This place just hits the spot, thier ever flowing fountain of sweet tea, Canes sauce, which does cost extra but it is worth it. Oh and They're open on Sunday's and don't discriminate against select groups of people. The way chicken joints are supposed to be. Thanks Cane's for showing love in all that you do.
Never tried this place before until the other day and let me tell you... it was super good! The fries kinda tasted like the pool or a water park, but everything else was really good. It's always pretty busy too, so you know its good.
Great chicken, great service, but it is pricey!! It's fast food chicken! Come on Cane's. When we get dinner for the family it's over $100.00 ! That's expensive in my book.
Out of all the Raising Canes in the OC area, this one is my favorite. It consistently makes the food super fast, we usually get our food within 5 minutes of ordering. The food is always hot and fresh. The employees make sure to constantly clean the tables so they don't get greasy.
It was last hour before closing. food fast serve of course and the staff awesome especially the beautiful female staff working in cashier.
This is a great quick eatery. High quality chicken and great Texas toast combined with a modern comfort setting make this a great place for a quick meal. They have a drive thru and take out as well for those on the go.
Hello, I came to see you today, it’s a door and the guy at the checkout served me pretty badly, he only gave me a drink and said that this was the entire order, I left, but then I realized that there should be a dish there. and I had to go back. I was nervous. and slammed his hand on the table. I would like to apologize to the guy behind the cash register. I couldn't control my nerves. but I advise the guy to be careful. I hope everything will be fine next
My first time eating here was in March but it won't be my last. That was one of the best meals I've ever had. I had the 3 finger combo and OMG it was DELICIOUS!! I'm mean absolutely mouth watering! And quite filling too.
The chicken was hot and good. The service was quick, and the people there were nice. The people working there were active in wiping down tables and generally maintaining the dining area. The space was very enjoyable to eat in, especially the indoor/outdoor dining area.
Unfortunately I cannot pack this location and take it back home with me from vacation. Great food and service! Very quick!!
Hard to find a reason not to like this place. Cheap full meal combos. The food always tastes great, fast service, food always comes out super hot. I'm not gonna demote the last star but they need to work on their coleslaw, it doesn't taste very good, perhaps add some sugar(although I'm reluctant to say that). Just make sure you aren't eating here every day cause it is very carb heavy. Pro tip: You can substitute out coleslaw for an extra Texas Toast if you want!
I love Canes! The chicken is deep fried, extremely tender and hot with heat, not spices. You get it right from the fryer not from it already cooked and placed under a heating lamp. The portions are rather large. You can get 2,3, or 4 fingers, fries, and Texas toast.
Chick-fil-A has competition now... The chicken here is so delicious and juicy! The fries are really yummy as well as the Texas toast! The house sauce is an absolute must and the fact that they are open so late is awesome! I actually ate here one night and then went home to have my roommates invite me out with them to Caines and if I was not so stinking full already I would have gone back with them! It's just that delicious...
Shout out to Darren! He, and all of the staff, always make me feel welcome whenever I go in to eat around 10:30 in the morning. It's not easy working in the fast food industry, especially when the place is constantly busy with customers who don't have common sense or basic etiquette (At my job, I have been cussed at multiple times, borderline threatened, and also had a lady smash tacos on the counter, even though her order turned out to be correct). HOWEVER, the team at this location always makes it right, all with a great uplifting attitude. Food is exceptional, fries are top notch 90% of the time, and the texas toast and coleslaw is always on point. Highly recommend.
Love the food, my office has ordered many lunches for our staff and it's always, fresh and great quality and very tasty.
Decided to try the Aliso location after a yummy visit to the Costa Mesa location. Did not disappoint. Unlike the other chicken guys cane's is never frozen and made to order. This location had a great indoor/ outdoor patio that made the dine in experience phenomenal!
I've been to many Raisin Cane's before. This is one is by far the best. The customer service cannot be beat. An African American lady runs the show from the counter and walks the floor checking on customer and ensuring they are having a great experience. The rest of the staff is also tops. Nit just the best customer service for a Raisin Cane's but the best customer service anywhere! Oh by the WA the food is awesome!!
I've waited so long for this day to come and I finally satisfied my craving! The franchise speaks for itself but as far as the place itself, it was pretty lit! They had disco balls and clean place. Of course there was a line but it moved very fast. The fast attended order was accompanied by a fast serve. Button line. 10 out of 10 would come again
We did take out. Always love me some Canes chicken!
