside employee taking orders was busy talking to her coworker for a few minutes before acknowledging me. No eye contact, or a “one moment please.” Took my order and seemed annoyed. Window employees passed me the wrong order. Asked for it back, and said here, this is your order and walked away. No thank you or sorry for the mistake. Still gave me the wrong order. I didn’t bother to go back. This is possibly the worst in n out. Will not return.

Worst in n out in California. Waiting 20mins for an order because you skipped it wasn’t until asked where my damn food was at then all of a sudden it was there. Cold like your work ethics there. No one is going around telling people to leave just chilling there when yo have a packed house.
