I was having a rough day after taking my dog to the vet. The staff saw me looking a bit down and asked how I was doing. I said I was doing just okay and told them about my dog. Everyone at the bar took a second to say something nice to me despite how busy they were. It was such a genuinely human moment that made an otherwise bad day a bit better. I hope they see this review because they really made my day a little better.

Everyone that works here is an absolute champion. They always remember my name and order, and they are always cheerful despite having to deal with some of the most ridiculously entitled customers earth has ever known. Excellent wifi, clean bathrooms, and new interior design. 5/5 awesome location.

Many tall small round tables made for two people and had high stools with a back. Two tables could accomodate four. Compact but clean store with friendly staff.

This location is always busy, but their service is fast. They make pretty good drinks, and is always consistent. Love the new order from app option. I can order from the Starbucks on my app, go in 5 minutes later, and my drink is ready and waiting for me to pickup.

If you are injured or have mobility issues another location may save you stress. Overall this is a nice location unless you are mobility challenged.

Quick but you can see the overwhelming expressions on the baristas. Give them a second to complete your orders all at once correctly. Great service. Happy Easter. Keep the faith!

It seems like 90% of people order sugary drinks so that's what they know how to make, is iced sugary drinks, and then when you ask for a flat white it gets all messed up... it's barely coffee and they should change their name to Starbucks iced sugary drinks

The worker here was so rude. I did a mobile order and had my hands out waiting for her to place it in my hands and I got "Let me set it down!" Jeez lady you could have been a lot nicer on the delivery and even placed it in my hand for a kind gesture. Rules or not, it's a kind thing to do. We definitely need more of that in life. I think I'll stay away from this location for awhile until some hospitality training goes into effect.

Do not use mobile order app here! I waited about 30 minutes for my order that still never made it to the pick up table and the employee had no interest in helping my situation, but understandable due to the store being overcrowded with customers having the same issue. I still am waiting to hear back from Starbucks on how I can get a refund or reimbursed since I still never received my order since I had to leave to work and couldn’t wait any longer.

Ever since the renovation this Starbucks has sucked. My coffee is very frequently wrong. And not like kinda wrong, like not even what’s on the sticker. Then the food. This is what really gets me. 8-12 minutes waiting regularly, after mobile order placed well in advanced. The cash wrap employee is responsible for food. So the food sits near the oven getting cold for 5-8 minutes regularly. It was never this slow before the renovation. Today was the last straw. I left without my food and with the wrong drink.

I wish I didn’t move jobs because the Starbucks on Alicia and Pacific Park are so much better…they even know you by name, always greet you, and never make mistakes! I’d rather make a commute there than be disappointed and wasting my money at this location.

Yesterday 11/11/25 I had a matcha that I think was not proportioned to one serving correctly. I have matcha latte’s all the time but this one did not let me sleep the whole night. The young girl who made it (bless her heart) should not be making any more of these. I have never had something like this happen to me before.