Raising Cane's is great! The food taste really good. Their chicken fingers are the best I have had from any fast food place. Their special sauce and sweet tea are also good. The drive-thru line looked long but went by fast. I ordered the Caniac combo but when I got home I realized that I only got fries and my tea, so I went back to Canes. Eric was able to fix my order and provided good customer service. Thanks Eric!
I just went to a restaurant called Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and was blown away by the excellent cuisine and service. The sides were just as fantastic as the perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious chicken. The setting was cozy and welcoming, making for the ideal dining occasion. My supper was flawless because to the staff's pleasant, considerate, and accommodating service. Anyone searching for a delicious chicken meal should absolutely check out this place, and I'll be back for more.
The best chicken tenders. Always get thr same thing, box combo with extra sauce. Always amazing, Always quick.
We make it a habit whenever we are near the area to swing by, great customer service, food is hot, and ready within a few minutes!
One of our favorite places for fast food in the area. Great chicken tenders and yummy Texas toast. Service is always good and fast, but if you use the drive through I recommend you check your order before you leave since mistakes do happen sometimes due to the heavy load on the place (very popular).
Shane at the counter is phenomenal. I have been to this location quite a few times, and I’ve never been disappointed with their service. This establishment is clean all the employees are friendly and sociable, and it is just a welcoming environment. Had my box combo’s coleslaw replaced with Texas toast at no extra charge. What an amazing thing. Exceptional service guys, keep it up!
I first started going to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers roughly a year and a half ago, and I must say, I wasn't particularly blown away by the chicken fingers. Fast forward to today and Cane's chicken is the fast food establishment that I frequent the most. These are tenders that must be tried several times to get completely hooked. I highly recommend going in and sitting down with your chicken rather than drive through, not only does it taste fresher than driving it all the way home and eating it, but it also gives you the full experience of eating underneath three whole disco balls. Over all a wonderful experience every time.
Really good, fresh and delicious! We went inside the restaurant, it was nice and big and clean. The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. We got our food Togo which sometimes can be a bad thing, worried about it being soggy. We got it back to our hotel and it was all Nicely put together. Nothing spilled and it all tasted amazing. Would go here again and again. Hopefully one day they’ll come to Utah!!!
This is by far my favorite Canes that I have been too. We have been to other ones and they’re nothing compared to this one. The food was perfectly cooked. The chicken was cooked through perfectly, they were perfectly golden on the outside. It was such a fulfilling experience. I will definitely be back!
Amazing location! Came in here with around 20 people (from a fundraiser) and they were quick and efficient and super friendly! I ordered and got my food in less than a minute. Everyone in total got their food within 10 minutes. Amazing service! And then later one of my friends needed a to-go box and one of the servers over heard offering to get it for us without us needing to ask! Amazing location with amazing workers :) and as we all know the food is amazing!
Very tasty and freshly prepared food! The chicken fingers were hot, crispy, and juicy, the fries were perfectly cooked, and the toast was great as always. Everything was fresh and served quickly. Definitely one of my favorite places for a quick and delicious meal. Highly recommend Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers!
Very nice It was hot and delicious and fresh I enjoyed the food a lot
Love that chicken from pop$'eys my ass. This users the place to be. Fresh, deliciousness every time. But no world star videos to be recorded! :)
THANK YOU ALEXA!! For making my day being so sweet and helpful! Amazing services, correct order, everything great!! Favorite location and like Alexa staff is awesome!!
Quick and friendly. Went there with my son and granddaughters after their softball game. It was satisfying and quick stop before heading home.
