Whoever is working at the time of this posting, you guys are amazing. Five stars all the way around if I could tip, I would.
I like the food the family doesn't really care for a Japanese fast food.. I thought I reviewing Yoshinoya.. But jack in the box.. Easy meal.. Thank goodness the family loves 2 tacos 1.99
Decided to leave a review regarding my take on, "giving credit where credit is due." The food, is nothing short of fast food (quality received is honestly quality I expect). Times visited are mainly late night/early morning hours where the line is usually /unbelievably congested. Upon receiving my order, more than often, my food is already cold and/or cold. (Doesn't taste bad. Doesn't taste great). Atmoshpere??? Well...considering this location is one of few and distant 24 hr operating businesses, where bars aren't too far from, it sometimes gets...well..."interesting," to say the least. So, there's that note. Now, as for the service? My experiences have been outweighed by negative ones as opposed to positive. Those are past ones. So on that note, RECENT visits made, I've had the better fortune of positive visits, all thanks to Damian. Having worked this field in the past, I must admit that working around upset, aggressive, loud, and belligerent drunks is nowhere near easy let alone enjoyable. This young gentleman I mention though, has a remarkably mellow and focused work ethic. Have not had ONE negative experience since being helped out by him (and only him) up until current date. He has provided great service, calm and understanding attitude, and knows how to thank customers, rather than receiving the more usual experience of aggressively and poorly packaged orders followed by a slamming of the double windows. Definitely an asset to this location, considering the MANY negative experiences I've had before. In case you read this, and havent heard it lately by anyone...youre doing an amazing job, in mh boom. Keep up the great work brother!
The whole crew at this location need to pay more attention to their customers, needs After all without any customer you people wouldn't have a JOB !...
I ordered 5 spicy chicken strips, but I only received 3. Additionally, your posters and commercials indicate that this order comes with fries, but I did not receive any fries. I am not sure if there is a mistake in your advertising or if this is false advertising.
Wish I could say a good review. What can I say after losing a pint of blood and just coming from the hospital. Just wanted some thing to eat yo lol.
Very bad experience. Food not good, they don’t have all the flavor for the sodas.
On November 27, 2025, at around 9:30 a.m., I went to buy two breakfasts to go. The woman who served me stopped to chat with another employee and saw me waiting for my food. When she finally deigned to bring it to me, she was incredibly rude and only gave me one. I told her I wanted two breakfasts, and she took them away. She got extremely angry! They should provide better training for their customer service staff.
Don't bother ordering the breakfast burritos if you are expecting to have FRESH SALSA with your burrito they never have it AVAILABLE. 🤔😏😕
Bianca wouldn't help she said it on t-mobile and she wouldn't help at all. Did offer any remedy just get out. I used the t-mobile app to get free ultimate cheese burger and it didn't work and that's what a employee should take care of. At least tell the manager or something it seems like she was the manager especially when I come here almost daily
Ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger through the App. When I picked up the bag, returned to my desk and opened it, it contained some kinda of tiny breakfast burger instead of the cheeseburger. I ate it anyway since I didn't want to call them to argue.
Went to get some egg rolls because I needed change got was shorted $5. The girl working needs to learn how to count to 100.
Tracy D , at drive thru needs to work on her customer service and way to addresses herself towards customers, very rude and arrogant. She treated us like she was giving us the food free of charge i understand you might not like having to work but consider perhaps another choice of career, because clearly customer service is not it. Management please do better in reviewing who you hire because each employee represents your company. Worst Jack in box drive thru experience.
If I could give 0 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I placed an order for my food on DoorDash and went inside to get it. Clearly, my order was complete and in plan sight. When I asked for it, the guy (Mexican employee) said “we don’t have that, also we’re closed so get out.” And slammed the door. He has glasses and was genuinely a terrible employee. Hopefully yall can fix that!
3:47 am terrible, rude and projection of attitude. I placed my order online and waited in the cue. Upon her having my order completed, refused to give order because I was not in a vehicle, so then I called and walked over to the front door to which her and the entire staff laughed as they had my order jn hands. The whole situation was terrible. Tried to cancel order and was told I still had to pay. Make better awareness of store policy and perhaps have a talk on how information is relayed to guests. Simply terrible.
1. There are no Rams Touchdown Deal signs in the restaurant. (The one in San Gabriel has. And I got a free Jumbo Jack there with a drink purchase.) 2. When I was about to ask whether the special was honored in this location (today Rams won the game), at 7:15pm, an employee used two trash cans to block one of the two entrances and said they were closing, without explaining, though the sign on the door said they were open 24 hours. So I left without ordering. Edit: Response to the owner's response below: I am not going through the bureaucratic "paperwork" to repeat what I said. Apparently the owner does not care. There is nothing further for him to look into. The facts are there. He could have said either "Sorry, we will put the Rams signs there" or "Sorry, we do not honor that deal." Very simple. And he could have said "Sorry, we had a sewage problem that evening and needed to close early, but it was fixed now." or "We changed our opening hours and forgot to update the sign on the door" or something like these. Very simple. He simply does not want to face and solve the problem. He does not understand what "excellent service is" at all.
I have no clue why my meal was so horrible! I would call them but, what for? Right now as I write this, I just had enough. My monster nacho cheese had tomato in it! Tomato! They even took longer in the drive thru just to give me trash. This is also how my taco came, falling apart. Sorry for the gross picture. Edit: I come here often at night with my husband before I go feed and TNR stray cats. We are super happy to have the same guy in the drive thru. He knows what we like and I don't think he's no longer there? He's a great worker. Keep your good workers! _ Gabe and Natalie