My 15 year old son likes to eat here with his friends often the other day they double charged him for his meal $12.16. it doesn't seem like a big deal but when you're only 15 and you don't have a lot of money of your own it is a big deal. My son didn't notice it the day of but he came back the next day and told the guy what happened. The guy who was a young person basically shrugged it off and said oh I have to get my manager and it's kind of a big deal. Unfortunately my son did not speak up for himself and said okay and didn't push for any more help. So I came with my son's card a screenshot of the bank statement showing that the card was double charged and canes told me that they could not give me a refund because they only do it on the same day. This is really ridiculous. Train your people to do their job correctly the first time bottom line. I go to Chick-fil-A I go to In-N-Out all the time for years I don't typically get double charged and if I did get double charged I would notify them and they would make it right canes would not make it right the only thing they told me to do was email their corporate office because they said that is their policy. I think that's ridiculous which is why I gave them a bad review because that's not good customer service I even had the proof right in front of me and they still wouldn't give us the money back that they double charged my son. Yes, it's a lesson for my son to always pay attention what you're being charged and to always advocate for yourself and don't shop somewhere that has a crappy policy when they screw up and can't fix it. To update my review I would like to say that I did end up getting a hold of the corporate office after calling them two times and emailing them once and finally was able to get a refund and the corporate office was very apologetic about the situation
It is Canes. Chicken. Really good. Hot Tip: Ask for the toast to be buttered on both sides, they will do it free of charge. It makes the toast taste way better, and be crisper. And whatever you do, don't forget to swith out the coleslaw for another piece of toast! I was also lucky today, they gave me 5 strips in my box. Let's go Canes!
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, 26801 Aliso Creek Rd, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 is literally chicken fighters place. The only extra meal 🥘 is chicken burger 🍔. Even the burger 🍔 is composed of three strips of chicken on a bun. I like the place, location, and taste.some picture are from last month and some are 4 years old. However, the place is still great, well maintained, and neat.
Fast service but most importantly good food. And they got the number of sauce I ordered correct. sandy Utah canes has a thing or two to learn from this location. But to be fair I ordered food from the other canes at 1:00 in the morning, so I don’t blame them, maybe they were tired. Canes is the best chicken restaurant out there and this location is the canes of canes.
I recently visited the Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food and exceptional service. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and the sides were equally amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating a perfect dining experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making sure that every aspect of my meal was perfect. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great chicken meal, and I will definitely be back for more!
This is a very large Cane's so there is ample seating inside and out. The service is very fast and friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on atmosphere is this was a rush dinner hour and some tables were not clean. The main cashier was very helpful and took care of us very quickly and also kept stocking of us drink of condiment area as we waited.
Great place and service, food comes fresh and hot. Chicken fingers are delicious. They just keep the menu quite simple. Was not a big fan of the Cole slaw, I subbed it out for an extra serving of the Texas Toast, sooo good! Their sweet tea goes well with washing down everything. Don't forget to ask for extra dipping sauce!

I love canes The toast is my favorite and I love when it's crispy on both sides. I eat canes too much but it's so good. The service is nice and the place is always clean. The sweet tea is delicious…
I always like to go to places that specialize in one thing. Like everything except the coleslaw, it is too watery for my liking. I have been to this location four times at this review time and every time there is nobody to take my order. We shared a caniac combo. Sweet tea is really sweet, so I mix with unsweetened. Much better than chic filet and without the religiousness.
On some occasions, the chicken at Cane's can be incredibly delicious, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. However, there are also times when the chicken can be dry, overcooked, or lacking in flavor. This inconsistency can be frustrating for customers who are expecting a certain level of quality each time they visit.
Had a bit of an issue getting into the restaurant, I had to wait through the drive thru line to get to the parking lot. However I got to see the beautiful Ice-T promotion, which I was very glad to witness. The chicken was very tender and warm, however the fries were salted to hell, it was like I was licking dried ocean water. GOD I HATE SALT!!! #SALT IS THE DEVIL'S BLOOD. The sodium entered my veins decreasing my ability to reproduce. I would go again if there was less salt on the fries.
Compared to other raising cane's I've been too, the service in this one is really slow. The drive thru is also set up a bit weird so cars are trying to get in there from different angles and it backs up traffic. The set up of the dining area is nice though and the restrooms were clean so that's a plus.
Sometimes this place can get really loud with children and teenagers.
I liked it a lot! Great chicken and quick service with a nice new restaurant feel. Only draw back is the sauce. They have their own and that's about it. Bring your own ranch or honey mustard!
Canes has a very small menu but its consistent. No matter what location you go to you know what to expect. I always get the sandwich. The chicken is always fresh. I've also never had bad service. Definitely a recommendation if you're craving chicken tenders
Quick in and out as most people were waiting in the drive through. Staff is very nice and outdoor seating is available. The only reason to come to Cain's is if you like the sauce. I personally don't like the sauce and the chicken strip, although fried well and has good texture, it's pretty tasteless. Giving it 4 star for the cleanness and staff, food would have been 2 stars for me.
Absolute WORST French fries I have ever had. Ketchup cannot save these fries. I've tried multiple times and they are still terrible. Everything else is good, but the fries are inedible. I hate paying for a combo when a good portion of the food cannot be eaten.
My kids love eating the Canes chicken fingers. Very simple menu - strips, fries, and bread wash down with an ice cold drink. We usually sub out the coleslaw for an extra piece of toast. Since Canes…
Is it just me or is Cane's chicken shrinking? The price you pay for a 6 piece with fries, one piece of bread, and a small tiny tub of coke slaw is pretty horrendous these days!
I love fried chicken and was enthusiastic about trying this place. The chicken was good, came out hot and juicy, not over or undercooked, good batter. Crinkle cut fries were ok, nothing unique but came out hot and fresh. I tried both sauces, the honey mustard and Cane's sauce. Once again, they were ok, but what really was disappointing was the fact that they charged me for the sauces. Really? It wasn't very much, only .70 cents but still. I really don't appreciate being nickel and dimed to death over small things like that. Customer service was perfunctory at best.
Had the canes sandwich the other day and it barely came with any sauce so it was pretty dry and hard to eat. Raising canes chicken can’t stand on its own without their sauce. They also hardly put any fries in my box. Was craving canes but this recent experience turned me off for any future visits anytime soon. Quality seems like it took a dive after covid-19 started.
It’s a Cane’s! They serve chicken fingers, fries, toast, slaw, lemonade, and sell their secret sauce. Not the cheapest place to eat, but beats McD’s for better quality food plus service. A common stop for our family, worth the stop every now and then. On a side note. Was dissatisfied on our last visit. They called our name and someone else took our food outside to the. Return it saying they got “their” order wrong. (Still confused on how they thought “their” food was so magically prepared faster than all the people waiting in front of them. ). So they returned food and the. Staff immediately proceeded to give the food to us. More than a little gross. Not saying the people did anything to it, but when it goes to someone else away from the counter. They should just remake it. 3 stars but leaning towards 2. Not really food safe for your customers.
Fried chicken is not supposed to be served soggy. The chicken needs to be fried for at least two more minutes to get a real crunch on the chicken throughout, not just in spots on the chicken. The flavor is alright, but it could be a whole lot better. I guess if u want it crunchy throughout, u need to tell them to make it well done. Maybe next time. They also need to serve something else besides chicken fingers if they hope to stick around.
Assuming you like chicken fingers, this place gets 5 stars for food and customer service. However the parking lot layout is just terrible considering the whole thing was redone from scratch for this place. Likely out of a desire to not have cars waiting on the roads the parking lot is a maze of weirdly laid out one direction sections that isn't large enough to comfortably accommodate all those who go there at lunch time. I don't know that there is anything to be done about it, but the craziness of the parking lot is enough to deter me from going as frequently as I'd like.
Customer service wise it was ok. I called asking about the chicken finger size and the person how answered the phone hanged up on me. This location seems to have small fingers some days. And other days there have decent sizes. For the piece of $14.00 you can buy your own store bought fingers that are twice the size. Would recommend checking your chicken fingers before taking them home! Also when you ask for EXTRA EXTRA FRIES.
Place too loud & noisy for me. Will try their long drive thru queue next time. Ordered chicken strips. It tasted so so only. Am getting too picky as I get older.
Well it was ‘everything’ when this store location first opened however.... 😬 I feel that it has slipped in its ‘quality’ over the past ~(approximate) year. At first the lack of menu options did not bother nor concern me at all 💯 although lately, that alone I would consider one of my major disputes, issues, & gripes moving forward. Also I feel like the chicken strips/fingers have become at time gristly🤐🤢🥴<—N🚫T a fun or wanted experience in ones mouth. Lastly (I hope) is that the coleslaw Truly Is N🚫T ‘All That’.... & I like coleslaw. For me the menu needs some updating, expansion etc... When the Cane’s by me opened in south Orange County, CA. I estimate myself having eaten there minimum once a week, sometimes twice. Now like I said since having been dissatisfied or disappointed 😔 I have gone maybe once every 4-6 weeks with each time leaving me dissatisfied. P.S. love 💗 the Texas Toast 😉 🙌🏼 (how can that be ruined, it’s bread🍞 🤷🏼♀️ & likely coming in frozen; just needing to be heated & served) I do look forward for possible brand / menu expansion. Now do I say that requesting the Companies expansion into the beef 🥩 industry...No! ... N🚫T at All. IDK I’m not obviously in their company meetings, nor am I an expert in marketing. Solely or Soulfully some loving feedback 😉
I was soo disappointed, the fingers not crispy as it supposed to be , and the fries were cold , the Ac was blowing @ 9pm in November while its raining out side , kids were freezing and didn't enjoy the time at all

I went through drive-through and got a 3 piecemeal which I believe came with the cole slaw when I got back To work I realized there was no cole slaw , The chicken was not seasoned or was very little, When I called they told me that the 3 piece did not come with coleslaw I paid $8.99. The 4 piece for $10 .99came with an extra piece of chicken and coleslaw very little difference in price. Not sure I will be going back again, Too much money for what you get yet quality not there.
Canes has gotten too skimpy and is no longer worth the price. Loved your chicken, but now that you’ve halved the size of your strips and reduced the amount of fries, won’t be going back. Understandable that there is struggle due to the pandemic and you’re having to make concessions, but you’ve tipped the point where I’m no longer interested. Is this a corporate directive or something driven by the local owner? Edit - 7 months later I’ve hit Canes a few times in the last 7 months since my last review. Looks like the strips have got even smaller while the price has ticked higher. Soon this will be a high priced chicken nugget place. Love the flavor but not really worth the price.
Food is always great, but they have been skimpy recently. Chicken and fries got smaller. Charge you for extra sauce. When you get home to enjoy your meal... you'll realize they forgot your sauce.... How tf am I going to eat 4 chicken fingers, and fries with one tiny cup of sauce.... yes im ranting about sauce because I PAID for it.. They have forgotten my sauce multiple times and multiple locations. F yo chicken strips
I used to love canes but in the last few months they suck. My orders arrive incorrect, one even had a hair in it. That should have been the sign but I ordered again tonight. Incorrect order. Missing things drink was wrong. It’s over for canes
Raising Canes has fallen off. They are pulling a Chipotle. I used to get nearly twice as much chicken per meal. The portion sizes are smaller and prices much higher. Can’t say I will be coming back anytime soon.
The lemonade thry gave me was the wrong size at first. They fixed it but once i was on the road i tried the lemonade and it tastes expired. Try you're lemonade before you get to far.
I usually dont write review but they missed like 50% of the order. I asked for sweet tea and they gave me root beer. I asked for ketchup and theres no ketchup inside. What is going on??? Do i hav…

Tried this location again and I finally give up. Stale fries each time. Either management needs change or they need new hires
Food quality has fallen through the floor, and they picked it back up and threw it in the pot, I used to work across the street and it used to be worth it. Now I'm paying twice as much for chicken that's half the size and overcooked because y'all haven't adjusted your cooking times to handle small chicken nuggets because you were serving actual tenders before! 19$ for a 6 piece combo that's been cut in half in size over the years? Seriously guys?
Found two hairs in my fries at THIS location. No joke! Absolutely DISGUSTING! Will NEVER eat here again!~
The service was not good. They told us it was going to be a little longer than expected and then proceeded to serve everyone who came in after we ordered. After 10 new customers re pieced their food. I said something. They finally got us our order after that. The problem I have is that they only serve chicken strips. So there is no reason that anyone should get their order before a customer in front of them. It's all the same thing.
Chicken was good meat but not crispy. I love close and it was still hot but the fries were not crispy either . All soft. Disappointed for my first time trying. Even the bread was cold and flavorless. Have it a second shot just in case but regretted not going to Chic Fil A instead .
I had never heard of Raising Cane's and, without checking out photos or reviews to ensure there was no bias, I gave it a good shot. I ordered a combo plate (3 tenders, slaw, fries, Texas toast, and beverage). I was pretty excited, as I got my order to go, drove 5 minutes home, and open my box to be incredibly underwhelmed. The breading on the tenders was loose with very dry edges. The fries were either undercooked or just generally soggy (does keeping it in the box for ~5 minutes make fries limp?). The slaw was more mayonnaise than vegetables. And if they're known for their sauce, then I am missing the memo because it tastes like thousand island dressing with a dash of Tabasco. The saving grace was the toast because it was buttered and the bread is light and airy (like wonderbread!), which traveled best. Now, if you enjoy eating all of the above described versions of food, no judgement. But, if you prefer some level of distinction, flavor profile, texture, I suggest to keep walking.
It was my first time to try raising Cane‘s chicken fingers. I ordered online and did curbside pick up. I arrived two minutes after they said my order would be ready and parked where instructed.I indicated I was here through their confirmation email. Food didn’t come out for 10 minutes, there was no drink, and my food was cold. I went inside to get the drink and it was given to me without any ice. I have to say the chicken fingers were delicious, even cold. However I will not be coming here again based on this level of service.
The food here is absolutely AWFUL. My chicken fingers actually came out RAW in the center and when I questioned the manager about it, He actually argued with me. Absolutely AWFUL customer service and food at this location. In fact my experience here was so BAD that I haven't visited another Canes in a long time. I would prefer to get my chicken finger fix at Dave's Hot Chicken where the chicken is FAR better and their customer service is a lot nicer than this location. I will never eat at this location ever again, especially after putting my family in danger with uncooked chicken!
Inflated Price + Smaller & Dryer Tenders = Goodbye I have been a loyal to Cane’s (buy at least once a week), and for the last 8 - 10 years I’d say the strips remained pretty consistent. They are reasonably big and most importantly, juicy. However, since a couple weeks ago, the strips became noticeably smaller and dryer. It used to be that the skin is soft to the point that it separates when you bite it. But now the skin and meat are so hard and dry that it tastes like Costco Frozen Tyson reheated 10 times. My tongue and mouth hurt every bite. On top of that is a more than 10% price jump across all the combo options!! This is corporate cost saving/money grab at its finest. I have to say if the inflation and supply chain issue forced you to go pricier, I’m fine with it as long as you keep the same quality of products. But, you are not. You offer worst product with higher price. This is not what an honest business should do. You assume we will keep coming because you think we are stupid and addicted. You think that this way you can make more money, what a wonderful dream. Unless the food return to its root I will not come again and I’ll advice my friends not to either. Totally disappointed!!
I went to this location via drive thru and when I finished paying my order I was directly seeing the cook eat out of my plate. The cook then looked back and saw that I was seeing him and he hide while the cashier got that plate and served to me. I then told the cashier what had happen and they had the biggest attitude and didn’t want to take care of preparing a new plate till I told them I’m not accepting that plate or they can give me a refund. I don’t trust this locate on food handling or management very unprofessional.
I actually got sick from eating chicken fingers that were not properly cooked here. I'm not kidding. The fingers were raw in the center. I will never eat at this location ever again!
Horrible take-out experience. Ordered two 3-piece meals and received them missing a chicken finger each! This was after the extremely long drive-thru wait and unfortunately the ultra high prices. I cannot recommend this Cane's location.
Prices keep going up while portions keep getting smaller. Corporate greed has no limits. No wonder fast food places are like museums lately. More stuff "working" than customers. Now, one less.
The food is good but THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. the size of the chicken tenders like half the size they used to be. Even if you pay for extra sauce they forget it every time so check your boxes and they never put the same anount of fries, depends on who makes the boxes. Prob wldnt go back just because the serving size isnt worth that money anymore, rather eat at a real restaurant
Always check your drive thru orders at the window. The Aliso Viejo location will short you on a-la-cart finger orders. I ordered 12 only to find out at home they gave me 10. And what fingers you do get are noticeably smaller than in years prior I called the restaurant to get a refund for the two missing items. The manager said they can't do that and I have to drive all the way back to the restaurant. I'm sure Caines know most customers won't do this and they pocket the difference. Very poor service.
I want to give this place my money and eat here multiple times a week. But their cashiers are miserable. They die on the inside when you ask them to butter both sides of your toast and they make their fries soggy no matter how many times you ask them for crispy fries. This keeps happening over and over. I’m going to have to find another place to eat I am not paying 12 dollars for gushy soggy salty French fries. I easily have almost 400 visits here over a 6 year period to give you an idea. I stopped with my caniac card about 200 visits in before the pandemic began because after two visits they gave me nothing! Also their manager is racist and rude.
Food tastes fine, many times I’ve ordered extra sauces which you are charged for and have come to find their are none even thought I was charged for it
